01:35Anyways, so, we're doing another little video review of Transformers 2007 movie, Dropkick.
01:47So, I happen to think it's actually a fantastic figure, even though it is in the Michael Bay universe.
01:55So, let's go ahead and take a closer look at it.

02:04So, here's Dropkick in his alt mode, and as you can see, he is a pickup truck.
02:09By the way, I just want to make another quick big shoutout to Robot Heroes Toys.

02:19And then, they have toys on sale.
02:25So, you know, good prices, good people.
02:29They just want to sell you stuff.
02:31Let them be what they want to be.
02:33Anyways, so, believe it or not, this guy is a pickup truck.
02:38And, believe it or not, I think he's a Decepticon by Primus.
02:46Anyways, I definitely do like his pimping color scheme.
02:50It looks really good, and I definitely like the headlights in the yellow and smoky color.
02:55That's really nice.
02:56As well, I like his smoky window with the finger, you know, print details.
03:03That's what makes the store real.
03:05But, uh, he definitely looks cool, and...

03:09You got a claw on the back that can barely move.
03:13Yeah, you're supposed to rotate this hinge, and then it moves.
03:17Or you can do this, but only amateurs do that.
03:21You don't want to be amateur.
03:23It does have a spring to where this folds up, but, uh, the spring doesn't really work all too well
03:28on mine right now.
03:29So, that's kind of unfortunate.

03:49The only real issue I have with this is the fact that these sides don't really clip into anything.
03:56They kind of hold in place, uh, thanks to the grill.
03:59But if you don't have the grill in place, because there's a little tab at the bottom there, you can

04:06You know, yeah, it can pretty much go like that, and everything would transform.
04:11You see that little tab right there?
04:15Right there, if you can barely see it, there we go, I-dee-dee-dee, and it just goes over
04:22the grill, and that would hold it in place as well as the door, because it's got that whatever Mechalive
04:27whatever gimmick to where you fold that up, and the doors open.
04:31And speaking of transformation, speaking of, uh, I don't know, the-the-the-the-the-the-the-the-the-the

05:33One thing I forgot to mention in alt mode is that you can have the Aaron John Ironheart thing.
05:40So here's Dropkick in his robot mode, and even if you don't like the Michael Bay universe,
05:46you gotta admit, this guy does look kinda cool.

06:02Dropkick in robot mode does have a nice silhouette.

06:07it doesn't really hinder anything, and I think it looks kinda cool, and I forgot to lift that up.

06:32The kibble actually looks nice.
06:33It gives him a little bit more personality to this character, which is more like a...
06:37I kinda wanna say a praying mantis type look.
06:40I mean, just look at his legs.
06:42Even though I don't know how many legs a praying mantis has.
06:46It just reminds me of the mantis from Halo.
06:50As well, the guns just look so cool.
06:53He doesn't really have the articulation he really needs.
06:57And that I mean, his elbows don't really go down all the way.
07:01They're pretty much like that at a bend.
07:04But you know what?
07:04With a figure like this, with guns coming out of the bottom of the arms,
07:10you don't need that.
07:12You just need them pointing forward like that,
07:15and you're good, boy!
07:17You have 40 seconds to comply.
07:21So, I really do like the look of this guy.
07:24He definitely has a lot of character for him,
07:26while being kind of a generic Decepticon.
07:29I mean, you know, he's purple and gray.
07:31He transforms into a truck, and the truck mode does look good.
07:34But he doesn't really have anything that really makes him different than Stockade, or Megatron, or Knockout.
07:43He doesn't really have that much going for him.
07:46You know, I just feel like he's made just to be a Decepticon.
07:50Just an average, everyday Decepticon.
07:53I do like the weapon a little bit.
07:57Just a little bit.
07:58It's got two plug-ins to where you can put it on the hand.

08:09Actually, now that I think of it, it is kind of lame.
08:12But you know what?
08:13It doesn't hinder anything for the figure.
08:15I'm just wondering why he needs a clamp like that in either mode.
08:21Why don't he be a tow truck?
08:23That'd be more... something.
08:26Something incorporates to alt mode.
08:29Like Dark of the Moon Megatron, so that's something.
08:32But you know what?
08:34I'm not gonna let that ruin this figure.
08:37It looks nice.
08:38I like the legs.
08:39I know they're chicken legs, but whatever.

08:43My biggest issue is that he's got kind of a Dark of the Moon Deluxe Class Roadbuster chest thing going
08:48on.
08:49To where this entirely is mostly gray.
08:52And it just has a couple of little bits here and there.
08:55It's not really much.
08:56It's more like Age of Extinction Optimus Prime where it's just like mostly one piece for the chest.
09:03The major unfortunate side about this guy is you can see...

09:24I like the kind of pearl blue color on his face.

09:30Just overall, I really do like the look of this figure.

09:36These don't really plug in.
09:37They kind of do and they kind of don't, which is unfortunate.

09:42Nothing really ruins the figure.
09:45I really like the look of him.
09:46I like the silhouette.
09:48He does have his flaws.

09:57So overall, do I highly recommend...
10:03Movieverse Dropkick?
10:04Absolutely.
10:05I think it's a fantastic little figure that you can get.
10:09You know, it's for the Movieverse.
10:11It does have its flaws.
10:12But I happen to think that as a toy, it's fantastic.
10:16As a model, that has something you would put on the shelf.
10:19If you like the Movieverse, I say this figure definitely works for that lineup.
10:23And you know, he's almost good enough to be in the Generations line.
10:28So I really do like him.
10:29I really, really do.
10:31So anyways, I'm looking at...
