Leg day looks different now coming off ACL surgery, but the gym has become more than just a place to train — it’s where I reset. Every rep isn’t just about strength, it’s about rebuilding confidence in my body and trusting the process again. Some movements feel slower, some days feel tougher, but showing up is what matters most right now. The gym has turned into my therapy through this recovery, helping me stay focused, patient, and consistent while I work my way back. It’s not about being where I was — it’s about getting better step by step.
