00:00It was touch and go for Prisons football club, unsure if they would secure the CFU club's shield position,
00:06and they would only come to know their fate until the final blow of the whistle on Friday night.
00:11They wore their match against Caledonia 1-0 and needed to wait until San Juan Diablote held police to a
00:172-all draw,
00:18which ensured they secured the third spot in the TTPFL. It made for a memorable interview.
00:24How do you feel about coming third?
00:29Elated. Totally, totally elated. Very satisfied. You know, we worked really hard during the course of the season.
00:38I think that if you look at the form guide, we would have ended the season with seven straight wins.
00:44I think we're the most informed team in the TTP tier one right now.
00:49Did you have concerns coming down to the last few minutes?
00:52Definitely had concerns. My heart was in my hand, but at the end of the day, you know, a draw
00:59was good enough for us.
01:00So we're grateful.
01:03So what are you going to be working on next?
01:06Well, we definitely might need to get a few players to play in the Caribbean Shield, but more than likely,
01:12you know.
01:22Soaked, he came back to complete the interview.
01:24Yes, as I said, you know, definitely. We'd have to get some more players in one or two key areas
01:31and, you know, take it from there.
01:32One nil. How do you feel about that result?
01:37We just wanted to win the game. I think the guys were not ever in this situation before.
01:43I didn't think they really handled it well, but it's good to actually win games on the days that you
01:51don't play well.
01:52It's left to be seen, though, if Coach Cyrus ever found out who came up with the idea to soak
01:57him with water.
