00:00As Jim Morris Sr. once said here, playoffs, absolutely the playoffs start today in the
00:05association and we got some spread lines you need to get down with.
00:09Now, the first game we're going to talk about is a game that 90% of the country won't be
00:13able to watch because they placed a playing playoff game at 10 p.m.
00:16Congratulations, NBA.
00:17Your goal to tank ratings, it's certainly going over in DRS's household here.
00:22The Trailblazers going to take on the Suns.
00:24The favorite in this game, Joe, opening was the Phoenix Suns at minus four.
00:27But today on game day, we're seeing minus three and a half across the board and a low
00:31total, which opened up at 217, which is already low.
00:34Take a look at 216 and a half.
00:36Now on the graphic, the Phoenix Suns at home taking on the Trailblazers, Joe, what's the
00:41spread line for this one?
00:42Well, I mean, it doesn't shock me.
00:44It's the lowest total on the board, Donnie.
00:45It's the lowest total for a reason.
00:47You know, it did open up closer to the 220 mark and then immediately kept getting betting
00:53down because, listen, it's all styles make fights here, right?
00:57The Trailblazers over the last couple of weeks, and I give them credit, they feel like they're
01:03playing with house money, Donnie.
01:05They really do here.
01:06I mean, Phoenix was the better team throughout the season, although, what, five of the last
01:1216 games is what they won down the stretch?
01:15Not good here at all.
01:18And of course, Portland actually ramped it up to be able to get to this spot.
01:21But Phoenix is going to want to turn this thing into a rock fight here.
01:26That's how they like to play.
01:27And Portland is going to want to turn up the heat a little bit and get out in transition.
01:32Both teams can play some defense, Donnie.
01:34There's no doubt about it.
01:36But if you're going to say who's going to win it, well, who's going to win it is the team
01:40that dictates tempo here.
01:42And if Phoenix does that, then Phoenix is going to win and likely cover this game in
01:47a very low-scoring affair here.
01:50But if Portland has their way, and they can get it up-tempo and get out in transition,
01:55Portland very much could punch their ticket into the postseason.
01:59I think it's the best game on the board here in the play-in.
02:03West Coast, Western action here, Western Conference.
02:06Let's flip it over to Wednesday night here, Joe.
02:08Another West Coast action game, which will be Battle of Golden State.
02:11And once again, you'll enjoy that out there in the Pacific time zone.
02:14But nobody else will be able to watch this game.
02:16Congratulations once again, NBA, for waiting a game until 10 p.m.
02:21in the evening here.
02:22It's the Warriors and the Clippers, though, Joe.
02:23Opening this line, minus five is a favorite towards the Clippers.
02:26We just told you that there's going to be a minutes restriction in this game for Steph
02:30Curry.
02:30A five-point favorite still sits at most outlets as a five-point favorite and a total of
02:35220 and a half.
02:36The favorite Clippers at home in the Battle of the Golden State with the Warriors.
02:40What's your spread line?
02:41Yeah, well, this is the interesting one, Donnie, because how many minutes are you getting from
02:48A, Steph Curry, and B, Porzingis?
02:52And it's not like they've had a ton of time to play with one another throughout the season,
02:57Donnie, because they were always hurt and never on the court outside of the last couple
03:02of games there.
03:03And yeah, it did not look good at all.
03:06Looks like Kawhi Leonard is finally good to go here, 100% heading into the postseason.
03:13But what we've seen down the stretch is somebody else has got to step up for Kawhi Leonard.
03:18You know, where is Darius Garland?
03:20Where is Dunn?
03:21Where is Joe?
03:22Somebody else has to step up as well.
03:25It just can't be Kawhi Leonard, because that's maybe good enough to get past the Warriors.
03:31It's not going to be good enough to do anything else beyond that.
03:35So I do think Kawhi and Garland and company, I think it's a good matchup for the Clippers.
03:40They've owned the Warriors over the last couple of years.
03:43So it doesn't shock me that this was, what, an open of three, three and a half?
03:47And now we're looking at, what, five?
03:49Doesn't shock me that it's all Clipper money at this point.
03:51Come on, hour number two of the early line.
03:54Fun times just beginning here.
03:56George Kurtz joined us here.
03:57And now, Donnie Wrightside and Joe Ranieri welcoming Kevin Walsh to the early line.
04:02His favorite show of the day.
04:04The only show of the day that matters to Kevin, right?
04:06Right.
04:07Thank you for that.
04:10Yeah.
04:11Yes.
04:15Used to be here.
04:18Matters on a day.
04:19There we go.
04:19Like the Undertaker.
04:20Drop the lights, baby.
04:22I'm here.
04:24Now, we got to talk about some NBA action because we got the playoffs starting tonight with the playing rounds.
04:29He had two games tonight, Kevin, two games tomorrow.
04:32So you know what I do?
04:33I take a look and go, you know what?
04:35I'm going to tune in the Heat Hornets.
04:36I'm tuning into the Magic and the 76ers.
04:3990% of the country won't be able to tune in because two games are starting at 10 p.m.
04:45East.
04:45Kevin, does the NBA, is there something in writing that goes, we must, we must,
04:50tank our ratings because it's for the good of the league.
04:53Make it make sense.
04:54We can't have 7 and 9.30, Kevin.
04:57We can't have 6.30 and maybe 9 o'clock.
05:00We can't do any of that stuff.
05:02This can't be your...
05:04It is.
05:05Like, I understood it, Chris.
05:06But Donnie, like, there are spots where you do this and it tracks.
05:12The NBA play-in is not one of those spots.
05:17Like, does the NFL start a playoff game at 10 o'clock?
05:20Do they?
05:21No.
05:22Yeah.
05:22No, they don't, Donnie.
05:24But the NFL doesn't have as many playoff games as the NBA.
05:28And also, I got to say, this is maybe the nicest thing I could have ever expected you
05:33to say about Phoenix and Portland, is you kind of being upset that it's not on Earth.
05:38Donnie, they can play this game in your backyard.
05:41I'm not sure you're watching Suns Blazers.
05:43I don't know.
05:44I might be tuning in because these rounds, Kevin, get us the Patrick Beverly, you know,
05:49throwing jerseys into the crowds and celebrations.
05:51These are the big games here tonight.
05:53That's what I'm looking forward to.
05:54But we do have two games tonight.
05:56Heat Hornets, Trailblazers, Suns.
05:58What would surprise you tonight?
05:59Or what do you like tonight?
06:00Well, I would be surprised if Miami won because a lot of it is them.
06:09But Charlotte also is in a very interesting spot.
06:14I think if you look across the play-in and the team, if they didn't make the playoffs,
06:21the most disappointing would be Phoenix because they're a seven seed.
06:25They'd have to lose two in a row at home.
06:27They've been in the playoffs the entire season.
06:30I think Charlotte is second.
06:32I think it'd be more disappointing for Charlotte, Donnie, than your 76ers.
06:37With the resurgence that this team has had, with the way they're priced in these games,
06:43I don't know if you guys agree.
06:44I think Charlotte would be booked as favorites at Philly or at Orlando, quite frankly.
06:50Definitely at Philly, in my opinion, for the second game of the play-in here.
06:56So, for Charlotte, it's a gotta-have-it spot.
06:59What also just stands out to me a little bit is that total.
07:02And are we starting to get the playoff totals a little bit here?
07:07Because you know it, Joe.
07:09Miami numbers, those things usually start with, you know, 230s or higher.
07:14We're seeing, you know, 228.5 tonight in a heat game.
07:19It's two opposites, right?
07:20So, you have one of the highest totals there in Miami and Charlotte and lowest total there
07:24coming up with Portland and Phoenix.
07:27And, you know, listen, Phoenix is not going to want to make that a track meet.
07:31You've got-it feels like Portland's playing with house money in this game here.
07:36And they have been over the last couple weeks.
07:38But if we're being honest, Phoenix has not been good down the stretch here.
07:42It has not been a good run for them.
07:45Can you just flip a switch if you're Phoenix?
07:48Because the market, all I'm seeing is Portland money coming in.
07:51Yeah.
07:52And at first glance, I was like, oh, you know, Phoenix home, right?
07:58Devin Booker.
07:59Your point, Devin's scoring 30 every game.
08:02They're still not winning.
08:04And Portland, recently, the losses are like at San Antonio and at Denver.
08:11Other than that, they're just playing really good basketball here.
08:15I don't think there's any level of discount on Phoenix.
08:19I think them being booked as favorites at home in a play-in situation tracks.
08:25But, Joe, the more I looked at this game, I would agree with kind of how you laid it out
08:29that Portland's starting to feel like the side here late night in the desert.
08:35By the way, Kevin, you know, I'm going to put my doctor hat on right now
08:38because we're looking forward to after these play-in rounds happen
08:41and the real playoffs get underway, which will include the Los Angeles Lakers.
08:45But the question, who's going to be actually playing for the Lakers?
08:48We know LeBron James is going to be there.
08:50Austin Reese will be watching.
08:51But now I'm hearing that, like, hey, you know what?
08:53Here's all you do.
08:54Like, I'm Luka.
08:55I tore my hamstring.
08:57Usually it takes a month.
08:58Let me just disappear over to Europe.
09:00And it looks like I get a couple injections and I'm healed all the way.
09:03We had a story coming up today for Christian Yelich, who's,
09:06hey, I tweaked my hammy a little bit.
09:07Yeah, he's down for a full month, as we know.
09:09Luka Doncic's expecting to come back and play in round number one.
09:13Come on now.
09:14We've been down this path before.
09:16The only thing is it's such a delay, Donnie, that it might be possible.
09:25Again, maybe you don't think so.
09:28But the Luka injury was on the 2nd of April.
09:33Now, this series will begin on the 18th.
09:37So game three of this series will be, at minimum, three weeks removed from the injury.
09:46I've watched Mike Evans rush back quicker than that, right?
09:49Like, three weeks is a legitimate amount of time in between.
09:53I don't think it's a guarantee that Luka plays.
09:56I do think someone told some guy in a sports book, you know, an odds maker in a room.
10:02Yeah, by the way, Luka Doncic retired.
10:04Because they have been pricing the Lakers as if Luka's never, ever, ever coming back.
10:13And I think if there's some inclination in that room for the Lakers, like, you just need to keep the
10:19series afloat.
10:20You don't get swept.
10:22Luka will be back by game five.
10:25Game five might be in May.
10:27I mean, it's the NBA playoffs.
10:28What if he gets a month off?
10:31That is true, though.
10:32The first round of the NBA players, like, one game every four days.
10:35So he might have the ability to get readjusted as he comes back.
10:39But he will get cooked on defense with that hammy.
10:42Talking about getting cooked yesterday.
10:43As opposed to when he doesn't get cooked on defense.
10:45Exactly.
10:45I'm sorry.
10:46Yeah.
10:46You know what?
10:47Just going to, you know, pick and roll is your left and right to get that guy isolated up.
10:52Just like Joel Embiid and the boys pointing down the Koliokids.
10:55Don't let him sit down on that bench during the All-Star game.
10:57Bring him back out here.
10:59Let me cook him one more time.
11:03The man Joe Raniere was not able to sit on the bench because everybody wanted to take their chance of
11:07cooking this man.
11:08Kevin Walsh will be cooking tonight's Game Time Decisions.
11:11Check him out at 6 p.m. Eastern right here on the SportsCrit Network.
11:14Thanks, Kevin.
11:22Playoffs.
11:22Well, at least the play-ins are tonight here.
11:24The real playoffs, as we like to say, are going to start this weekend.
11:26And away we go.
11:28But at SportsGrid, we asked the question today, which side are you rocking with in tonight's play and matchups?
11:33You can take the Heats, the Hornets, the Trailblazers, or the Suns all on the line, Joe.
11:38Pretty even distribution here, which looks like nobody really wants the Trailblazers tonight.
11:42Tough scene.
11:44Which is odd, Donnie, because historically in these play-in games, which haven't been around forever, but it's usually a
11:52team like Portland that has been kind of money in these spots here.
11:58So, I mean, call me crazy.
12:01I think there's an opportunity here as an outright dog winner, and that being with the Portland Trailblazers tonight.
12:09There you go.
12:10An outright winner.
12:11See what happens.
12:12Playing games.
12:12Some teams are going to go home.
12:14Some teams will advance to get into the top eight, and away you go.
12:17Here's some best bets you want to need to get.
12:19Bye-bye-bye right now.
12:27Starting your week out, new week, new monies, we like to say, on a Monday.
12:31So, the boys came out and took two baseball games and swept the card, people.
12:35Tonight, two more bets on deck for a chance to go 4-0 to start the work week here.
12:40What do we got, Joe?
12:40Where are we going?
12:42Well, we'll go to the association here tonight, Donnie, and Miami and Charlotte.
12:48And like I admit, there is no way I am sweating out and under with this Miami Heat team here.
12:55And here's why.
12:56They changed their style, Donnie.
12:58They are an up-tempo, try-to-get-as-many-shots-as-you-possibly-can team.
13:04And while they were one of the best defensive teams in the first half of the season, I've watched this
13:10team basically run out of gas.
13:12You can't play at that tempo and then have the same energy and effort on the defensive side.
13:18And that's what cost them down the stretch.
13:21They don't have anything left in the tank.
13:23So, they are going to concentrate on scoring, scoring, and scoring.
13:26No defense for me, Donnie.
13:28This thing is going to go flying over the total, not to mention Charlotte.
13:33Takes more threes than any other team that we're going to see here.
13:37Expect this one to go flying over that total.
13:40Prediction Markets Edge right here on the Early Line on a Tuesday.
13:44Sports Grid Network, we got you for a half hour.
13:47A different way to invest your money and a lot of good games to look at, Joe,
13:49which does include a little NBA playoff action.
13:52How about that?
13:55I am excited, Donnie, to say the least.
13:59Because I think that, I think these games are going to deliver.
14:02Usually some people, these games like tonight or even tomorrow in the play-in,
14:06and some people are like, ah, I think there's going to be some excitement.
14:11Don't forget, Miami was a 10 seed last year and managed to win a couple of games for the first
14:16time.
14:16So, anything is possible, I think, once you get to this time of year.
14:20Can Tyler be a hero?
14:22Those are the questions that we're going to ask.
14:23And much more in these play-in rounds, which includes tonight.
14:26Late night out in Phoenix.
14:28Portland in town to take on the Phoenix Suns, Joe.
14:30And we currently take a look.
14:31Phoenix trading as the favorite.
14:33Had a 59% chance to win this basketball game outright.
14:36Portland the underdog at 41 cents.
14:39A $100 investment on the underdog tonight.
14:41Portland Trailblazers, if they win, Joe, would pay back $244.
14:45Phoenix on the spread line, minus 2.5 as a favorite, currently trading at 53%.
14:51Portland and Phoenix tonight, Joe.
14:54Round number one here, late night in this early form tournament here.
14:59To get to the actual real tournament, Joe.
15:02How about that?
15:03And we have seen nothing but Portland money in the market here so far, Donnie,
15:09which I think is fascinating.
15:10But it shouldn't be because, listen, the Suns have been terrible down the stretch.
15:15Uh, this season.
15:16And in many aspects, nobody thought we would see, certainly in the prediction,
15:21Mark and Sonny, nobody was running, uh, to Calci or Polly Morgan to be like,
15:26oh, give me the Suns in Portland and make the playoffs back in November.
15:30Like, we just thought this was going to be one of those transition years,
15:34certainly for Phoenix.
15:35And what happens?
15:37Well, they, they played, they played pretty darn well here.
15:40But if current form has anything or any say in this, I mean, don't forget, Donnie,
15:45this is not one of these either win or you're out games here.
15:49Because whoever loses this is still going to have an opportunity to make it into the postseason.
15:55I, I, I like the better team right now in better form.
15:59I think it's Portland.
16:00I think there's an opportunity here for them not only to win this game, but advance.
16:05And maybe, who knows, playing with house money with a team that has nothing to lose, Donnie,
16:10is usually how you can make some money this time of year.
16:13Take a look also having some fun in those player prop markets that you can do here on the prediction
16:17markets.
16:17You take a look at Dylan Brooks.
16:19They can get 20 points tonight.
16:20It's plus money tonight.
16:21A hundred dollar investment pays back to 28.
16:23So if you're looking away from Devin Booker, maybe you pick up a little Dylan Brooks and away you go.
16:28Let's take a look at a game that's going to take place tomorrow night in the Golden State,
16:31which features Golden State taking on the Los Angeles Clippers.
16:35The favorite in this game is the Clippers, Joe, currently trading at a 65% chance to win this game.
16:41Golden State, the underdog at 35%.
16:43If you feel the Clippers can win this game by four and a half points or more,
16:47which means a five-point victory, a hundred dollar investment pays back $182.
16:52Golden State, minutes restriction for the superstar Steph Curry on the road to take on the Clippers.
16:59Yeah, and this is, we know the record is not good.
17:03Ten seeds, Donnie, I think are one and nine in making it to the playoffs.
17:08Yeah, Miami was the first team again as a ten seed to actually win both games and make it into
17:14the playoffs.
17:15It's not a good spot to be in.
17:17And it makes sense, right?
17:18You can't be the ten seed.
17:20You're a ten seed for a reason.
17:21And we already know what that reason is for Golden State.
17:24But I don't think that's going to stop Kawhi Leonard from getting his.
17:28I think Garland is going to get his tonight.
17:31If you like the Clippers, those are the two guys where the offense is coming from here tonight.
17:36And those are the two guys that I would zero in on.
17:39Give me Kawhi Leonard points and give me Garland points along with maybe a few assists as well.
17:45Take a look at that game, Joe, which will be tomorrow night's game at 10 o'clock.
17:50Two games at 10 o'clock, two games at 7.30.
17:52But understand this, too.
17:53There are events props for this on the Calci Marketplace.
17:57Steph Curry is coming back from what?
17:58A knee injury here.
18:00Well, if you want to win a quick $3, Joe, you need to invest $100 in the announcer saying injury
18:06or injured during the telecast.
18:09That'll pay back three bucks right there.
18:11You can buy a half of a Starbucks cup of coffee.
18:14Way to go, peep.
18:15Prediction market's edge right here on the early line down the right side.
18:18And Joe Ranieri, NBA action has got us caught up in the moment.
18:21Why?
18:22Because the playing games are starting tonight.
18:24The playoffs just a few days away.
18:25And away we go and to try to crown who's going to win that Larry O'Brien trophy.
18:29So let's start with the Eastern Conference here and figure out, Joe, who might be a conference finals matchup.
18:35The favorite right now is Cleveland.
18:37Wait, hold a sec.
18:38Hold on a second here.
18:39The finals matchup here that's leading the race, Joe, is Cleveland versus Atlanta.
18:45Atlanta, who is infiltrating this market right now, Joe?
18:50I have no idea.
18:51I mean, you're talking about the Eastern Conference finals?
18:54The Eastern Conference finals here is going to be Boston and Cleveland.
18:58I don't know what people are talking about here.
19:00It's going to be Boston and Cleveland here at $0.34, I think, is what it's trading now.
19:06And both of these teams have very clear paths in order to do it.
19:13I mean, the Cavs, you open up against Toronto, and we know Toronto maybe is the worst Eastern Conference playoff
19:20team outside of the play-in teams here.
19:22But the reality is, Boston's going to have no issues, I think, rolling right into the final.
19:28And I think you've got to buy into Cleveland with that backcourt.
19:32I mean, you know, Harden and Mitchell have been here and done this.
19:35These guys elevate their games and everybody around them in the postseason.
19:39Doesn't mean they'll beat Boston, but I don't need them to actually – I just need them to get there,
19:44Donnie, for this, and I think they will.
19:46I think people like to mess around sometimes, like the programmers here, because it is listed at 39%,
19:51but you are not allowed, Joe, to bet the no on Cleveland and Atlanta being the Eastern Conference finals matchup.
19:57Why? Because everybody would do that.
20:00The favorite should be Boston versus Cleveland, Detroit versus Boston in that order here.
20:04We'll see as they get their playoffs started a little bit later in the week here.
20:08How about the pro basketball finals matchup here on the Cal State Marketplace?
20:12The favorite right now is OKC versus Boston.
20:14The second favorite here is San Antonio versus Boston.
20:18So it looks like the betting public is telling you, give me Boston over Detroit.
20:24Yeah, no, I don't think so.
20:26I think Denver is the team that's going to represent the West.
20:29And if you want to keep it chalky in the East, I get Boston.
20:33It makes sense because they are firing on all cylinders.
20:37As long as they can remain healthy with Jalen Brown, I think they'll be fine.
20:42They will be there representing the East once again.
20:45But I think Denver is where the value is because this market, again, Donnie, is one of those spots where
20:51I just need Denver to get to the Western Conference finals.
20:55And boy, oh boy, will this and Boston, for that matter, to the Eastern Conference finals.
21:00And this market, we will see a repricing and profits.
21:05And that is how you approach the prediction markets.
21:08Get in early.
21:10You don't need it to happen this way.
21:11You just need it to almost happen this way and let the market reprice itself.
21:16How about this one here?
21:17Denver and Philadelphia actually has a listed chance of 11.6% to be the finals here.
21:24And also, that's trading at basically a half of a penny, which means a $100 investment would pay back $20
21:30,000.
21:31It's interesting where some of these numbers come from and how you can actually approach those.
21:35But that would be incredible.
21:36That would mean the Sixers went a couple rounds and Joel Embiid came back rested and ready.
21:40Probably not going to happen.
21:41But then again, a $100 investment will pay back $20,000.
21:45NBA, Joe, Rookie of the Year.
21:47Two college teammates here going toe-to-toe at the end.
21:50It's Khan Knipple and it's Cooper Flagg.
21:53And on Polymarket, Khan Knipple is the favorite at 49% right now, followed by Cooper Flagg at 45%.
22:00How about that?
22:01Mixing and matching over the past couple weeks.
22:05Yeah, and I mean, listen, one shoots the three, one's got the all-around game.
22:10I mean, the future is bright no matter what.
22:12I'm still trying to figure out how I had over 34.5 Cooper Flagg points in that final game against
22:19Chicago.
22:20And he would have been well on his way to another 50-burger and securing that title there of Rookie
22:27of the Year.
22:28And then he rolls his ankle early on in that game with 10 points.
22:32And that was the end of that.
22:33But I still think Cooper Flagg has done enough to be able to secure the Rookie of the Year award.
22:40By the way, on Polymarket, $869,000 invested in the Khan Knipple, $599,000 invested into Cooper Flagg.
22:49So the people have spoken and believe it could be Khan Knipple there.
22:53How about the NBA Coach of the Year on Polymarket?
22:56$1.3 million has been invested into this market with the favorite right now.
23:00At 84% is Joe Mazzullo.
23:03But the most money, Joe, is on J.B. Bickerstaff at $313,000.
23:08But he's only trading currently at a 14% chance to win the NBA Coach of the Year.
23:14Oh, it's Doc Rivers, hands down.
23:17I mean, nobody destroys a franchise like Doc Rivers does.
23:21So, yeah, I think the guys that did the best tank job should be the Utah coach.
23:29Hardy should be there.
23:31I think those guys got to get consideration for Coach of the Year.
23:35Because they literally, with a straight face, told us how they weren't trying to lose games
23:39when they wouldn't play any of their starters in the fourth quarter.
23:42So, yeah, that's the route I would go there, Donnie.
23:45By the way, this has been running for the past year here on Polymarket.
23:48And did you know that $29,000 has been invested in Doc Rivers being the Coach of the Year?
23:53And if it still holds up, it's trading at one-tenth of a percent,
23:57which means a $100 investment on Doc Rivers to win Coach of the Year would pay back $29,000.
24:04Love it.
24:04You want to waste your money?
24:05Sign up and do it.
24:07Here's the one that we like as well, Joe.
24:08How about this topic on Polymarket?
24:10The NBA to pass Luka Doncic's Extraordinary Circumstances Challenge.
24:16It's listed here currently at 73%, which means Luka cries, it's not fair, I was a game or two away,
24:23I hurt my hamstring, help me in.
24:26It's actually trading at 73% chance that it's going to pass.
24:28You can't let that pass.
24:30If anything, you change the rules for next year.
24:32You can't go back and change the rules for this year.
24:35Come on.
24:36No, I don't think you can, Donnie, but that's not going to stop them from trying.
24:41And again, I think the more you hear about it, the better the no value is going to get
24:45because more and more people are going to keep running to the window and backing the yes here.
24:49So I kind of like the no value here.
24:52Prediction Markets Edge right here on the early line.
24:54Donnie Wright's side and Joe Ranieri talking some NBA-heavy topics.
24:57Why?
24:57Because the playoffs, at least the play-in rounds, do start tonight and tomorrow
25:00before we get to the real deal and the big boys come to play.
25:04The only question, though, on my mind is, how far can the Los Angeles Lakers go this spring
25:09if LeBron James is the only healthy superstar they have in the lineup?
25:13Which brings me to my next question, Joe, on Kalshi.
25:16LeBron James' next team, is it going to be stay with Los Angeles or retires?
25:21It's currently the favorite at 42%.
25:23Is it going to be Cleveland going home?
25:25Cleveland, this is for you!
25:2836% or how about this?
25:30He goes to the San Antonio Spurs to play with Wendy at 9%.
25:34But, Joe, the favorite is the Lakers and or retires for next year.
25:39All right.
25:40So this is what the folks need to understand here.
25:43This is what we call an information narrative market.
25:46And that matters here.
25:48And it does because the outcome isn't random, folks.
25:52It's not like a game.
25:53You're not betting whether the over, the under, or the hit, or what side.
25:56The outcome isn't random.
25:57It's decision-based, and it comes from an insider having knowledge
26:03or insiders having knowledge, which drives the market.
26:06The only person who knows the answer to this is LeBron and his immediate circle
26:11because he controls what happens here.
26:14So where is Bronny playing next year?
26:16That would be my next question, Donnie, because wherever Bronny is,
26:20if LeBron's coming back, it's likely with Bronny.
26:24So if Bronny stays in L.A., guess what?
26:26LeBron's probably staying in L.A. here.
26:28But if Bronny's on another team, likely so will LeBron James.
26:33I do remember when LeBron James was thought that he might be leaving Miami.
26:37Where might he go?
26:38Where all it took was a postal office worker that say,
26:41LeBron James' wife came down here and changed the mailing address from here
26:45back to Cleveland, and that set off a firestorm.
26:47We just need that inside info, Joe, as you said, from the interworkings of,
26:52hey, somebody's booking a plane flight to this place,
26:54and maybe it happens at that point.
26:56Also, we talk about LeBron James.
26:57Where is he going?
26:58How about Giannis Antetokounmpo on the Polymarket site?
27:02Denver Nuggets, 87%.
27:05Houston Rockets, 45%.
27:08Hawks, 43%.
27:09So we have a robust market here.
27:11But as I slide down, I'll say to myself, where is the actual current team at, Joe?
27:19Milwaukee, 76 cents is trading at $100 investment, $129 back.
27:24If he stays in the cream city.
27:27Yeah, well, I mean, again, this is the same type of thing.
27:31You know, very decision and narrative oriented here where Giannis may not control it
27:38unlike LeBron, right?
27:39LeBron is going to be a free agent, and he can sign wherever he wants to sign.
27:44Giannis, you know, he's under contract, so he's got one more guaranteed year.
27:49So the question is, will Milwaukee pull the trigger?
27:53And if he does, where is he going to go?
27:55Now, listen, Donnie, the likely outcome is back to the Bucs because he's under contract.
27:59But I'm still going to say Heat or Knicks here.
28:02I think both of those teams will adjust to get Giannis on the court wearing their uniform.
28:09I think that's not a bad look here because they have the assets to do it.
28:14Look, since their championship here, they tried everything to make it work around Giannis.
28:18Nothing has worked.
28:19So maybe the only thing that could possibly work, him actually leaving town.
28:23How about Zion's next team here?
28:25Pelican superstar.
28:26He is a star.
28:27He's just not on the court all that much, but did make some strides this year.
28:30But if you are a GM in the NBA and you're giving up major assets to Zion, you're looking
28:35probably at getting yourself fired over the next one to two years.
28:38But the favorite is him staying in the Orleans or retiring.
28:42That's at 57%, Joe.
28:45Listen, I could not have been more impressed this year with Zion, actually.
28:49The effort and the amount of games that he, believe it or not, in a year, we're all screaming
28:53about 65 games.
28:55It's hilarious how many Zion actually played in this year and stayed healthy.
28:59And I think he comes back to New Orleans.
29:02And the simple reason is DeJounte Murray.
29:05I mean, when that team was healthy at the end of the year, Donnie, that's a legit team.
29:11That's a team that can do some damage.
29:12And I think Zion's going to be very much a part of that.
29:16If they all stay, I like New Orleans' chances next year to do some damage.
29:21How about Ja Morant?
29:23Get ready for him to be moving on to his next team.
29:25We told you, basically got kicked out of those last-day interviews here, cleaning up your
29:29locker.
29:29Miami, Joe, the trading favorite at the Kelsey Marketplace at 29%.
29:34Ja and South Beach?
29:36I don't know if that's a match made in heaven.
29:38Hmm.
29:39No.
29:39Yeah.
29:40The idea that Pat Riley and Ja Morant can coexist in any universe is hilarious.
29:45That would be a no on Miami for me.
29:49Hey, is jail an option, Donnie?
29:51Is that on?
29:53No.
29:54Is it for the prison league?
29:56Because, yeah, no.
29:58I don't think he's going to be out of the league, but it's not going to be a place he
30:04wants to have any part of.
30:06That's what I think.
30:07Yeah.
30:07Washington, maybe?
30:08A little bit of a powder keg there.
30:09Yeah.
30:10Washington, maybe?
30:10Going back.
30:11By the way, if he goes back, Washington, would they change back to the Bullets here for
30:14Ja?
30:15How about that?
30:15Ooh.
30:15How about that joke?
30:16Ooh.
30:17The show here.
30:17The show here.
