00:48all right so we need to set up a category that is going to be at the inventory
00:54now we have several classification we have the battery the tire the tarplane the air filter
01:01the magic tire for this training let's go with the battery so i'm going to be going with the battery
01:06for this so we're going to be calling the battery vehicle battery that's what is going to be
01:15the category name so every other type of batteries is going to bring all the other type of vehicle
01:21batteries are going to be within the vehicle battery category now that we've created it once we go down
01:26to our inventory which is this uh the inventory sorry one minute this is the inventory which is this
01:38so i've opened the tab down so let's go down to inventory categories
01:47so you will notice we have the vehicle battery that we created within the fleet components so the next
01:53thing is to add batteries within this uh within the vehicle battery we have several type of batteries uh
02:02let's select it vehicle batteries and the next thing is to add the inventory name as types of batteries
02:10that is under the vehicle battery so for example we have what we call the acid battery
02:17acid battery for vehicles uh let's do that let's create it uh acid battery call units
02:31inventory type physical so you can add an opening cost price
02:36that's the amount you use in buying the battery or you can leave it i'm going to be leaving it

02:42you can also add the selling price that's the amount for selling the battery but if you are into

04:38vehicle batteries you can name it vehicle batteries or batteries whatever you can use to remember the
04:46configuration that you set for each of them so we have vehicle battery uh on that category so what i
04:56mean
04:56category we have what we call item type now if i want to select for lithium battery but i want
05:02to set it for
05:02lithium battery but not for uh acidic battery uh we can use the specific item once we use the specific
05:11item so we select just item you can see we have lithium battery and acidic battery but if we want
05:16the
05:16category that means everything within that category should pick it we come down to category so once we have
05:22the category you can see everything here is categories not items so we can select the category because we want
05:27to
05:27apply to every category within this but this battery so uh we have some few things that we want to
05:35always have
05:36like brand name uh that can be tests and it's required then so we can also add something called uh
05:47capacity
05:48since it's battery yeah uh we can make that integer or you can make it tests that has test and
05:59letter uh you can also add
06:03voltage
06:07that can be decimal then let's add just one more
06:14let's call it production dates
06:20this production dates we call it dates so you can make it required or not so let's leave just the
06:28production dates to not be required all right so let's save this
06:34so now when when you are trying to stock in
06:37batteries you have to fill in it will request for those specifications why because we've already

07:09depending on maybe you make the purchase order or i want to receive goods or you didn't make a purchase
