00:00So, you can create a patient's invoice directly from the HMS module by navigating to the patient's registry.
00:08Then, on this patient's page, just look or search for the patient's name, then click action beside your name.
00:16Then, you can view the patient's profile.
00:19So, on the patient's profile, just navigate to transactions.
00:23So, on the transactions tab, that's where you find all invoices relating to these patients.
00:29So, you can even quickly check from here, click actions on H1O.
00:34Then, you can view the existing invoices if perhaps what you are trying to view them for is already entered,
00:43probably by someone else or a different personnel.
00:47So, you can view and confirm the invoices there easily.
00:52Then, you can click on create invoice here to create a fresh invoice, which already populates the dates.
00:59Right, and add the patient's name.
01:02So, you just need to proceed to enter the due dates if necessary because it's optional.
01:07So, you can enter a due date for the invoice if necessary.
01:11Then, also, if applicable, select the insurance provider for that patient.
01:18And then, you can also add recurring payments, like a payment structure.
01:24If you check on this box, you have options to select the frequency of payments.
01:29That means that if the client is to pay in installments.
01:33If you have a structure for that, yes, you can also create a payment structure while creating the invoice.
01:42Then, you then need to select the items on the invoice, what the client needs to pay for.
01:50So, you need to select category.
01:52Then, under category lists different kinds of products and services that you offer.
01:59So, you have services here, and this, under item, would then list the different kinds of services.
02:06So, let's say massage, for example.
02:07Once you select it, it populates the price, which you can adjust if you need to.
02:13So, you can adjust this price to, let's say, 50K if needed.
02:20And then, also, quantity can be adjusted to, let's say, two sessions of massage therapy.
02:26Then, you can scroll down, click on add item to add another product or service that needs to be included
02:35on this invoice.
02:36So, when you click on category again, let's say the client, the patient needs to pay for prescribed drugs.
02:43So, you can click on drugs, which is an inventory category.
02:48Then, you can click on item to select which of the items from your inventory.
02:53So, when you select the item, it also follows the same process where you can change the quantity of the
03:03products or the item.
03:05Then, also, price can be adjusted if needed.
03:08Discounts can also be indicated.
03:10So, by amounts, let's say, 500 Naira discounts, it auto-populates or reflects the percentage of that discount.
03:20And, vice versa, when you enter, let's say, 10%, it auto-calculates the amounts of the 10% discount.
03:29Then, there is a checkbox here to indicate if this particular item is covered by insurance.
03:36So, you might have a list of different items, but there are specific ones that are covered by insurance.
03:41So, you can click on check on the ones covered.
03:45Once you check it, the total amount of items covered by insurance is displayed here.
03:52Then, you can proceed, you can add the description on the invoice, if needed.
04:00Then, also, confirm the invoice summary, which shows us the total discounts, total, exclusive, and the outright total.
04:11And, you can just click on create invoice to create this invoice.
04:14Now, as you do this, the invoice reflects here on the transactions table already.
04:21And, then, you can click on action to view more details when you need to of this invoice.
04:27So, you can see the items selected and, you know, you can go ahead to a hard payment from here.
04:34You know, follow the normal hard payment process.
