12:37I mean, obviously it's a distillery, but what are your specialties?
12:39Currently we're making vodka, gin, and limoncello.
12:42And we will be making a whiskey.
12:44It's in barrel and it's going to be there for three years.

12:51Now, so you started off in the wine business.

13:01I really love them both for the different reasons, but I must admit there is something exceptional

13:10You're not relying on the grapes or the fruit to make the flavors of your spirit.
13:15You can actually bring forth whatever flavors you want.
13:17Obviously you have to wait a little longer for the whiskey, which I'm getting used to.

13:45It's still a big enough city that you're not feeling completely separated from the world
13:49and you get the beautiful summers.
13:52The winters are not that aggressive from what we've experienced.

13:56And I mean, walking around the property on a sunny day is gorgeous.
13:58But just thinking about it covered in snow, come inside, warm up.
