A former Dudley councillor has pleaded guilty to offences involving two young girls at Preston Magistrates’ Court. Adrian Hughes is due to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court later this month.

00:30Hughes, aged 36, previously served on children's scrutiny roles at Dudley Council.
00:35He was removed from the authority in May last year
00:38and is due to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on April 24.
