00:00Hi, I'm Christopher Brenner, founder of the MuscleDoc Method, and in this dynamic sports
00:05cupping protocol, we're going to be focusing on the levator scapula, the spleenus capitis,
00:13and this protocol is going to be helpful for those who have difficulties, limitations of
00:20turning their head to the side. Additionally, this can be an effective protocol to use when
00:29treating migraines. So, let's get started. So we're going to start here on the levator's
00:37attachment of the scapula, like this, and we're going to drag that up through, all the way
00:46up through the hair. Good. Moving that up there. Moving it up there. And then we're going to
01:00stop right there. And boy, is that a yummy spot on so many people. Amazing location on that
01:09cup. If you're experiencing migraines, if you're experiencing neck tension, difficulties with
01:16movements in the cervical spine, oh, that one is yummy. Now what we're going to have her
01:27do is bring the chin to chest. Good. We're going to go ahead and tell her to take a nice
01:33inhale. Good. Now we're going to have her look towards the ceiling. Good. Now she can come
01:46down to a neutral position and look towards me. Good. Getting that nice decompression off
01:55that tissue, off that nerve inside there. That can just be this stabbing, radiating pain and
02:02causing so many problems. Let's turn towards the other side. Good. Come back to our neutral
02:13position. And then we'll go back chin to chest. Good. All these movements just allowing more
02:23elasticity, more blood, more movement into these structures. And you can come back to a neutral
02:31position and let's go ahead and take a nice inhale. Good. Wonderful. And how about, how does that feel?
02:42Amazing. Yeah. And what do you like about it? Okay. It feels looser. Yeah. Okay. Wonderful. Wonderful.
02:54And there you have it. Go ahead and give this protocol a try at your clinic and let me know
03:00down in the comments
03:00how much your clients loved it. Thanks for watching and I'll see you in the next episode.
