00:11Aznida was charged at the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court under Section 36 Sub 2 of the MACC Act
00:17with failing to comply with the terms of an Asset Declaration Notice from the Antigraft
00:21Agency.
00:23She is accused of failing to declare her ownership of shares in five companies, Amira Sandiran
00:28Berhad, Arida Farm Sandiran Berhad, Cancun Catering Sandiran Berhad, Transgrade Sandiran Berhad,
00:35and Gajah Tiga Foods Sandiran Berhad.
00:37The offense allegedly took place on December 13, 2023 at the MACC headquarters in Putrajaya.
00:44If found guilty, Aznida could face up to five years in jail and a fine of not more than 100

00:51Judge Rosli Ahmad granted Aznida bail of 50,000 ringgit with one surety and ordered her to
