00:12start with abs and then i was watching the beast in me so i did a 45 minute stair stepper

00:17so i could keep watching longer wednesday i did a little hit workout and it had been a minute so
00:20girl i was winded and y'all when i get really into a tv show i do so much stair
00:25stepper because the
00:25longer i step the more i can watch thursday was back to lifting and i think i've mentioned this
00:29before but i use this app with like a virtual trainer who just plans out my lifting schedule
00:33for the week so i don't even have to think about it it's so much easier and you guessed it
00:36we ended
00:37with the stair stepper it's also been so cold that i haven't felt like running outside okay and then
00:40friday i did a pretty light functional training sesh and oh i filmed this so long ago that the
00:44weekend was actually that crazy snowstorm and we just played outside all day and as always i'm not
00:48a personal trainer i am not recommending any of this this is just what works for me and i am
00:52also so
00:53blessed to have the time and physical ability to work out most days and i realized that's a huge
00:57privilege that's all for today
