31:35there's a chapter in the book right yeah which i write about weight weight weight as in body image
31:43you know i i struggled with weight issues and i had an eating disorder you went very thin at one
31:50point but i thought it was drugs not with drugs
31:55i think it's fair i've been anxious about weight my whole bloody life and i'm 70 yeah but for some
32:02reason there's like i don't know why there's like shame around it i think that's a good thing to bring
