00:00Everything I ate at Din Tai Fung? Obviously you start with the pork soup dumplings and my preferred
00:04method is just to smother them in chili oil and eat them whole so the soup kind of explodes in
00:08your mouth. But of course you can also slurp the soup out and dip them in that like gingery soy
00:11vinegar sauce which is a much more tangy soy saucy experience. But my favorite dish might
00:16actually be their chicken fried noodles. They're just so rich like fried to perfection, so thick,
00:21so perfectly chewy and soft. They're literally addictive. And the spicy wontons are Chris's
00:26favorite. The sauce is like so garlicky and the wrapping is so perfectly thin and kind of stretchy
00:30soft. Actually the fried rice at the New York City location is my favorite. It's so buttery and savory
00:35and perfectly moist and steamy and the chicken is so tender. And I don't know why I don't remember
00:39the potstickers having this like thick kind of sweet sauce, but it's good and they're so juicy
00:43inside. Don't spill the juice like me. And my other favorite noodles are these beef Sichuan pepper
00:47noodles. They have this nice like chili oil vibe with the Sichuan peppers. But what I really want
00:51is a version with a little bit of sesame sauce, like a nice rich nutty spicy vibe. One day,
00:56it's gonna be so good. And I always have to get their bok choy too. It's just so crunchy and
00:59doused in this scallion infused oil. And you didn't even come to Din Tai Fung if you didn't get their
01:03chocolate mochi xiao lang baos with this salty cream. It's like a chewy soft lava cake in your
01:08mouth. It's like an explosion of rich chocolatey flavors. It's perfection. But yeah, that's all for today.
