01:55And kung makikita natin yung water niya, medyo greenish yung kulay.

02:05Itong tubig na to, di-discard lang natin siya.
02:08And papalitan ng bago.
02:10At gagawa na tayo ng syrup.
02:11Which is water and sugar lang.
02:27Dissolve na yung ating sugar.
02:28Yung ating namang pomelo rind.
02:31Just like what we did the first time, squeeze out lang natin yung excess water.
02:50So, ito na yung last part nung ating proseso.
02:52Kung saan, hayaan natin isoak nung ating pomelo sa syrup.
02:57Para ma-absorb nyo yung tamis.
02:59And of course, mawala, ma-mask yung kung meron pa mang pait ito na natitira doon sa kanyang rind.
03:06And we will basically just reduce this hanggang lumapot-lapot na yung ating sugar syrup.
03:13And then after that, para na mag-serve.
03:21So, at this point, totally reduced na yung ating syrup.
03:24So, ang ginagawa lang natin dito is, parang binabalik lang natin sa solid form yung ating asukal.
03:32Para mamaya, kapag pinlate natin, medyo namumuti-muti na rin siya.
03:40So, here you go. Nakikita na natin yung sinasabi natin na binabalik lang natin sa solid state yung natunaw na
03:46nating asukal.
03:47Ayan, sa gilid.
03:49Nagita natin.
03:50So, yan na yung nagko-coat lalo doon sa ating pomelo candy.
