00:05This is a bit of a suburban area and this unit complex that you can see behind me.
00:11The middle one appears to have caught fire overnight and sadly police and fire authorities confirmed this morning that a
00:20body was found inside the unit.
00:23Investigations are still ongoing.
00:25It is unclear exactly what happened here but residents, neighbours around the area have said that they just started hearing
00:32the emergency services around 5am this morning sirens and started smelling smoke.
00:37It's obviously really sad and confronting scenes for everyone involved including the emergency services.
00:44We saw one neighbour being informed by the police who was clearly devastated by the news.
00:49So we don't know too much at this stage about exactly what has happened here apart from a tragedy this
00:56morning in Tasmania.
