01:35So here's Cosmos and Payload in their alt mode and they look fantastic next to each other.
01:42And there is a way to combine these two.
01:46However, it's absolutely ridiculous and I'll talk about that later on.
01:50Meanwhile, we'll go through Payload first.
01:53I gotta say, he looks nice as a white shuttle with the black details, the red Autobot logo on the
01:58side.
01:58I believe this guy is not actually Payload in the G1 Micromaster line, but he's actually more based on the
02:05lines of the name of the guy.
02:07I think it's Sky High? I might be wrong.
02:09And, um, I gotta say, it doesn't look too bad.
02:14Get ready for the transformation, because there's a lot.
02:16There's a lot of development in this little guy.

02:25So here he is in his robot mode and I gotta say, he looks really good.
02:29He can do the twist.
02:30Oh, what more articulation do you need?
02:33Look at his face.
02:34He's covered in smurfberries.
02:36He's got a very nice helmet around his head.
02:40I mean, by God, that's beautiful.
02:42Probably the best helmet for a Micromaster I've seen so far.
02:46The legs are nothing really much, but, you know what, they work for the toy and I gotta say, he
02:51looks pretty good.
02:52Gun mode isn't really that hard to get into.
02:55It's mostly the hard part is flipping up that peg.
02:58But once you get that done, here's his gun mode.
03:02And I gotta say, for a gun, it's not really that bad.
03:05And you can plug it on to the Dark and the Moon figures if you want.
03:09I gotta say, not bad.
03:11Now, even though he's not in his gun mode when he's combined to Cosmos and alt mode,
03:16the combination is pretty much like this.
03:19You put the shuttle in the back here.
03:22And that's it.

03:31Cosmos and his alt mode is very impressive.
03:34I gotta say, I really do like the look of it.
03:37Now, the only real issue I have with this alt mode in its entirety is the fact that nothing really
03:44plugs in as well as I hope.
03:45The entire backpack piece right here, it barely snaps in.
03:51You kind of have to really use a lot of force and get everything lined up.
03:55Pretty much everything you need to get lined up perfectly or else you're not gonna get a good enough UFO.
04:00But I gotta say, it's got that very nice 80s theme.
04:04I love the cockpit on this guy.
04:06It looks amazing.
04:07The yellow stripes.
04:08Oh, it's beautiful.
04:10This guy really pops in your collection.
04:12And he's actually got some good size.
04:15He has a bionicle piece by comparison because I have nothing.
04:18Oh, there's hair all over it.
04:20Because I have nothing else next to me.
04:22It's actually quite big.
04:24Not deluxe class big, but it's got a lot of space in the alt mode.
04:28So, yeah, that's pretty much it.
04:30You can see his head right there.
04:32Gorgeous.
04:33Kind of funny that he transforms into a UFO.
04:36But with good reason.
04:38Because he's one of those guys that goes around in space.
04:41He doesn't go to Earth.
04:42Earth is too boring.
04:47So, let's go to the robot mode.

05:17X-Files.
05:18And as you can see, this is Cosmos in his robot mode.
05:21And I gotta say, he's quite gorgeous.
05:23Look at that head sculpt.
05:24It looks brilliant.
05:25The chest is very nice.
05:27I love the arms.
05:28Even though they have a lot of kibble on them.
05:31I guess those hydraulics could count as guns.
05:34So, you got that.
05:35And he's even got the knee guns.
05:37Now, I'm not a huge fan of how the legs turned out.
05:40But you know what?
05:41I gotta say, it's not really that bad.
05:45I love the transformation too.
05:47At least with the waist joint.
05:49Yes, he's even got waist articulation.
05:52It's up here.
05:53But, you know, he's got that.
05:54And it's really cool because it kind of clicks into place.
05:58And it reminds me of a first edition Starscream.
06:00Which is another figure that I absolutely love.
06:04I don't know if this is just on mine.
06:06But as a mistake, I rotate the legs the other way.
06:10Yeah, if you got this in hand and you transform it, you're going to figure out what I'm talking about.
06:15However, when I try to fix it, the knee likes to snap out of place.
06:21And it's for both of the legs, I believe.
06:24But, you know, just remember which way the legs have to transform and then flippity-doo-dah.
06:30He's got an Autobot logo on the one side, but not the other.
06:33Which, by the way, I forgot to say.
06:35Packaging.
06:35Ooh.
06:36But I love payload as a gun.
06:38These two just look like they're going to have a hell of a time.
06:41So, you know what this calls for in epic size comparison time.
06:45There's Cosmos with Commander-class figure.
06:48And he is smaller than a Commander-class figure.
06:50But he's just around the same size as a Scout-class figure.
06:54So, you're getting your money's worth with that.
06:56I mean, he is taller than the average Legends-class figure.
06:59But you also get the payload figure, which looks amazing.
07:03I mean, he is quite small.
07:04You know, there's a good comparison with the Megablocks figure.
07:07A Botshots, a Creon, a Lego figure, Hot Wheels.
07:11Legends-class figure, an original.
07:14Well, actually, a KO Micro-Master.
07:17We've got, uh, well, a Commander-class figure.
07:20We've got Deluxe First Edition Bumblebee, which I plan to review.
07:23We've got Master Chief going, uh.
07:25We've got Scout-class.
07:26We've got a can.
07:27We've got R.I.D. Bumblebee.
07:29And then we've got Nightmare Unicron.
07:31Why?
07:32Because I have them.
07:33So, even though Swerve is probably better just because it's less clunky,
07:37I gotta say, for the nostalgic feeling,
07:40and probably because this is the best Cosmos ever.
07:44I gotta say, I highly recommend these two.
07:47I mean, if you're gonna get one, get the other.
07:49But what I recommend, Cosmos, that is the question.
07:52Let's go to my overall review.
07:58So, overall, do I highly recommend Cosmos with Payload?
08:02I gotta say, they're quite a fun bunch.
08:05Uh, Payload's not really that bad.
08:07Very quick transformation to the alt mode, to the robot mode, but whatever.
08:11And Cosmos, honestly, he looks good.
08:15Definitely an improvement over the past years.
08:17I gotta say, a lot of people might disagree with me on this,
08:21but I think, personally, he's the best Cosmos yet.
