00:01I am extremely lucky to be in the Animal Care Center area because I have never in
00:0822 years had the fortune of being able to raise cheetah cubs. We have the cubs
00:16in a large nursery area which is very visible to the public. We have a trio
00:25that were hand-raising to be animal ambassadors. Shaili, Taraji and Johari were
00:33born May 24th. They were rejected by their mother and we have the good fortune of
00:40being able to raise them here at the San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park. This is
00:46Lynn Diwe. She's our single cub and she's three weeks younger so she's got a lot of
00:53catching up to do but she's pretty bold and and they play pretty rough with her
00:57and and she'll keep coming back for more. They eat, they play and they can't nap and
01:05then they're ready to go again. What I really like about this is I'm helping an
01:13endangered species. I see the reaction of all the people that are out there, all
01:18the questions. So it does my soul a lot to get to work.
