00:31wurde 1978 eingeführt. 1973 übernahm der Lotus-Händler Graham Niren die Produktionsrechte
00:39und entwickelte und produzierte als Cataram Cars den Leichtbausportwagen weiter. Der Donkerford
00:46P24 RS ist ein direktes leistungsstarkes Derivat des legendären Lotus Super 7. Während der
00:53Ur-Lotus als leichter, minimalistischer Sportwagen startete, entwickelte Donkerford dieses Konzept
00:59mit moderner Technik, stärkeren Motoren und Kohlenstofffaser zu Hightech-Performance-Rodestern

01:58The P24 RS weighs just 780 kg dry, while delivering 600 horsepower and 800 Newtonmeters of torque.
02:07That makes this the only road-going 600 horsepower supercar under that 1,000 kg barrier. The result,

02:21per tonne. The beating heart of the Donkerford P24 RS is the all-new 3.5 Liter twin-turbo
02:30V6 power-to-choose engine. It's called the PTC engine because it allows the driver to choose
02:37between 400, 500 and 600 horsepower while driving to adapt to conditions or the driver's
02:44preference. This perfectly reflects Donkerford's philosophy. No torque vectoring, no artificial
02:50steering field and no electronic interference unless you want it. This dry-sump BTC V6 uses
02:58turbocharging, intercooling and air intake breakthroughs to deliver incredible performance figures.
03:04Zero to 200 km an hour in around 7,5 seconds and a top speed that lies well beyond 300
