00:12This is what Labuan MP Suhaily Abdul Rahman said, adding that the questionable video recordings

00:17were done secretly as if to undermine the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.

00:22Suhaily said news portal Malaysia Kini has yet to provide the Sabah state government's

00:27side of what had happened, The Daily Express reported.

00:31He also accused Malaysia Kini of colluding with the whistleblower in the case.

00:37Yesterday MACC said five Sabah Assemblymen have been summoned to provide their statements

00:42on the case.

00:44Former Sabah Mineral Management Sindiran Berhad CEO Jontih N. Gihon has since denied any allegations

00:50of collusion.

00:52He reportedly said the allegation that he acted as a middle person between the whistleblower

00:57and the Assemblymen was a total lie.
