00:04A former Dudley councillor has admitted child sexual offences involving two girls aged 13 and 12.
00:12Adrian Hughes, who represented Upper Gornall and Woodsetton,
00:16pleaded guilty to three charges at Preston Magistrates Court on March 13.
00:20The court heard the offences involved sexual communications with a child,
00:26inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and sending an indecent image.
00:30Hughes, aged 36, previously served on children's scrutiny roles at Dudley Council.
00:35He was removed from the authority in May last year
00:38and is due to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on April 24.
