Former Minority Leader Kelvon Morris believes he is the right man to lead the PNM Tobago Council.

00:08Of course I'm ready, Liz. I have a track record of service to the party and to Ireland.
00:13As you know, I started my journey with the People's National Movement from as early as the Youth League.
00:20I managed the campaign of former Assemblyman Claudia Groom Duke in the year 2013 election, the famous 12-0.
00:28Why Mr. Morris over former Tobago West MP Shumfuck-Joe Lewis, who is also vying for leadership of the party?
00:37Liz, I am the ultimate unifier.
00:41And, you know, at this time the party requires someone who can really unite the membership, ignite, you know, renewed

00:51be a strong voice in, you know, in defense of the party and in defense of Tobago.
00:58And someone who is already very connected to the issues of the Tobago House of Assembly.
01:04Mr. Morris said it's about listening to the people, rebuilding trust in a united force.

01:14It is one about ensuring that we are united.
01:17And it is one that ensures that we have a development agenda for the people of Tobago
