00:06by CarlsApp and starting from the login page where you enter your login
00:12information which is the same login email and password as the one you use on
00:17the ERP on web so when you are logging in for the first time it shows you an
00:24option to enable biometric that says fingerprint or face ID login which makes
00:30it a lot easier to login easily and you can turn on or turn it off from the
00:39settings from the user profile settings under account then you can turn on
00:43biometric or you can turn it off from there now if we go back to the feed page
00:49so this is where you see activities that have been going on as a team lead you
00:54will be able to see other users other team members activities you know just like
01:00this you know and if you want to switch to see only your own activities then you
01:06will see by using this toggle you can toggle to my activities to see only your
01:10own activities then you can always switch back to see others then you can record
01:15new activities by clicking on this plus button so from here you can add a new
01:20opportunity a new lead you can record the call log so it's as simple as this you
01:25select the contact type which can be lead opportunity and if you select leads
01:31then you can select you know from list of leads from here you can select who you
01:35are recording the call log which you know the call log was with which of your
01:40leads then you enter the remaining details the dates duration and so on so
01:45there's options to also enter the next time you are following up with this
01:48particular lead then also when you can also create a follow-up tax so whether
01:54for yourself by selecting the assignee or you can select someone else as well so
01:58you can create a tax within your sales team and by the time you click on this
02:02create button it's it applies it creates a call log and also creates the tax so
02:08same thing applies for other activities like email basically the same thing
02:13applies so email notes meetings you can record all of that you can use it to
02:20schedule upcoming meetings or you can record details of meetings I've already
02:26held so you can use it either way then also we have this page to show each user
02:33can see their leads yeah their list of leads here and you can easily import a new
02:39lead for people that already are existing leads and start just started using the
02:43the mobile app so you can click on this plus button so he that had a new lead from
02:49the system it shows you this simple form to view for the lead details or you can
02:55click on the plus button to import lead from the address book from your mobile phone
03:00so you can basically select you know these people then click on done then you can
03:05click on yes to import them into into the app as new leads then after you import
03:10them you can then choose to probably open them you know view their details and
03:15click on this button edit to add more informations to their details like the
03:20source where did you meet them the campaign their value the product they are
03:25interested in their pipeline and so on so you can use that to update easily for
03:31existing leads then you can see a list of opportunities each user has created so
03:37each user sees all the opportunities they have created for example okay you see an
03:41opportunity to sell to an entire industry or sell a portion of your home
03:47products a tangible portion so these are opportunities that you can track we
03:52delete as also for each leads when you delete details you can see you can see a lot of
03:58information for each leads you know all of these details the detail the basic
04:04information they are the products you know they are interested in and contact so
04:09for leads that are company if they have multiple contacts you can easily you know
04:13see all the different people under our company which you can decide to you know
04:18click on this button now you click on this it opens whatsapp for you to you know
04:23message them on whatsapp or you can put a call through by clicking on this button as well so
04:28with this you can easily you know interact with your leads so same thing with the contact phone number
04:34here you can do that then you can see the opportunities you know connected to each lead from
04:40here as well so on that lead profile you can view the opportunity and likewise from the opportunity you can see all the connected leads in that opportunity then you can see all the activities you have done with that lead
04:51you know it's you know all the different activities that you have performed with
04:57delete the calls the emails the meetings that you have recorded you can see that's from here
05:02then also the tax section so if you have created any tax while recording our
05:08activity logs then you can see all tax you know that has been assigned to you or
05:13tags that you have assigned to people and for tags that have been assigned to you you can easily update those
05:19tags from here you know just click on the the status drop down here you can select the new
05:24status you're updating it also is that easy and you can also create a new tax from here easily for
05:31your sales team meets then we have the we have the profile section here from each activity that
05:39you're looking at then you can select the profile of the user so this is more for sales team leads
05:45now so they can see their sales team members activities you can like you can comment you know
05:52and even the comments as a voice notes you know and also you can add pictures you can add emojis and so
05:58on then uh the sales team lead as well can you know view the details of the engagement they they had with
06:06the with the leads then also view the particular sales team members profile you know see the activities the
06:13person has been doing see their pipelines see the deals they have and also see some of their basic
06:22informations all these you have at the tip of your finger so basically play with and get value from it
