01:23suggesting they were the result of a breakdown in communication within Iran's military ranks.

02:10attack neighboring countries unless they were attacked by them first.
02:15Now, the public alert warnings have been ringing out across the UAE and also in Qatar this morning
02:22as people were advised to take cover.
02:25And obviously, the governments are continuing to manage and monitor the situation.

02:42when an Iranian drone strike struck the vicinity of the building.
02:47Together with other passengers, they had to seek shelter in a safe space underground.
02:52We are being evacuated from the airport.
02:56Everyone's just been told to leave, so we're going from the gate to I don't know where.
03:03As Lily and the other passengers were going downstairs to shelter,
03:07drone strikes continued to hit the vicinity of the airport.
03:11We have been evacuated downstairs into a very small room,
03:16which hopefully is the safest place to be right now.
03:20We're not really being told too much.
03:23So we will just sit here and wait.
03:26After an hour of sheltering downstairs, the passengers were allowed to leave.
03:30We are boarding the plane again, second time today.
03:34Fingers crossed, this is going to be the one.
03:40Russian missiles and drones struck Ukraine overnight, killing at least nine people.
03:47Seven people, including two children, were killed when a Russian ballistic missile struck
03:52a five-storey apartment building in Kharkiv.
03:55Ten others were wounded in the attack.

04:04and another in the northeastern city of Sumi.
04:07Three other people were wounded in Ukraine's capital, Kyiv.
04:11Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky called on foreign partners
04:15to respond to the brutal strikes on Ukraine,
04:18from which the international community's attention has been diverted by the war in Iran.
04:24He said Russia launched 29 missiles and around 480 drones across the country overnight.
04:30The attacks also damaged energy, railway and infrastructure facilities across Ukraine.
