00:01I play Dustin and Tank and Dustin are best friends and Tank has this sort of side gig, this hobby
00:14whereby he gets paid to go out on dates with girls who have dumped their boyfriends
00:24and essentially provides them with the date experience from hell so that girlfriend will go running back to the guy
00:33who has hired Tank.
00:36The thing about Dustin is that he's a bit passionate, but passionate almost to a fault.
00:48The word stalker comes to mind, psycho, weird.
00:55He falls for Alexis quite hard in a very short period of time and things get quite serious for him.
01:02There's almost immediately a disparity in their feelings for each other.
01:08Dustin kind of goes overboard and starts to freak Alexis out quite a bit.
01:14So that's why Alexis, you know, puts on the brakes and calls it quits with Dustin, sending Dustin into this
01:22downward spiral.
01:27When you meet Dustin at the beginning of the film, he is dating Alexis, Kate Hudson, and she breaks up
01:35with him.
01:35And so Dustin solicits the services of his best friend Tank and subsequently, unfortunately for Dustin, Tank and Alexis fall
01:47in love.
01:51Dane's hilarious and he and I get along really well.
01:56I mean, I think we have a solid chemistry.
02:00You know, with someone as funny as Dane, or Alec as well, or Kate as well, it's, you know, you're
02:06always trying to hang in there with them comedically and just try to, you know, stay with them.
02:12And it's fun.
02:13It's challenging and great times.
02:15And, you know, the chemistry is there for all of us, both on and off the set.
02:23Kate Hudson is pretty fantastic.
02:26She's, first of all, the sweetest girl in the world.
02:30And she's really talented, really smart, and she's a consummate professional.
02:36I mean, just to see her on the set and see how she is with everyone and just, she's just
02:44a pro.
02:45She's such a veteran.
02:45And I've had a great time with her.
02:49She's just really, really funny.
02:53You know, with any movie like this, I just hope that they have a good time and laugh.
02:58I mean, we're making a comedy, a romantic comedy, sure.
03:02But this movie, you know, I think lives and dies on the jokes and the humor and the characters' interactions.
03:13And I think it's going to be really funny.
