00:00:59The headlines, we have to win a trophy.
00:01:00According to the Rangers manager, Danny Roll,
00:01:03Martin O'Neill with big selection decisions
00:01:05ahead of the second visit to Ibrox in seven days,
00:01:08this time in the Scottish Cup.
00:01:09Stephen Robinson eyeing a return to Hamden with St Mirren.
00:01:13And for Motherwell and Jens Berthold Asgau,
00:01:15it's a chance to close the gap on the old firm
00:01:18if they can get a win up at Dens Park against Dundee.
00:01:21That's just a few of the topics we'll be talking about.
00:01:24And as ever, with our programme,
00:01:28we like to test your knowledge.
00:01:29If you're walking about in the podcast

00:01:33then here is the quiz question
00:01:35sponsored by Elite Joinery and Fire Protection.
00:01:38All the boys, Damien and all the team,
00:01:40like to come up with a good question.
00:01:41And with Falkirk involved in the Scottish Cup,
00:01:44when was the last time Falkirk won the Scottish Cup?
00:01:46Was it 1937, 1947, 1957 or 1967?
00:01:53You should get away then.
00:01:54I'd go 47.
00:01:561947.
00:01:56I think it's, I'm pretty sure it's 1957.
00:01:59You think so?
00:01:59The next Falkirk player.
00:02:00I've seen the pictures up on the wall in black and white.
00:02:03OK, well, we'll find out shortly.
00:02:06Ruffy's pretty sure he saw them
00:02:08because I think it was two years after the war had ended.
00:02:12So there you are, Ruffy.
00:02:13Ruffy, that's why Ruffy is...
00:02:15Ruffy was at high school.
00:02:16...is 47.
00:02:17What's your thoughts on it?
00:02:18Give us your answer on that.
00:02:20And of course, as ever,
00:02:21we mentioned on a regular basis here

00:02:55Lee Shanley.
00:02:56Hi to everybody who joins us.
00:02:58Brian as well.
00:02:59And James Kennel
00:03:01and Joseph McGonigal.
00:03:03Lots of people joining us
00:03:05to give us their thoughts on football issues.
00:03:08And we welcome them all, Robbie, don't we?
00:03:10Yeah, we certainly do.
00:03:12It's good to see them on the screen.
00:03:13But it's even better when you meet them outside.
00:03:16Yes.
00:03:16And now there are a few.
00:03:18Obviously, I was in Edinburgh this morning
00:03:20and again walking through the supermarket.
00:03:23Big Hearts contingent.
00:03:25Watch the show.
00:03:26Thank you for that.
00:03:27They have their views.
00:03:28Obviously looking forward to Tam in the jersey.
00:03:31Yes.
00:03:31So, yeah, it's getting near that time.
00:03:34Yeah, absolutely.
00:03:35And, of course, you were in Edinburgh
00:03:36and, of course, you were in a pub
00:03:38and there was a couple of fans of the show there as well
00:03:40who wanted to obviously swap things up.
00:03:42Yeah, but there's some things you can't get involved
00:03:43and you've got to move on.
00:03:46If only we could tell that story.
00:03:48Oh, by the way.
00:03:48That's a classic, Ruffey.
00:03:50I'd love to tell that.
00:03:51Can we tell that story?
00:03:52No, we can't.
00:03:52No, we can't.
00:03:55Oh, Ruffey, it's the best one.
00:03:57It's a late night show.
00:03:58By the way, I don't know if you've noticed, Ruffey,
00:04:00I mean, you and I just look the same
00:04:03but you are looking mightily fresh-faced.
00:04:06Have you, dare I say it,
00:04:08have you been for a facial?
00:04:09Have you been for a facial?
00:04:11I'm going to come out.
00:04:12You're doing Botox on that head.
00:04:14I'm not, actually.
00:04:15Are you sure?
00:04:16Aye.
00:04:16Anywhere else?
00:04:17No, no.
00:04:18My skincare regime is pretty good.
00:04:21Have you been for a facial?
00:04:22Yes.
00:04:23Wow.
00:04:24I knew it.
00:04:24I looked at your face and I thought...
00:04:26I'm actually dreaming you saying
00:04:28I'm going to wish my dad a happy 70th.
00:04:29I'm going to a party tonight
00:04:31and a wee meal from my dad tonight, so...
00:04:33Hi, Ruffey, Dad.
00:04:34I know you'll be watching.
00:04:34I'm looking forward to seeing you later on.
00:04:35So I had to get myself spruced up.
00:04:37That's why I'm looking a wee bit at Miami Vice.
00:04:38Yeah, you are absolutely...
00:04:39You just look...
00:04:40You look too gleaming
00:04:41and there's your dad calling us now.
00:04:45I'm too busy.
00:04:46There's somebody calling me
00:04:47to wish his dad the very best.
00:04:4970 years as well.
00:04:5070, Tam Senior.
00:04:51He watches the show every day.
00:04:52And does he play sport?
00:04:54He used to play fives
00:04:56but he's got a prosthetic knee now.
00:05:00Not prosthetic knee.
00:05:01He's got a knee replacement
00:05:01and he plays walking football now.
00:05:03Brilliant, Ruffey.
00:05:04Because you're 74.
00:05:0674.
00:05:06And Kerry Duglish was 75 last week.
00:05:09Wow.
00:05:10And you're still playing sport as well, Ruffey.
00:05:12Yeah, I'm still doing my best.
00:05:14But I think the walking football,
00:05:16I can't get my head in.
00:05:17I know it's a very good sport
00:05:18for people to take part in
00:05:19but I just can't get my head running.
00:05:21By the way, you can get knackered at it.
00:05:24Yeah, I've seen that.
00:05:25I've watched the competition.
00:05:26I've presented medals down at...
00:05:29What do you call the...
00:05:30At Ham?
00:05:31Tory Glen?
00:05:31Tory Glen, yeah.
00:05:33Presented medals down there.
00:05:34There's a lot of cheating going on.
00:05:35There's a lot of people that jog.
00:05:37There's a lot of no walking.
00:05:38It's a wee sort of a...
00:05:39If the ball's in front of you,
00:05:40it's that wee sort of a jog to get.
00:05:42I think it'd be very, very difficult
00:05:43if a ball was just playing in front of you
00:05:45and you had to, you know, just...
00:05:47Well, listen...
00:05:48Bust to get it.
00:05:49I think...
00:05:50I wish I could remember his first name
00:05:52but he does a great job with them.
00:05:55Young boy, Ramsey.
00:05:57That's right.
00:05:57With the walking football.
00:05:59And listen, it's great.
00:06:01Anything that gets you involved
00:06:02and keeps you active is the key, Ruff.
00:06:04I think that's the key to your longevity.
00:06:07Well, I think the walking football,
00:06:09they actually go out and play tournaments.
00:06:11I know Tommy Sheridan plays for the Pollock team
00:06:14and they travel all over
00:06:15and winning trophies all over the place.
00:06:18Yeah, and of course,
00:06:19he's managed to continue that walking football
00:06:21when he plays for Dukla as well
00:06:22because any kind of overlapping run
00:06:25is a non-starter with him now.
00:06:27Anyway, give us your thoughts on the football.
00:06:30I certainly was up at Petaudry in midweek
00:06:32watching Celtic take on Aberdeen.
00:06:35I was watching Dundee United-St. Myrond in midweek.
00:06:37That was the league encounters.
00:06:39Now everybody's thoughts will turn
00:06:41to the Scottish Cup quarterfinals.
00:06:43Give us your thoughts on how you think
00:06:45it's all going to pan out.
00:06:46Who's going to be at Hampden for the semifinals?
00:06:48Which teams do you think are going to make it?
00:06:51And of course, we'll deal with some of the gossip as well
00:06:53because there's been a fair bit of it out there.
00:06:56Andy Robertson, I mean, I know Kenny addressed it
00:06:58and said, would there be any place for him at Celtic?
00:07:01There's been a wee bit of gossip suggesting
00:07:03that that will be his destination
00:07:05when he's out of contract in the summer.
00:07:07Well, it's the same sort of pedigree as Tierney, isn't it?
00:07:10He's a Celtic supporter.
00:07:11I don't think he needs the money.
00:07:14I think it's whatever he sees, his future in the game.
00:07:17I'm sure if he does leave Liverpool,
00:07:19there'll be tons of English clubs interested in him.
00:07:22So it depends whether he gets a kick out of the English league
00:07:25once he comes up here.
00:07:26I think he has to go at the end of this season, Peter.
00:07:28I don't see it being another two or three years
00:07:31when he's near the end of his career.
00:07:33I think he would go now where he's still in his prime.
00:07:37Yeah.
00:07:37Listen, can you have two left-backs?
00:07:39Can one of them go to three?
00:07:40They've done it with Scotland.
00:07:41One of them played left centre-back,
00:07:43one of them played left-back,
00:07:43or one of them could play just in front of the other one.
00:07:46But I don't think any Celtic supporter
00:07:48would be disappointed if Andy Robertson signed.
00:07:50Well, Eli Justin, Miguel Chaiwa from Hibs.
00:07:53Another bit of gossip today.
00:07:55I didn't...
00:07:56Just on Miguel Chaiwa, he's been brilliant.
00:07:58He's been really, really good.
00:07:59He signed the...
00:07:59Hibs signed him from Young Boys.
00:08:00He played in the Champions League for them.
00:08:01I don't know how Hibs got him,
00:08:03but they paid a fee for him.
00:08:05And I watched him against Celtic a couple of weeks ago
00:08:07at Park Ed when Hibs won 2-1.
00:08:09And he was outstanding.
00:08:10He ran the game.
00:08:11And Sean Maloney, you know,
00:08:14I think he's taken care of the recruitment at the minute
00:08:16and maybe next season as well.
00:08:17And he'd have got a bird's-eye view of Chaiwa that day.
00:08:20So that link's not going away.
00:08:22It's not been rubbished by Celtic,
00:08:23so there must be something in it, Peter.
00:08:25I'll tell you one thing that I liked
00:08:26in some of the stories in the papers this morning.
00:08:28Ruffy, Johnny Russell saying he's not there
00:08:29for a jolly at Dundee United,
00:08:31and neither do I think he is.
00:08:33You know, he came on to the park
00:08:34against St Mirren in midweek,
00:08:36you know, and he did something.
00:08:38It was just a simple, quality pass.
00:08:40And I thought he was going to get
00:08:41a standing ovation from the crowd.
00:08:43Johnny Russell will be a welcome addition to that team.
00:08:45Yeah, and I think it was the last time he was there.
00:08:48There was rumours about him
00:08:50getting into the Scotland squad.
00:08:51Well, we're looking for somebody like that.
00:08:53I think he got a couple of games,
00:08:54but I think the longevity,
00:08:56I think he was trying to get into the team
00:08:58and then obviously went to America.
00:09:00I think when you go away to America,
00:09:01I don't think you're in the view
00:09:03as much as what you are if you're playing here,
00:09:05but certainly the Dundee United supporters
00:09:07gave him a great welcome.
00:09:09Yeah, and as you probably noticed
00:09:11when you come into the studio,
00:09:12one of our board members is a big jambo,
00:09:14and he had an air of confidence about him, Ruffy.
00:09:17I don't know if the jambos are starting
00:09:18to get that feeling,
00:09:19but he said, you know,
00:09:20we're going to win the league.
00:09:22Yeah, I think we're getting to crunch time here.
00:09:24I mean, on paper, you know,
00:09:26this could be a difficult one at Dundee
00:09:28when we start to talk about it,
00:09:30but if they can get through these kind of games,
00:09:32the nearer we get to the split,
00:09:35depending on when we get to the split,
00:09:36how many points they are clear of the other,
00:09:39I'll say three,
00:09:40I'll throw your team motherwell
00:09:41into the equation.
00:09:42Yeah.
00:09:43But certainly it's all kicking off now
00:09:46to be a really, really,
00:09:47I think it's going to be the best
00:09:49ending of the season for the long, long time.
00:09:51I would hope motherwell beat them.
00:09:53Dundee fans will be shouting now,
00:09:54but because it's my old club,
00:09:56but just for the sake of the championship race,
00:09:58I think I'd like to see motherwell winning
00:10:00and go on a point,
00:10:01was it a point behind Rangers
00:10:02and two behind Celtic,
00:10:03and then play Celtic the following week.
00:10:04You're right, it's a proper,
00:10:06if motherwell got with Dundee and win,
00:10:08it's a proper four-horse race for the title.
00:10:10What are you talking about, if?
00:10:12Did you say if motherwell got there and win?
00:10:13Oh, they're just going to get one.
00:10:14Yeah.
00:10:15Honestly.
00:10:16Look at Robbie's face.
00:10:17This is, this is...
00:10:19Is it the best motherwell team you've ever seen?
00:10:21Well, listen there, tell me.
00:10:22Is it better than the...
00:10:23Mark McGee's...
00:10:24When did they win the Scottish Cup?
00:10:2593, was it?
00:10:26No, no.
00:10:2796?
00:10:28No, it was...
00:10:29No, it's...
00:10:3091?
00:10:30Damn counts.
00:10:3191.
00:10:32Was it?
00:10:33What was it?
00:10:33Some deal tell us,
00:10:34I'm a little fan.
00:10:35When they won the Scottish Cup,
00:10:35that was a great team with Stevie Kirk and all that.
00:10:37Yeah, that was a good team.
00:10:38David Cooper was in it.
00:10:40I think Bobby Russell might have been in that side as well,
00:10:42I'm not sure.
00:10:43Ian Ferguson was in it.
00:10:45But what I would say about that team,
00:10:47Tam Boyd was in it too.
00:10:48Big buff.
00:10:49Big, big buff was buff in it.
00:10:51Not so sure.
00:10:52Guys like that.
00:10:53Yeah, but I have to tell you,
00:10:54that motherwell side was good.
00:10:56Mark McGee's first stint as motherwell manager,
00:10:58it was a really good team,
00:10:59played some really good football to his eternal credit.
00:11:03But I think this...
00:11:05In terms of the style of play,
00:11:06I've never seen a motherwell team play like this.
00:11:08And let's not forget,
00:11:10and I hope I'm not doing him a disservice
00:11:14or by forgetting about him,
00:11:15I should have mentioned it right away,
00:11:17Alex McLeish's motherwell side
00:11:18finished third in the table.
00:11:20And they played in Europe
00:11:21and were really good against Borussia Dortmund.
00:11:23That was a good side as well.
00:11:25Yeah, Brad McKinnon guys.
00:11:25Motherwell are a good few good teams.
00:11:28And by the way,
00:11:28what about David Hayes' side?
00:11:29Motherwell romped the first division.
00:11:31John Gagan was in it.
00:11:31Yeah, there was a time when the...
00:11:35I'm trying to think who was in charge of it,
00:11:37but the motherwell youth set up,
00:11:39they seemed to have a wiener players
00:11:41coming through year after year.
00:11:43I think it was the boy McCartt was in charge of it.
00:11:45Yeah, Chris McCartt, yeah.
00:11:46And they were coming through in numbers,
00:11:48and they're obviously relying on a lot
00:11:51of experienced players now.
00:11:53But certainly, you're right,
00:11:54the style of football is very, very good to watch
00:11:57in the eye.
00:11:57They just need to keep on hanging in there.
00:12:01Yeah, the only thing I would say
00:12:02is they did have a really good side.
00:12:04It's probably the best Scottish Cup final ever,
00:12:05isn't it?
00:12:06Yeah, 4-3 against Undy United.
00:12:08The team was Ali Maxwell,
00:12:09Luke Nyeholt, Chris McCartt,
00:12:11Craig Patterson.
00:12:12Craig was a great lad.
00:12:13Tom Boyd, Ian Angus,
00:12:15Ian Angus, Jim Griffin,
00:12:17Phil O'Donnell, Davy Cooper,
00:12:18Ian Ferguson, Dougie Arnott,
00:12:20and of course, let's not forget,
00:12:21Colin O'Neill and Stevie Kirk.
00:12:244-3.
00:12:24That is a good side.
00:12:25That's a good side, isn't it?
00:12:26That's a really good side.
00:12:27So, I think you've got to pay credit
00:12:29to them as well.
00:12:31Only two subs back then as well.
00:12:33Just the two.
00:12:34Chris had about 100, apparently.
00:12:35I mean, 400.
00:12:36Yeah, exactly.
00:12:38Dublin Fair City is a regular
00:12:39and thank you for showing your support for us.
00:12:41We really appreciate it.
00:12:42Lots of people.
00:12:44Joseph McGonigal as well,
00:12:45joining us in the live chat.
00:12:47Thank you to everyone.
00:12:49H McAllister offering us the answer to the quiz.
00:12:52I think this one here is Gary Connor.
00:12:55He's in Portland, Maine.
00:12:56Ralphie, I've been to Portland.
00:12:58Lovely place.
00:12:59Oh, me.
00:13:00Fantastic.
00:13:01And Dublin Fair City says,
00:13:03don't worry, Tam,
00:13:05Celtic will save you having to wear that Hearts jersey
00:13:08and having watched them again with their substitutions
00:13:11and Martin O'Neill carrying the lock.
00:13:14I genuinely, I just, I just still think...
00:13:16St. Martin to bail me out.
00:13:17I think St. Martin.
00:13:18Or St. Danny or...
00:13:19Somebody to bail you out.
00:13:21St. Jyns.
00:13:22Anyone?
00:13:23Anyone?
00:13:23Anybody.
00:13:24Anybody but Hearts is Tam's motto at the moment.
00:13:27Yeah, that was not a bad motherless side,
00:13:29but this one is,
00:13:31this one for me, Ralphie,
00:13:32just because of the way they're playing and entertaining,
00:13:35still got to finish.
00:13:35It's not how you start,
00:13:36it's how you finish.
00:13:38So I think we've got to wait
00:13:38and see the proof is in the pudding
00:13:40if they can get,
00:13:41you know,
00:13:41if they can upset the apple cart.
00:13:43If Motherwell got anything from third upwards,
00:13:46what a season.
00:13:47Yeah, Europe.
00:13:48Europe is the target, obviously.
00:13:49If they can get any more of that,
00:13:50it'd be brilliant,
00:13:51but the mother of supporters
00:13:53have a wee test,
00:13:54a taste of travelling to the European games away
00:13:56and if you're a supporter,
00:13:58that's where you want your club to be
00:14:00and travelling away with your mates
00:14:02and whatever you get drawn against
00:14:04and, you know,
00:14:05that'll be their target.
00:14:07Do you see them beating Dundee?
00:14:09Because the one thing about Stephen Presley's team
00:14:12is he's got them well organised.
00:14:14I like Congreve,
00:14:16Yogan on the other side
00:14:17and Simon Murray's always capable of going,
00:14:19well, this is not a shooting.
00:14:20I'm just being deceitious to watch it.
00:14:22No, it's not a shooting,
00:14:23but, I mean,
00:14:24if they didn't concede so many easy goals,
00:14:28you know,
00:14:29as Dundee do,
00:14:30you know,
00:14:31forward line are going to cause you problems.
00:14:32The midfield's very, very good.
00:14:34So, I think it's just all about it
00:14:36and McCracken, you know,
00:14:37if he's on his game,
00:14:38you know,
00:14:38he's a very difficult goal to beat.
00:14:40I think it's a really tough tie for them
00:14:41because, obviously,
00:14:43Dundee are scrapping for their lives.
00:14:45Yeah.
00:14:47I know.
00:14:47You want a result?
00:14:49Yeah, he's well done.
00:14:49Yeah, that was one each.
00:14:51Honestly,
00:14:52he just will not,
00:14:54he just will not pick my other way to win.
00:14:55It's just disgusting.
00:14:57See, your eulogy.
00:14:58I'm just going to go,
00:14:59yeah, one each.
00:14:59It's just disgraceful.
00:15:01One each.
00:15:05Even's to die.
00:15:10Unbelievable, you.
00:15:11As long as you don't put
00:15:12a mullible scarf in the coffin.
00:15:13Yeah, you'll be happy.
00:15:15Now, there's another line here
00:15:16and I think it's,
00:15:18I don't know why that keeps ringing.
00:15:19I must apologise to you profusely.
00:15:21There's another one here from Robert
00:15:23who says,
00:15:25in fact, was it Robert?
00:15:26Somebody said,
00:15:27another good trio,
00:15:29it was Paul who says,
00:15:31what about the Motherwell side
00:15:32that can contain Joe Wark
00:15:34who was a brilliant player,
00:15:35Willie Pettigrew and Bobby Graham.
00:15:37Now, as a kid, Ruffy,
00:15:39I remember Motherwell
00:15:40and quite significant
00:15:42for this weekend
00:15:43in Scottish football
00:15:44but I remember Motherwell
00:15:45going to Celtic Park
00:15:47in a Scottish Cup tie
00:15:49and Willie Pettigrew
00:15:51absolutely skinned the back line
00:15:52and Motherwell were 2-0 down
00:15:54and came back in 1-3-2.
00:15:55He was absolutely magnificent.
00:15:57Yeah, it was a big duo,
00:15:58wasn't it?
00:15:59Pettigrew and Graham up front.
00:16:01Joe Wark was some player,
00:16:02Joe Wark and then...
00:16:04You're going to mention
00:16:05the big guy,
00:16:06Sin Dye,
00:16:07Willie McBee,
00:16:08Peter Miller.
00:16:09Willie McBee,
00:16:10Peter Miller,
00:16:10what a pair that was,
00:16:11Jesus God.
00:16:12Take no prisoners.
00:16:13It wouldn't have been
00:16:13a better centre forward
00:16:14than that time though.
00:16:16If you got by one,
00:16:16the other one was waiting on you.
00:16:18Damn.
00:16:18Can I just say something to you?
00:16:21If I could try
00:16:22and put it into perspective
00:16:23so that all the generations
00:16:25get a real sense of this,
00:16:27Bobo Baldi was an Avon lady
00:16:28compared to Willie McBee
00:16:30and Peter Miller.
00:16:31They were notorious,
00:16:32weren't they?
00:16:33He actually got a...
00:16:34He got an under-23 cap.
00:16:37Willie McBee?
00:16:38Aye.
00:16:38And I can't remember
00:16:39how it was again.
00:16:40Belgium or something like that.
00:16:42And there was one of the ones
00:16:43in the tunnel,
00:16:43you know,
00:16:44just screaming and shouting,
00:16:46kill them,
00:16:47kill them,
00:16:48break their legs,
00:16:49kill them.
00:16:49You'd see them also.
00:16:51I don't know if it was Belgium,
00:16:52but he'd definitely
00:16:53get an under-23 cap.
00:16:54You know he was sin-dyed?
00:16:56I wouldn't be surprised.
00:16:59Oh, he was absolutely ruthless.
00:17:02By the way,
00:17:03Robert made a point there
00:17:04which I think I'm going
00:17:04to read out,
00:17:05Robert,
00:17:05and listen,
00:17:06some people might debate it,
00:17:08but I'm going to read it out.
00:17:09Robert says,
00:17:09Celtic benefited from
00:17:10two decisions this week,
00:17:12a penalty which nobody saw
00:17:13at the time
00:17:14and an offside goal
00:17:15which everybody saw
00:17:16could be important
00:17:17by the end of the season.
00:17:18Robert,
00:17:18you're not wrong
00:17:19because I have to say
00:17:20and I'm not going to,
00:17:21I don't care who disagrees
00:17:22with me on it,
00:17:23I was there,
00:17:23I was right in line
00:17:24in the press room,
00:17:25press box trophy
00:17:26with that 18-yard line.
00:17:28I mean,
00:17:30it was offside.
00:17:32I mean,
00:17:32it was such a,
00:17:33I just turned around
00:17:34to the reporter.
00:17:35I thought you got it right.
00:17:35Yeah,
00:17:36of course you did.
00:17:37I looked at the reporter
00:17:38next to me and went,
00:17:39that's offside.
00:17:40I mean,
00:17:41and they didn't draw
00:17:42two lines,
00:17:42I understand why
00:17:43Peter Lehman was raging.
00:17:44Well,
00:17:45this is a bit of an exclusive.
00:17:48I did a wee bit of PR
00:17:50with our friend
00:17:51Gerry Britton
00:17:51with the grassroots
00:17:52football team.
00:17:54Yeah.
00:17:55And then at the,
00:17:57would you call it
00:17:57sixer sides.
00:17:58Are you sticking Gerry
00:17:59in with this line?
00:18:00No,
00:18:01no,
00:18:01no,
00:18:01no,
00:18:01no.
00:18:02And it was a part
00:18:04of everybody
00:18:04that helps grassroots
00:18:06the football,
00:18:07the homeless.
00:18:07Yeah.
00:18:08Oh,
00:18:08street soccer.
00:18:09Street soccer.
00:18:10And it was a referee there.
00:18:12Right.
00:18:12I'm not going to tell you
00:18:13who he is.
00:18:13Don't tell me he's there.
00:18:14No,
00:18:14no.
00:18:15And he helps the
00:18:16street soccer and that.
00:18:18He was the VAR guy
00:18:20in the Aberdeen game.
00:18:23And he showed me
00:18:24the video
00:18:25of all the sections
00:18:28of how they came
00:18:29to the decision.
00:18:30And they got it spot on.
00:18:33He showed,
00:18:33he caught her a bit
00:18:34and everything
00:18:34and he showed me
00:18:35the lines,
00:18:36every different aspect
00:18:38and they got it bang on.
00:18:41I do want to say something
00:18:42that's the most silent
00:18:43I've ever been
00:18:43on this programme.
00:18:44I really fell off
00:18:45the chair there.
00:18:45No,
00:18:45because the two of us
00:18:46love you.
00:18:47Ruffy has brought
00:18:47something to the party.
00:18:49Jerry introduced me
00:18:51to him.
00:18:51That's magnificent,
00:18:52Ruffy.
00:18:53I'm on a call just now
00:18:54we're just going through
00:18:54last night's game
00:18:55and I was in the VAR room
00:18:57and I said,
00:18:58you wouldn't mind
00:18:59showing me how
00:19:00you come to that
00:19:01conclusion.
00:19:02And he went
00:19:03on his iPad
00:19:04and he showed me
00:19:05all the dialogue
00:19:06and everything.
00:19:07The dialogue
00:19:08and everything.
00:19:08Yeah.
00:19:09It was brilliant
00:19:10the way they came to it.
00:19:11And when was that?
00:19:12Aberdeen game.
00:19:13When was that
00:19:14you spoke to him?
00:19:15The next morning.
00:19:16And you didn't think
00:19:17to call me
00:19:17on a programme?
00:19:18No,
00:19:18I didn't.
00:19:19It's not fair
00:19:20the guy
00:19:20and he speaks to you.
00:19:21You're telling us now.
00:19:22Yeah,
00:19:22but I haven't told you
00:19:23who it is.
00:19:25People will just
00:19:29Google VR
00:19:29on Aberdeen
00:19:30and they'll get
00:19:31the name.
00:19:31No,
00:19:32there's three.
00:19:33That's all.
00:19:34Do you fuck him in it?
00:19:35No,
00:19:36he hasn't stuck him in it.
00:19:36He's actually been
00:19:37complimentary
00:19:37when he's saying
00:19:38he's got it right.
00:19:39I'm not only you.
00:19:40I don't get banned.
00:19:44I don't get banned.
00:19:44absolutely.
00:19:45Well,
00:19:45I have to tell you
00:19:47it's...
00:19:47He tried to explain
00:19:49to me the two lines
00:19:50Peter
00:19:50and I didn't really
00:19:51grasp it.
00:19:51There's two lines.
00:19:52Yes.
00:19:53And I think
00:19:54the point he was
00:19:55trying to make
00:19:55is that people
00:19:56don't really see
00:19:56the lines on the TV
00:19:58but they don't realise
00:20:00the diameter
00:20:01of how far
00:20:02these lines are
00:20:03apart from each other.
00:20:04Right,
00:20:05okay.
00:20:05I didn't really get
00:20:06that bit
00:20:07when he was telling me that.
00:20:08Yeah,
00:20:08okay,
00:20:09but he got it right.
00:20:10Yeah,
00:20:10they definitely got it right.
00:20:12Wow,
00:20:12that's a big call
00:20:13because I...
00:20:14Because they get it,
00:20:14they get it,
00:20:16not freeze frame,
00:20:18but they get it,
00:20:20we get it on the telly
00:20:22when the ball's
00:20:23going in the net.
00:20:24Yeah.
00:20:25They freeze it
00:20:26and the impact.
00:20:27The ball's played.
00:20:28The impact.
00:20:29And they get that
00:20:30time difference
00:20:32before.
00:20:33Well,
00:20:33my eyes must have been
00:20:34deceiving me,
00:20:35Ruffy.
00:20:36You know,
00:20:36it's just an angle,
00:20:38the angle wasn't great.
00:20:39Oh,
00:20:39it didn't look,
00:20:39I thought he was offside.
00:20:40Ruffy's just...
00:20:41Listen,
00:20:41if Ruffy says
00:20:42the BR's got it right
00:20:43then,
00:20:43you know,
00:20:44but I have to tell you,
00:20:46I was standing,
00:20:46I was sitting right
00:20:47on that 18-yard level,
00:20:49he's offside.
00:20:49But,
00:20:50listen,
00:20:51the truth of the matter
00:20:53is he's got the goal
00:20:54and Celtic got the win
00:20:55and you just wonder
00:20:57about,
00:20:58you just wonder,
00:20:59and also,
00:21:00Celt768 says,
00:21:01what about the Aberdeen
00:21:02handball in the box?
00:21:03I have to say to you,
00:21:03I did,
00:21:04I did actually,
00:21:05Martin O'Neill did mention
00:21:06that to me
00:21:07and I said,
00:21:07well,
00:21:08I thought it was dinner.
00:21:09I thought it was dinner,
00:21:10I think you did.
00:21:11What about the penalty?
00:21:12Eh?
00:21:12The penalty?
00:21:13Scales?
00:21:15Yeah.
00:21:16It's a penalty.
00:21:17Did you think it was a penalty?
00:21:19I think it's soft again,
00:21:20isn't it?
00:21:20No,
00:21:20no,
00:21:20the soft doesn't come into it,
00:21:22it's either a penalty
00:21:22or it's not.
00:21:23He's facing away for the goal,
00:21:24he's not even going to score a goal,
00:21:26he's not even going to get...
00:21:27Does that mean
00:21:27if I'm facing away for you
00:21:28and I belt you in the chops
00:21:29if nobody sees it,
00:21:31if nobody sees it,
00:21:32he's facing away.
00:21:33He comes to his blindside
00:21:34and by the way,
00:21:35there's been a couple this season
00:21:36with Celtic,
00:21:37Hattati got done with one blindside,
00:21:39was it Livingston at home?
00:21:41Yeah.
00:21:41The boy came across
00:21:42and he just came to his blindside,
00:21:43he went to clear it
00:21:44and the boy got his toe in
00:21:45and Hattati was very lucky
00:21:46the other night,
00:21:47the last minute of the game.
00:21:49he got Lyle Cameron.
00:21:50By the way,
00:21:50I can't believe Lyle Cameron.
00:21:51He done the exact same thing.
00:21:52Why didn't Lyle Cameron go down?
00:21:53If he goes down,
00:21:54it's a stonewall penalty.
00:21:55Yes.
00:21:55And he stayed on his feet.
00:21:56Hattati again,
00:21:57just watching the ball
00:21:58and Lyle Cameron nicks in
00:21:59and he just misses him.
00:22:01Yes.
00:22:01So,
00:22:02it's one of those things,
00:22:04Ruffy.
00:22:05Thanks for that.
00:22:06Great little insight there.
00:22:08Fantastic.
00:22:09It was actually.
00:22:10Well done.
00:22:11That'll secure you
00:22:12till March ends.
00:22:15But,
00:22:16Paul Brady says,
00:22:17don't believe your lying eyes,
00:22:19Peter.
00:22:20Honestly,
00:22:21it's just one of those things.
00:22:22But as Tam said,
00:22:24that's the joy of football.
00:22:25VAR has
00:22:27absolutely taken it
00:22:28to another level.
00:22:29I mean,
00:22:30it does my head in.
00:22:31It slows everything down.
00:22:33And I think
00:22:36Rob
00:22:38says penalty.
00:22:39Soft,
00:22:40still a penalty.
00:22:41Absolutely.
00:22:42Scales didn't know
00:22:43he was there,
00:22:44but he still
00:22:44hooked him on the back
00:22:45of his calf, Tam.
00:22:46Yeah,
00:22:47I think it's a stonewall penalty,
00:22:48Peter.
00:22:49As I said,
00:22:49I think he's unlucky.
00:22:50He's eyes on the ball.
00:22:51And as
00:22:53Tovasani
00:22:53comes in
00:22:54and just
00:22:54nicks it
00:22:55and it catches
00:22:56in the calf.
00:22:56It is soft,
00:22:57but it's a penalty.
00:22:57It's a foul.
00:22:58Chris says,
00:22:59advocating diving
00:23:00and cheating
00:23:00so long as
00:23:01it's against Celtic.
00:23:02No,
00:23:03Chris,
00:23:03we're not.
00:23:03I mean,
00:23:04all I think
00:23:06you're talking about,
00:23:07Tam,
00:23:07is footballers,
00:23:09strikers,
00:23:10especially.
00:23:11What would the first thing
00:23:12Peter Leaven would have said
00:23:13to Lyle Cameron
00:23:14when we come in?
00:23:15Go down.
00:23:16Why did you not go down?
00:23:17Yeah,
00:23:17yeah.
00:23:17So it's no cheating,
00:23:18it's just,
00:23:19it's part of the game
00:23:20because he's left a leg there.
00:23:21No,
00:23:22who is it that
00:23:24is adamant
00:23:24as part of the game?
00:23:26You know,
00:23:26probably of Andy Walker.
00:23:29Andy,
00:23:29Andy,
00:23:30Andy,
00:23:30Andy.
00:23:31Yeah,
00:23:31and by the way,
00:23:32the other day there,
00:23:33somebody was,
00:23:33I think it was,
00:23:34I think it was,
00:23:35maybe Parsi saying,
00:23:36you know,
00:23:36it's a legitimate part
00:23:37of the football,
00:23:38you know,
00:23:40it's professionalism
00:23:40and I said,
00:23:41no,
00:23:41no,
00:23:41it's cheating.
00:23:42If you go around
00:23:43the goalkeeper
00:23:43and he catches you
00:23:44and you stay on your feet
00:23:45but it puts you wide
00:23:46and you miss,
00:23:49the manager's
00:23:50going to come in
00:23:50after the game
00:23:50and go,
00:23:51how's you not going to do it?
00:23:52Absolutely.
00:23:53He caught you
00:23:53and you end up missing.
00:23:54I'll tell you,
00:23:54an old trick,
00:23:55you can't rely on the referee.
00:23:56Strikers do something
00:23:57which is a great trick
00:23:59is if they push the ball
00:24:00past them
00:24:00and they don't think
00:24:01they're going to get it.
00:24:02Put the leg in.
00:24:02Put the leg in.
00:24:04Oh,
00:24:05yeah,
00:24:06absolutely.
00:24:07So you're guilty of that.
00:24:08Yes,
00:24:08the best one at it
00:24:10was the late
00:24:10Frank McGarvey.
00:24:12Frank McGarvey
00:24:13could get
00:24:14fouled
00:24:1510 yards
00:24:16outside the box
00:24:16and end up
00:24:17in the penalty area.
00:24:20Frank was great.
00:24:22Frank would trip,
00:24:22trip,
00:24:22trip,
00:24:23then fall.
00:24:26There's a special
00:24:27technique to it
00:24:28but listen,
00:24:29call it professionalism
00:24:31or call it cheating,
00:24:33the one thing I would say
00:24:34in a positive
00:24:35and this will bring us
00:24:36nicely to
00:24:37the
00:24:38cup games
00:24:39is Aberdeen
00:24:40did show
00:24:41in about
00:24:42a 10-15 minute
00:24:43spell
00:24:43that they can
00:24:44play some nice
00:24:44football ruffy.
00:24:45It's been missing
00:24:46for a long time.
00:24:47Yeah,
00:24:47I think it's lack
00:24:48of confidence
00:24:49when you're only
00:24:501-13
00:24:51or something like that.
00:24:53You're only human
00:24:54that every game
00:24:55you go into
00:24:55you're looking at
00:24:56people who's going
00:24:57to dig you
00:24:57out of the hole
00:24:58and win the game
00:24:59for you
00:24:59and they've not
00:25:00got that many
00:25:00winners.
00:25:01I thought Nisbet
00:25:02had a good header,
00:25:03the goalkeeper
00:25:03had a good save.
00:25:05Good save
00:25:05at this top draw.
00:25:06It was one of
00:25:07the ones again,
00:25:08I told you,
00:25:09that hand coming
00:25:09across.
00:25:10People always say,
00:25:11why is he not
00:25:12using that hand?
00:25:13It's a natural
00:25:13reaction.
00:25:14I don't know why.
00:25:15You'd score your
00:25:15stronger hand then?
00:25:16I don't know what
00:25:17it is.
00:25:18You wouldn't go
00:25:18with your left
00:25:19if you were
00:25:19right-handed.
00:25:20Would you go
00:25:20with your left
00:25:21hand or would
00:25:21you put your
00:25:21right hand up?
00:25:22Is that just
00:25:22your stronger side?
00:25:23He's going
00:25:25against the grain
00:25:26of the ice
00:25:27on there.
00:25:27I don't know
00:25:28what it is.
00:25:28There's no logic
00:25:29to it at all.
00:25:30I'll tell you
00:25:31the logic.
00:25:32It was a top
00:25:32draw save.
00:25:34Rangers against
00:25:34Celtic.
00:25:35Evens Rangers
00:25:36and Ibrox draw
00:25:365-2.
00:25:379-4 Celtic.
00:25:381 o'clock
00:25:39kick-off Sunday.
00:25:41The Old
00:25:41Firm take 2.
00:25:42This time
00:25:42Scottish Cup.
00:25:43It'll go to
00:25:44penalties and
00:25:47extra time.
00:25:48Give us your
00:25:48thoughts.
00:25:49What do you
00:25:49think?
00:25:50Is it going to
00:25:51be decided in
00:25:51the 90 minutes?
00:25:53And Danny
00:25:54Roll has said
00:25:54we have to
00:25:56win a trophy
00:25:56and I don't
00:25:56think there's
00:25:57any argument
00:25:57about that
00:25:58Tam.
00:25:58If you're at
00:25:59the big two
00:26:00silverware is
00:26:01a demand.
00:26:03Absolutely
00:26:03Peter.
00:26:04I think
00:26:04particularly
00:26:04this season.
00:26:05I think
00:26:05it's up for
00:26:06grabs that
00:26:07they won a
00:26:07trophy.
00:26:08If you're
00:26:09a manager
00:26:09of Rangers
00:26:10you have
00:26:10to win
00:26:10silverware.
00:26:11They've
00:26:12still got
00:26:12two great
00:26:13chances
00:26:13in the
00:26:14league
00:26:14to win
00:26:15a trophy.
00:26:15They spent
00:26:16big money
00:26:16in the
00:26:17summer.
00:26:17They spent
00:26:17big money
00:26:18in January.
00:26:19The expectations
00:26:19are on Danny
00:26:20to win things
00:26:21at Rangers.
00:26:22As I say
00:26:22whoever wins
00:26:25this tie
00:26:26will be
00:26:27big favourites
00:26:28to go and
00:26:28win the
00:26:28Cup.
00:26:29As I said
00:26:30whoever wins
00:26:31it you would
00:26:32think we'd
00:26:32go and win
00:26:33the trophy.
00:26:34I think
00:26:34he's right.
00:26:35You have to
00:26:36win things at
00:26:36Rangers.
00:26:37Second is
00:26:37nowhere.
00:26:38With that
00:26:39in mind
00:26:39he did
00:26:40concede
00:26:41Danny
00:26:41Roll that
00:26:42there was
00:26:42a nervousness
00:26:43about the
00:26:44performance in
00:26:45the second
00:26:45half last
00:26:46week.
00:26:46but he
00:26:47has reminded
00:26:47people that
00:26:48although
00:26:48there will
00:26:48be 7,500
00:26:49Celtic fans
00:26:50there if
00:26:51they play
00:26:51like they
00:26:52did in
00:26:52the first
00:26:5255 minutes
00:26:53according to
00:26:54the Rangers
00:26:55manager then
00:26:56the 7,500
00:26:57Celtic fans
00:26:58will be
00:26:58silent.
00:26:59If it's
00:26:592-0.
00:27:00If it was
00:27:01to be 2-0
00:27:01there's no
00:27:02doubt about it.
00:27:03There would be a
00:27:04lot of unhappy
00:27:05Celtic fans in
00:27:06there.
00:27:07I think the
00:27:08Celtic players
00:27:09themselves will
00:27:10get a bounce
00:27:11for 7,500
00:27:12supporters doing
00:27:13that bottom
00:27:14then but
00:27:14it's up to
00:27:14them on the
00:27:15part to
00:27:15give them
00:27:16something to
00:27:16cheer about
00:27:17and again
00:27:19I don't think
00:27:20they can afford
00:27:21that first
00:27:2145 minutes
00:27:22that they
00:27:22had the
00:27:23last time
00:27:24because it's
00:27:25always a
00:27:26terrible road
00:27:27to get in
00:27:27to try and
00:27:28claw it back.
00:27:29They did it
00:27:30last week
00:27:31but they
00:27:31won't want to
00:27:32go through
00:27:32that again.
00:27:34The interesting
00:27:34thing is
00:27:36just stick with
00:27:37the same team
00:27:37and say
00:27:37listen go out
00:27:38and do the
00:27:39first half.
00:27:40I think it's
00:27:42always difficult
00:27:43the second
00:27:43game when
00:27:44you play a
00:27:44team back
00:27:44to back.
00:27:46The first
00:27:47game it was
00:27:47very open
00:27:47I think
00:27:48obviously we
00:27:48seen Celtic
00:27:49were excellent
00:27:50second half
00:27:50Rangers were
00:27:51brilliant first
00:27:51half.
00:27:52I think it
00:27:52will look
00:27:52tighter and
00:27:52cagier.
00:27:53You know
00:27:53the guy you're
00:27:53up against
00:27:54you've already
00:27:54played against
00:27:55him the week
00:27:55before.
00:27:56You know
00:27:56his strengths
00:27:57and his
00:27:57weaknesses.
00:27:58I think it
00:27:58will be
00:27:59I don't
00:27:59think there
00:27:59might be as
00:28:00many goals
00:28:00I think it
00:28:01might be a
00:28:01wee bit
00:28:01nervier and
00:28:02a wee bit
00:28:03tighter
00:28:03Peter.
00:28:04Probably
00:28:045-4
00:28:05now but
00:28:05I think it
00:28:06will be really
00:28:07tight.
00:28:08Why would
00:28:09it be really
00:28:09tight with
00:28:10two rotten
00:28:10defences?
00:28:11I know but
00:28:12I think
00:28:13obviously
00:28:13trusty might
00:28:14come back
00:28:15in.
00:28:15I think
00:28:15we'd
00:28:15strengthen
00:28:16them.
00:28:17I don't
00:28:18think
00:28:18Chimiti can
00:28:19score a
00:28:19goal like
00:28:19that again.
00:28:19It could
00:28:20prove me
00:28:20wrong at
00:28:20the weekend.
00:28:21I don't
00:28:21know.
00:28:23Also the
00:28:23fact that
00:28:24Celtic have
00:28:24got 7,500
00:28:24fans there
00:28:25must give
00:28:27the players
00:28:27a massive
00:28:27boost.
00:28:29I've said
00:28:29it so many
00:28:30times.
00:28:30When you're
00:28:30a professional
00:28:31rough he'll
00:28:31tell you the
00:28:32same.
00:28:32You come out
00:28:32and you look
00:28:33and you've
00:28:33got a full
00:28:33stand of your
00:28:34own supporters.
00:28:35It gives you
00:28:35a lift.
00:28:36You get a
00:28:36corner kick
00:28:37it gives you
00:28:37a lift.
00:28:37You're shooting
00:28:38into your
00:28:38own fans.
00:28:39Maybe the
00:28:39second half
00:28:40it gives you
00:28:40a lift.
00:28:40That might
00:28:41just be the
00:28:41edge that
00:28:41Celtic need
00:28:42to go and
00:28:42get through.
00:28:43I think it
00:28:44will be
00:28:44tighter.
00:28:45I don't
00:28:45see two
00:28:45each.
00:28:46I think
00:28:46it might
00:28:47be one
00:28:47each.
00:28:48Maybe
00:28:48penalties
00:28:49next time
00:28:49you two
00:28:50guys think
00:28:50it will
00:28:50be a
00:28:51tight
00:28:51game.
00:28:54At the
00:28:55end of
00:28:55the day
00:28:56they give
00:28:59up chances.
00:29:00Set pieces
00:29:01for Celtic
00:29:01are a
00:29:02problem.
00:29:02Set pieces
00:29:03for Rangers
00:29:03is their
00:29:04best
00:29:04hope again
00:29:07to maybe
00:29:08decide this
00:29:08one.
00:29:09Although I
00:29:09have to
00:29:09say if
00:29:10the Rangers
00:29:11players can
00:29:12get service
00:29:12to
00:29:13Cermiti
00:29:13on the
00:29:14evidence of
00:29:14what he
00:29:15did last
00:29:15week he's
00:29:16going to
00:29:16be a
00:29:16thorn in
00:29:17Celtic
00:29:18side again.
00:29:18I think
00:29:19you've got
00:29:19to remember
00:29:19as well.
00:29:20I think
00:29:20he was very
00:29:21good last
00:29:22week because
00:29:22the two
00:29:23up front.
00:29:24I think
00:29:24the other
00:29:25boy up
00:29:25front helped
00:29:26him.
00:29:27you saw
00:29:28in the
00:29:28second
00:29:28half
00:29:29when he
00:29:30went off
00:29:31Cermiti
00:29:31was left
00:29:32his cell
00:29:32there was
00:29:33balls
00:29:33getting put
00:29:34up and
00:29:34you could
00:29:35see him
00:29:35throwing his
00:29:35hand out
00:29:36you want me
00:29:36to run
00:29:36here
00:29:37there
00:29:37when he
00:29:38had
00:29:38somebody
00:29:39else
00:29:39up front
00:29:39he was
00:29:40doing all
00:29:40the dirty
00:29:41work and
00:29:42obviously
00:29:42scored a
00:29:43terrific
00:29:43goal but
00:29:44he wasn't
00:29:45the same
00:29:45when he
00:29:45was left
00:29:46his self
00:29:46so it'd
00:29:47be interesting
00:29:48to see if
00:29:49they go
00:29:49with the
00:29:49two
00:29:49strikers
00:29:50up front.
00:29:50We've got
00:29:51predictions
00:29:51coming in
00:29:52as well
00:29:52Rangers 4
00:29:53Celtic 2
00:29:55it's going
00:29:57to be
00:29:57interesting
00:29:57to see
00:29:57what you
00:29:58think
00:29:59give us
00:29:59your thoughts
00:30:00on not
00:30:01only the
00:30:01scoreline
00:30:02but how
00:30:02significant
00:30:03team selection
00:30:04is
00:30:05formation
00:30:05how they're
00:30:06going to
00:30:06play
00:30:06who would
00:30:06you play
00:30:07in that
00:30:08team
00:30:10Rangers 2
00:30:11Celtic 2
00:30:12says
00:30:12Michael
00:30:12Celtic
00:30:13to win
00:30:13on
00:30:13penalties
00:30:15somebody's
00:30:16saying
00:30:172-1
00:30:17to Celtic
00:30:18and Raskin
00:30:18will get
00:30:18a red
00:30:19card
00:30:19wow
00:30:19we're
00:30:19getting
00:30:20really
00:30:20specific
00:30:21about
00:30:21what's
00:30:21I wonder
00:30:21if that
00:30:22would be
00:30:22a niggle
00:30:23that we'll
00:30:24carry on
00:30:24into this
00:30:24game
00:30:25it was
00:30:26Mikey
00:30:26Moore
00:30:27and
00:30:27Arujo
00:30:27the full
00:30:28back
00:30:29and then
00:30:29Raskin
00:30:29was getting
00:30:30involved
00:30:30I wonder
00:30:30if that
00:30:31it's not
00:30:31a long
00:30:32time
00:30:32well you
00:30:32tell me
00:30:33as a
00:30:33player
00:30:33have you
00:30:34ever had
00:30:34a set
00:30:35two
00:30:35with
00:30:35somebody
00:30:35you thought
00:30:36I'm going
00:30:36to rattle
00:30:36him in
00:30:37the next
00:30:37game
00:30:37yes
00:30:40Alan
00:30:43Mabry
00:30:44I used
00:30:44to have
00:30:46it with him
00:30:46all the
00:30:46time
00:30:47Alan Mabry
00:30:48when he was
00:30:48at Hearts
00:30:48and Elvis
00:30:49as well
00:30:50I used to
00:30:50think
00:30:51play against
00:30:52him again
00:30:52I'm going
00:30:52to smash
00:30:53him
00:30:53but I
00:30:53never
00:30:53did
00:30:53but I
00:30:54think
00:30:54because
00:30:55it's
00:30:55two
00:30:56games
00:30:56close
00:30:56together
00:30:56Peter
00:30:57sometimes
00:30:58it's
00:30:58for a
00:30:58month
00:30:58or two
00:30:59months
00:30:59down the
00:30:59line
00:30:59you forget
00:31:00about it
00:31:00but I
00:31:00think
00:31:00because
00:31:01it's
00:31:01still
00:31:01fresh
00:31:01in
00:31:01the
00:31:01memory
00:31:01I
00:31:21stands
00:31:21it
00:31:21who
00:31:21can
00:31:22just
00:31:22not
00:31:23necessarily
00:31:23smash
00:31:24somebody
00:31:24because
00:31:24you
00:31:25don't
00:31:25want
00:31:25to
00:31:25advocate
00:31:25to
00:31:25play
00:31:26but
00:31:26you
00:31:26just
00:31:26got to
00:31:27make
00:31:28sure
00:31:28that
00:31:28they
00:31:28make
00:31:28a
00:31:29rule
00:31:30the
00:31:30first
00:31:30five
00:31:31minutes
00:31:31we
00:31:51I
00:31:51think
00:31:51I
00:31:52like
00:31:53Raskin
00:31:53ratting
00:31:53about
00:31:54I
00:31:54think
00:31:55he's
00:31:55good
00:31:55at
00:31:55that
00:31:55I
00:31:56think
00:31:56he's
00:31:56good
00:31:56at
00:31:56just
00:31:57leaving
00:31:57one
00:31:57on
00:31:57somebody
00:31:58and
00:31:58obviously
00:31:59trying to
00:31:59break up
00:31:59play
00:32:00I
00:32:21I
00:32:21think
00:32:22he
00:32:22would
00:32:22really
00:32:23come
00:32:23into
00:32:23his
00:32:23own
00:32:23time
00:32:24if
00:32:24he
00:32:24had
00:32:24players
00:32:25of
00:32:25a
00:32:25similar
00:32:26ilk
00:32:27players
00:32:28who
00:32:28can
00:32:28pass
00:32:28the
00:32:28ball
00:32:29who
00:32:29can
00:32:29get
00:32:29him
00:32:29on
00:32:30the
00:32:30front
00:32:30foot
00:32:31because
00:32:31when
00:32:31he's
00:32:32facing
00:32:32the
00:32:33line
00:32:33not
00:32:33necessarily
00:32:34in a
00:32:35clutter
00:32:35when he's
00:32:36coming on
00:32:37from that
00:32:37middle
00:32:38left and
00:32:38right
00:32:38he's
00:32:39dangerous
00:32:39I
00:32:40don't
00:32:40think
00:32:40there's
00:32:41a
00:32:41better
00:32:42sight
00:32:42in
00:32:42football
00:32:42than
00:32:42somebody
00:32:43picking
00:32:43the
00:32:43ball
00:32:43and running
00:32:43at
00:32:44somebody
00:32:44it's
00:32:45the
00:32:45hardest
00:32:51when
00:32:51you
00:32:51get
00:32:51somebody
00:32:51that's
00:32:51really
00:32:52positive
00:32:52and
00:32:52you
00:32:52go
00:32:53right
00:32:53I'm
00:32:53going
00:32:53to
00:32:53get
00:32:53the
00:32:53ball
00:32:53I'm
00:32:53going to
00:32:53take
00:32:54you
00:32:54on
00:32:54it's
00:32:54very
00:32:54difficult
00:32:55to
00:32:55defend
00:32:55against
00:32:55in the
00:32:55first half
00:32:56he'd just
00:32:56done it
00:32:56constantly
00:32:57he got on the
00:32:58half turn behind
00:32:58Callum McGregor
00:33:00and Oxlade
00:33:01Chamberlain
00:33:02and just ran
00:33:02at the centre
00:33:03half
00:33:03he brought
00:33:05them on to him
00:33:05they were
00:33:05slipping people
00:33:06in
00:33:06he was superb
00:33:07he fell
00:33:07out at the
00:33:08second half
00:33:08but
00:33:09I think
00:33:09he's a terrific
00:33:10talent
00:33:11I think if
00:33:11angels can get
00:33:12him
00:33:12permanent
00:33:21threat
00:33:21for
00:33:21Rangers
00:33:22I think
00:33:22him and
00:33:23Chirmity
00:33:23really played
00:33:24well last
00:33:25week
00:33:25and I think
00:33:25they're going
00:33:25to be big
00:33:26threats again
00:33:26against Celtic
00:33:27but Celtic
00:33:29have got
00:33:29threats at the
00:33:29other end
00:33:29as well
00:33:30and guys
00:33:31like Maida
00:33:31so
00:33:32it's a
00:33:33difficult one
00:33:34to predict
00:33:34to be honest
00:33:34it's just
00:33:35on the
00:33:36day
00:33:36who
00:33:37performs
00:33:38over two
00:33:38halves
00:33:39Would you
00:33:39change any
00:33:40of the
00:33:40Rangers
00:33:40team?
00:33:41I think
00:33:41they might
00:33:42bring
00:33:42Jigar in
00:33:42for
00:33:42Suter
00:33:44I thought
00:33:45Suter
00:33:45was poor
00:33:45last week
00:33:46I thought
00:33:46he was
00:33:46poor
00:33:46I thought
00:33:47he was
00:33:47culpable
00:33:47at the
00:33:48penalty
00:33:48kick
00:33:49he let
00:33:49Maida
00:33:50drift in
00:33:50behind him
00:33:51he was
00:33:51very lucky
00:33:52the one
00:33:53just before
00:33:53when Maida
00:33:54had a free
00:33:54header
00:33:54and missed
00:33:55it
00:33:55You see
00:33:55them
00:33:56dropping
00:33:56Suter
00:33:56I think
00:33:57he might
00:33:57bring
00:33:57Jigar in
00:33:58You think
00:33:59so?
00:33:59I think
00:33:59he's quicker
00:34:00than Suter
00:34:01I think
00:34:02he can play
00:34:02a little bit
00:34:02of a higher
00:34:03line
00:34:03It's a big
00:34:04call
00:34:04It's a big
00:34:04call
00:34:05because at
00:34:05the end
00:34:05of the day
00:34:05you got
00:34:06it right
00:34:06last week
00:34:07with the
00:34:08goalkeeper
00:34:08but I
00:34:09thought he'd
00:34:10stick with
00:34:11Schmeichel
00:34:15I'm
00:34:15being cynical
00:34:16I'm not so
00:34:17sure he's
00:34:18sick or
00:34:18whatever
00:34:21I think
00:34:22in terms of
00:34:22Celtic
00:34:23the interesting
00:34:23one is
00:34:24the big
00:34:24boy
00:34:24Arthur
00:34:25was good
00:34:25the other
00:34:26night
00:34:26I thought
00:34:26he played
00:34:26well
00:34:27I noticed
00:34:28in your
00:34:28interview
00:34:28with Martin
00:34:29O'Neill
00:34:29he said
00:34:31he'd done
00:34:31fine
00:34:31he said
00:34:31he was
00:34:32good
00:34:32he wasn't
00:34:32going overboard
00:34:33about him
00:34:35does he
00:34:35throw him
00:34:36into a big
00:34:36game like
00:34:37that
00:34:38or does
00:34:38he have
00:34:39been tried
00:34:39and trusted
00:34:39in
00:34:40unintended
00:34:41trust
00:34:41We have
00:34:42no real
00:34:43changes of
00:34:44anything
00:34:44for Rangers
00:34:45if they can
00:34:46start and
00:34:47maintain
00:34:47longer than
00:34:4845 minutes
00:34:50Celtic for
00:34:50me are a
00:34:51team that
00:34:52win games
00:34:54because they're
00:34:54a squad
00:34:55not because
00:34:56they're a
00:34:56starting 11
00:34:57I think
00:34:57they're a
00:34:58squad
00:34:58he makes
00:34:59changes
00:34:59that has
00:35:00an impact
00:35:00on the
00:35:00game
00:35:01I did
00:35:02put to
00:35:03Martin
00:35:03in midweek
00:35:04that I
00:35:04thought
00:35:05maybe
00:35:06Benjamin
00:35:07Negrin
00:35:07is very
00:35:08much an
00:35:08unsung
00:35:08hero
00:35:09he thinks
00:35:09he's
00:35:09getting
00:35:10the credit
00:35:10he deserves
00:35:1019 goals
00:35:11but I
00:35:12don't see
00:35:14Celtic fans
00:35:15raving about
00:35:16him as if
00:35:17he's a
00:35:17must start
00:35:19he's scoring
00:35:20goals regularly
00:35:20there's something
00:35:22not there
00:35:22that's the hardest
00:35:23thing to do
00:35:23Peter
00:35:24I don't get it
00:35:25I think
00:35:26if he's scoring
00:35:2719 goals
00:35:29I'm looking
00:35:29and saying to
00:35:30myself
00:35:30he's got to
00:35:31play every week
00:35:31but he doesn't
00:35:33start every week
00:35:33I get what you're
00:35:34saying
00:35:34I speak to
00:35:35my pals
00:35:36Celtic fans
00:35:37and they're
00:35:37going
00:35:37it doesn't do
00:35:38anything
00:35:39just scores
00:35:40and I just
00:35:41start laughing
00:35:42he's an attacking
00:35:43midfield player
00:35:43he scores goals
00:35:44Celtic will get
00:35:45the same thing
00:35:45as
00:35:46Dessert's had
00:35:47last year
00:35:47Dessert's scored
00:35:4829 goals
00:35:49take the goals
00:35:50out of the Celtic
00:35:51team
00:35:51where are they
00:35:52yeah I know
00:35:54he's the only
00:35:55one of the
00:35:55three midfield
00:35:57players
00:35:57he's got an eye
00:35:58for a goal
00:35:58who gets in
00:35:59the box
00:36:00he follows up
00:36:01his pass
00:36:01and he gets
00:36:02in the box
00:36:03Callum McGregor
00:36:04is sort of
00:36:04outside the box
00:36:06Hatati is sort
00:36:06of outside the box
00:36:08but he puts
00:36:09himself in there
00:36:10well we've looked
00:36:11at the Rangers
00:36:11squad
00:36:11are you making
00:36:12any changes
00:36:13to that Celtic
00:36:14team
00:36:17I think Maida's
00:36:18got to go back
00:36:19out wide
00:36:19and they have
00:36:20to get an
00:36:21out and out
00:36:21centre forward
00:36:22you think so
00:36:22in the middle
00:36:23I don't see it
00:36:24I think he'll
00:36:25play Maida
00:36:25through the middle
00:36:26I think the boy
00:36:27Sterling
00:36:28does he play
00:36:28Yang
00:36:29I think he'll
00:36:30play Yang
00:36:30to next team
00:36:31either
00:36:31which is
00:36:31pretty lightweight
00:36:33but
00:36:35I thought he
00:36:36might have
00:36:36thrown
00:36:36Jervin Chara
00:36:37in
00:36:37yeah I think
00:36:38so
00:36:38I think
00:36:39he's got
00:36:39to play
00:36:40but I'm
00:36:41with Tam
00:36:41I don't
00:36:42think he
00:36:42will
00:36:42I think
00:36:42he'll
00:36:42bring him
00:36:43on as a
00:36:43sub
00:36:43I think
00:36:44he's going
00:36:45to go
00:36:45Maida
00:36:45Teneke
00:36:45Yang
00:36:46and then
00:36:47later on
00:36:48he starts
00:36:49to throw
00:36:49on the
00:36:49likes of
00:36:50a Forrester
00:36:51to try
00:36:52and have
00:36:52an impact
00:36:53if they're
00:36:53chasing the
00:36:54game
00:36:54but in the
00:36:54middle of
00:36:54the park
00:36:55it's
00:36:55definitely
00:36:55McGregor
00:36:56and Hattati
00:36:56and Negron
00:36:57maybe you should
00:36:58learn your lesson
00:36:58about no chasing
00:36:59the game
00:37:00start on the
00:37:01front foot
00:37:02and be up
00:37:03let them
00:37:04chase the
00:37:04game
00:37:04I think
00:37:05you've got
00:37:05to give
00:37:05credit to
00:37:06Rangers
00:37:06last week
00:37:06they went
00:37:07about it
00:37:08yeah that's
00:37:09what I'm
00:37:09saying
00:37:09I think
00:37:09that's
00:37:10something
00:37:10that
00:37:10Martin
00:37:10Neal's
00:37:10got to
00:37:11be aware
00:37:12of
00:37:12you know
00:37:12that this
00:37:13can't happen
00:37:13again
00:37:14this has
00:37:14got to be
00:37:14pretty solid
00:37:15if we want
00:37:16to be
00:37:16they have
00:37:16to be
00:37:17pretty solid
00:37:17up to the
00:37:1845 minutes
00:37:18because Rangers
00:37:19are going to
00:37:19go for the
00:37:20jugular
00:37:21as they did
00:37:22last week
00:37:22so you've
00:37:23got to get
00:37:23a half time
00:37:23to give
00:37:24yourself a chance
00:37:25and then
00:37:26as that
00:37:26second half
00:37:27starts throw
00:37:28on the players
00:37:28that you want
00:37:29to make
00:37:29an impact
00:37:30yeah
00:37:32yeah and
00:37:33Frank says
00:37:3419 goals
00:37:35a midfielder
00:37:37FFS
00:37:39I'm abbreviating
00:37:40he said
00:37:41you know
00:37:43what more
00:37:44do you want
00:37:44he doesn't
00:37:46do anything
00:37:46for FFS
00:37:47yeah Frank
00:37:49I'm with you
00:37:49on that
00:37:49listen
00:37:5019 goals
00:37:51Thomas says
00:37:53Chavanchara's
00:37:53not good enough
00:37:54he's got
00:37:55something about
00:37:56him but
00:37:56is he
00:37:57good enough
00:37:58to do it
00:37:58in that game
00:38:00Maida
00:38:02midweek
00:38:02he had a
00:38:03clear goal
00:38:04scoring chance
00:38:05against Aberdeen
00:38:05Ruffington
00:38:06scrafted
00:38:07there's something
00:38:09he's not as
00:38:10big a
00:38:10confidence is low
00:38:11Peter
00:38:11it really is
00:38:12I think his
00:38:12confidence is
00:38:13very low
00:38:13it's his
00:38:14confidence
00:38:14I will tell you
00:38:15centre forward
00:38:16if you're not
00:38:16scoring goals
00:38:18regularly
00:38:19you're throwing
00:38:19the goalkeeper
00:38:21you're thinking
00:38:21five different
00:38:22things what you
00:38:23do rather
00:38:23than the right
00:38:24thing
00:38:24but if you're
00:38:24scoring like
00:38:25it was last
00:38:26year every
00:38:27week or every
00:38:27second week
00:38:28when you get
00:38:29chances like
00:38:30to go through
00:38:30you're so
00:38:30confident you
00:38:31just say
00:38:31right this is
00:38:32what I'm
00:38:32doing
00:38:32I think he's
00:38:33just trying
00:38:34too hard
00:38:34I don't want
00:38:35to sound like
00:38:36a broken
00:38:37record on this
00:38:37but I think
00:38:38Celtic's key
00:38:40now is
00:38:41having
00:38:41Hattati
00:38:43McGregor
00:38:44Negrin
00:38:45middle of the
00:38:45park from
00:38:46the start
00:38:46and as
00:38:48ever
00:38:48I was raving
00:38:50about it
00:38:51with Tam
00:38:52on Thursday's
00:38:53show
00:38:54McGregor's
00:38:55the top man
00:38:56Ruffey
00:38:56he just
00:38:57absolutely
00:38:58bosses it
00:38:59he's everything
00:38:59he's everything
00:39:01in Scottish
00:39:01football
00:39:02I like
00:39:03if I've
00:39:04mentioned the
00:39:04three left
00:39:05sided players
00:39:05that I love
00:39:06Calvin Miller
00:39:07the boy
00:39:09Nicky
00:39:10Cadden
00:39:10and also
00:39:11Cameron
00:39:12Grongrieve
00:39:12those three
00:39:13out left
00:39:13fantastic
00:39:14the middle
00:39:15of the park
00:39:15if you are
00:39:16talking about
00:39:16players in the
00:39:17middle of the
00:39:17park
00:39:17that absolutely
00:39:18you'd take
00:39:19with your
00:39:20take Raskin
00:39:20because I love
00:39:21anybody who puts
00:39:21their boot in
00:39:22and he does
00:39:23a bit more
00:39:24as well
00:39:24McGregor for me
00:39:25is the top
00:39:26man
00:39:26and Elliot
00:39:27Watt
00:39:27and Eli
00:39:28Just
00:39:29they're the
00:39:30players you'd
00:39:30have in your
00:39:31Premier League
00:39:31team of the
00:39:32year
00:39:32yeah but you
00:39:33could even
00:39:33see it in
00:39:34the Aberdeen
00:39:34game with
00:39:35McGregor
00:39:36he just hovers
00:39:36about maybe
00:39:3725 yards
00:39:38out but he
00:39:38controls everything
00:39:39going right
00:39:40he controls
00:39:41everything going
00:39:42left
00:39:43he'll get on
00:39:43the ball
00:39:44he'll see
00:39:44things that
00:39:45happen
00:39:45and he's
00:39:46so good
00:39:47that nobody
00:39:48raves about him
00:39:50I rave about him
00:39:51you don't ever
00:39:52come out again
00:39:53going oh he was
00:39:53the man of the
00:39:54match he was
00:39:54this when he
00:39:55is the man of
00:39:55the match
00:39:56it's just the
00:39:57standard that he
00:39:57sets that
00:39:58everybody else
00:39:59is going to be
00:39:59better than that
00:40:00to talk about
00:40:01him being so
00:40:02good
00:40:02you know the
00:40:03funny thing
00:40:03about it I
00:40:03mentioned to
00:40:04you Tam as
00:40:04well you'll
00:40:05know it from
00:40:05a striker's
00:40:06point of view
00:40:06I actually just
00:40:08in the game
00:40:09because you're
00:40:10actually looking
00:40:10you're looking
00:40:11at players and
00:40:12you're seeing
00:40:12yourself Lyle
00:40:13Cameron really
00:40:15put himself
00:40:15about Stuart
00:40:16Armstrong is a
00:40:17quality player
00:40:18so I loved
00:40:19watching those two
00:40:20but I watched
00:40:20McGregor he
00:40:21absolutely
00:40:22orchestrated
00:40:23everything he
00:40:23was just a
00:40:24joy see if
00:40:25you've got a
00:40:25player who
00:40:25gives you an
00:40:26out ball
00:40:26it's fantastic
00:40:27he starts
00:40:28everything Peter
00:40:28he picks the
00:40:30ball up he's
00:40:31always available
00:40:32no matter if
00:40:32he's having a
00:40:33good game or
00:40:34a bad game
00:40:34he's always
00:40:34available and
00:40:35he keeps the
00:40:36game ticking over
00:40:36and he gets
00:40:37the ball out to
00:40:38wide players who
00:40:38can go and cause
00:40:39damage I think
00:40:40he's been the
00:40:41best midfield
00:40:41playing Scotland
00:40:42for a long
00:40:43long time
00:40:43ok give us
00:40:44your prediction
00:40:45Tam
00:40:45I'm going to
00:40:46go for one
00:40:47each and I'm
00:40:48going to go
00:40:49Celtic winning
00:40:50penalties
00:40:53have you
00:40:53changed your
00:40:53mind from
00:40:54Thursday
00:40:54to this
00:40:55Celtic win
00:40:56hey
00:40:57don't you
00:40:57ask me
00:40:57no you said
00:40:58to me you
00:40:58were going
00:40:58to ask me
00:40:58the day
00:40:59so you're
00:41:00going Celtic
00:41:00I'm going to
00:41:01go Celtic
00:41:01to get through
00:41:02on penalties
00:41:03ok
00:41:04I'm going to
00:41:06penalty kicks
00:41:07Rangers to win
00:41:08on penalties
00:41:08I think Jack
00:41:10Buckland has
00:41:11proved that
00:41:12saving penalty
00:41:13kicks he's got
00:41:15a technique
00:41:16now that other
00:41:17people have
00:41:17now and he's
00:41:18got the stats
00:41:19to back it up
00:41:19when you've got
00:41:20the stats to
00:41:20back it up
00:41:21when you're
00:41:22coming up against
00:41:22a goalkeeper
00:41:23like that
00:41:24it just maybe
00:41:25put you off
00:41:25your balance a
00:41:26wee bit
00:41:26we saw
00:41:27Hattati was
00:41:28a poor
00:41:28penalty kick
00:41:29last week
00:41:30if it goes
00:41:32to penalties
00:41:32Jack Buckland
00:41:33will be the
00:41:33Rangers hero
00:41:35Dublin says
00:41:36if Rangers
00:41:37lose on Sunday
00:41:38and finish
00:41:38third or fourth
00:41:39in the league
00:41:40it's bye-bye
00:41:41Danny and
00:41:41another manager
00:41:42can sign to
00:41:43the Ibrox
00:41:43dustbin
00:41:44I'm not sure
00:41:45I agree with
00:41:45you because
00:41:46quite simply
00:41:47I think
00:41:48he's
00:41:49I think he's
00:41:50you know he's
00:41:51proved that
00:41:52he's managed
00:41:52to steady the
00:41:53ship where
00:41:54others have
00:41:54failed miserably
00:41:55he's got them
00:41:56organised he's
00:41:57slowly but surely
00:41:58building his
00:41:58side I think
00:42:00a lot of Rangers
00:42:01fans will look
00:42:01and say listen
00:42:02wait a minute
00:42:03we were thinking
00:42:03this was a
00:42:04transition season
00:42:05this guy's
00:42:06actually given
00:42:06us a cent
00:42:07of winning
00:42:07something
00:42:07yeah I just
00:42:08think as a
00:42:08Rangers
00:42:09support that's
00:42:09crazy if you
00:42:10think that
00:42:10I think that
00:42:11he's come in
00:42:11and done really
00:42:12really well
00:42:12I think they were
00:42:13terrible at the
00:42:14start of the
00:42:14season they were
00:42:15miles off it
00:42:16he's got them
00:42:16into contention
00:42:17by winning
00:42:17games
00:42:18I look at
00:42:20Giovanni Van
00:42:20Bronckhurst
00:42:21Rocky Spell
00:42:23sacked
00:42:24Philip Clement
00:42:25doing very well
00:42:26down in England
00:42:26at Norwich City
00:42:27again
00:42:28wee Rocky Spell
00:42:29sacked
00:42:30you know you've
00:42:30got to give a
00:42:31manager time to
00:42:31build and
00:42:34no matter where
00:42:34Rangers finish
00:42:35the season I
00:42:35think he'll get
00:42:36the start of
00:42:36next season he
00:42:36has to because
00:42:37he's came in and
00:42:38he's improved the
00:42:38team
00:42:40yeah I'm going to
00:42:41read out smell the
00:42:42glove I've got to
00:42:42I've just got to
00:42:43read it out because
00:42:44it's just he's one
00:42:45of those ones that
00:42:46he's just he's
00:42:47nearly got me with
00:42:48a hook here he
00:42:49goes thank god
00:42:50Peter went for the
00:42:51Rangers the new
00:42:51Hugh Keevans
00:42:56having worked with
00:42:57it yeah the
00:42:58younger Hugh
00:42:58Keevans having
00:42:58worked with Hugh
00:42:59for many a year
00:43:00and I respect him
00:43:01greatly I think
00:43:04sometimes Hugh
00:43:04does it for a
00:43:05noise up whereas
00:43:07I'm looking at
00:43:08I'm just looking at
00:43:08home advantages
00:43:09just the edge on
00:43:11it's a hard one
00:43:12to call Peter
00:43:12because you look
00:43:13at the game last
00:43:13week in the
00:43:15first half
00:43:15performance you'd
00:43:16have your mortgage
00:43:16on Rangers on
00:43:17the second half
00:43:17performance you'd
00:43:18have your mortgage
00:43:18on Celtic
00:43:19so it's a hard
00:43:21one to call
00:43:22I thought Rangers
00:43:23were going to win
00:43:23by five or six
00:43:24yeah I think the
00:43:26possession that they
00:43:26had and everyone
00:43:27was going towards
00:43:28the Celtic goal
00:43:31but I can't remember
00:43:33the goalkeeper
00:43:34having a lot of
00:43:34saves there's a lot
00:43:35of pressure and a
00:43:36lot of stuff going
00:43:37on you know great
00:43:38goal can't take it
00:43:39away from two
00:43:40great goals one
00:43:41of them was a
00:43:42mistake you know
00:43:43it shouldn't have
00:43:43got there the
00:43:44second one he
00:43:45still had to flick
00:43:46it right he's got
00:43:47a lot to do
00:43:48it was a mistake
00:43:50if the boy hadn't
00:43:51made a mistake he
00:43:51wasn't getting that
00:43:52chance yeah so
00:43:53there was a lot of
00:43:54pressure Rangers
00:43:56miles ahead of
00:43:57Celtic and
00:43:58everybody's saying
00:43:59it could have been
00:43:59four or five or
00:44:00something I don't
00:44:01remember the Celtic
00:44:01goalkeeper on a lot
00:44:02of saves
00:44:03Ruffy I don't know
00:44:04about you but
00:44:04sometimes if I was
00:44:05playing football for
00:44:06a team and I
00:44:06flicked it around
00:44:07the defender and
00:44:08then side-footed it
00:44:08past the goalkeeper
00:44:09I would not be in
00:44:10the pub later
00:44:11listening to people
00:44:12going what about
00:44:12the mistake from
00:44:13Murray earlier on
00:44:14give the credit to
00:44:15the attacker Ruffy
00:44:16come on I know
00:44:16you're a goalkeeper
00:44:17but come on
00:44:18yeah that was a
00:44:19great goal the
00:44:20second goal was a
00:44:21great goal by
00:44:21Cermiti but listen
00:44:24give us your
00:44:24thoughts on it
00:44:25who's going to
00:44:25start what
00:44:26formation who's
00:44:28going to win this
00:44:28game is it going
00:44:29to go to penalties
00:44:30will it be 90
00:44:31minutes we'd love to
00:44:31hear from you on
00:44:32it and thank you to
00:44:34everyone who's got
00:44:35their opinion on
00:44:35this and over and
00:44:38over and above
00:44:39that it's guesswork
00:44:42it's who turns up
00:44:43it's who produces
00:44:44that little moment
00:44:44of magic of the
00:44:46other Scottish Cup
00:44:48ties somebody gave
00:44:49his pelters and
00:44:50said how can you
00:44:51possibly suggest that
00:44:52Dinfermline are going
00:44:53to knock Aberdeen
00:44:54out I mean have you
00:44:55watched them I mean
00:44:56have you what
00:44:57evidence have you
00:44:58guys got of
00:44:59Dinfermline going to
00:45:00knock out Aberdeen
00:45:01well we have watched
00:45:02them and we have
00:45:04witnessed what
00:45:05Dinfermline are doing
00:45:06they've suddenly
00:45:06shot themselves
00:45:07back into contention
00:45:09for a playoff spot
00:45:10in the championship
00:45:11and Neil Lennon
00:45:12himself I think
00:45:13would agree that
00:45:14they're ahead of
00:45:15time Tam
00:45:16yeah they've already
00:45:17put out a better
00:45:18side than Aberdeen
00:45:18in the league
00:45:19in the cup and
00:45:20that's Hibs
00:45:20you know they put
00:45:21out Hibs and
00:45:22deservedly so that
00:45:22day I thought they
00:45:23were excellent
00:45:23and I feel East End
00:45:25Park is quite an
00:45:27intimidating stadium
00:45:27so I think that
00:45:28I believe it's sold
00:45:29out again
00:45:30and Dinfermline on
00:45:31their day can beat
00:45:32anyone I think they
00:45:33showed that against
00:45:33Hibs so they've
00:45:34been very inconsistent
00:45:35they're a very very
00:45:35young team Dinfermline
00:45:36very young squad
00:45:37you know I've seen
00:45:38the boys coming in
00:45:39after the game
00:45:40against Hibs and I
00:45:41thought this is an
00:45:42under 18 team
00:45:43you know they're all
00:45:43kids so they're a
00:45:45young team if Dinfermline
00:45:46turn up they can win
00:45:48the game Aberdeen
00:45:49have got quality
00:45:49throughout their team
00:45:50you know they're
00:45:50probably favourites
00:45:51with the bookies
00:45:51they are favourites
00:45:52with the bookies
00:45:52but I don't think it
00:45:54would be a massive
00:45:54upset you wouldn't
00:45:55be astonished if
00:45:56Dinfermline beat
00:45:56Aberdeen
00:45:573-1 Dinfermline
00:45:59they draw 11-4
00:46:00Ruffy and then
00:46:01beyond that the
00:46:02penalties 8-11
00:46:04Aberdeen so they
00:46:05are favourites to
00:46:06win it but I'm not
00:46:07convinced on
00:46:09Aberdeen I think
00:46:09they've been woeful
00:46:11I think they're
00:46:12rightly getting a
00:46:14fair bit of
00:46:15criticism at the
00:46:16moment from their
00:46:17board and their
00:46:18inactivity over a
00:46:19manager
00:46:20yeah well I've not
00:46:21shown anything at
00:46:22all that being a
00:46:22Premier League team
00:46:23are going to go
00:46:24down to a
00:46:24championship team and
00:46:25win quite easily
00:46:26you don't know what
00:46:26you're going to get
00:46:27Tam's already touched
00:46:28you don't know what
00:46:29you're going to get
00:46:29with Dinfermline either
00:46:30I mean Lenny has
00:46:32went in there he
00:46:33said don't judge us
00:46:34this year it'll be
00:46:35next year but he's
00:46:36done particularly well
00:46:37to get where he was
00:46:38if he gets in the
00:46:38play-off they'll get
00:46:40every chance because
00:46:41the championship can
00:46:41all beat each other
00:46:43this is a who turns up
00:46:45on the night you know
00:46:45Aberdeen obviously had
00:46:46that midweek game I
00:46:48don't think they'd be
00:46:48too disappointed to
00:46:50put in a reasonable
00:46:50performance but for me
00:46:52it's what Dinfermline
00:46:53team turn up
00:46:54yeah
00:46:55are you fancying
00:46:56them to do it
00:46:57I fancy them to make
00:46:58it a very very
00:46:59difficult night for
00:47:00Aberdeen
00:47:00yeah that's not the
00:47:01question I ask
00:47:02no I'm going to go
00:47:02Aberdeen to win this
00:47:03yeah
00:47:04why
00:47:04I think they've got
00:47:05better players
00:47:05a couple of gigs
00:47:06up there
00:47:06yeah
00:47:08exactly
00:47:09no I just think
00:47:09they've got better
00:47:10players
00:47:10they aren't as bad
00:47:12as what they were
00:47:13a month ago
00:47:14I think they've shown
00:47:15in some games
00:47:16that they've been
00:47:17in it
00:47:18I just think they
00:47:19need somebody to
00:47:20come up with a
00:47:20good cheer
00:47:21I think Nisbet
00:47:21could be a problem
00:47:22for them
00:47:22eight goals this
00:47:24season Nisbet
00:47:25not as good a return
00:47:26as you would want
00:47:27if anything
00:47:28Tam
00:47:29I think
00:47:31they've got a lot
00:47:31of players who
00:47:32are sitting on that
00:47:33bench that I
00:47:33thought they
00:47:34should be
00:47:34contributing but
00:47:35they're not
00:47:36I mean Keskin
00:47:37and another one
00:47:38who's suddenly
00:47:38been dumped onto
00:47:39the bench
00:47:42I don't watch
00:47:43Aberdeen every week
00:47:44but whenever I
00:47:44don't tell you
00:47:45I see the highlights
00:47:46you think
00:47:46he looks a decent
00:47:48player
00:47:49I think it was
00:47:50against Livingston
00:47:50a wee while ago
00:47:51he was brilliant
00:47:51I think he scored
00:47:52a couple of goals
00:47:53and set up a couple
00:47:53of goals
00:47:55Nisbet's very much
00:47:56a streaky striker
00:47:57I watched him
00:47:57for two seasons
00:47:58working with Hibs
00:47:59and he was one
00:48:01of the guys
00:48:01who could go six
00:48:02or seven games
00:48:03without a goal
00:48:03and you think
00:48:04he's never going to
00:48:04score another goal
00:48:05and then he would
00:48:05score eight in the
00:48:06next four
00:48:06he's one of the ones
00:48:07and he's in that
00:48:08vein the new Peter
00:48:09where everything
00:48:11he's hitting is going
00:48:11in and he's the only
00:48:12one that's scoring
00:48:13goals for Aberdeen
00:48:13at the minute
00:48:14so I agree with
00:48:14I think if Aberdeen
00:48:15are going to win
00:48:16it'll be Nisbet
00:48:17to get some of the
00:48:17goals to do it
00:48:20Interestingly enough
00:48:20I don't think they
00:48:21have enough on the
00:48:23flanks to cause
00:48:24teams problem
00:48:24I think that's
00:48:25one of the problems
00:48:26they don't have
00:48:27that constant
00:48:28barrage of crosses
00:48:29coming in and
00:48:30service where
00:48:31strikers can actually
00:48:32go in and put
00:48:33themselves in there
00:48:34I think that's been
00:48:34the problem for Kevin
00:48:35this season as well
00:48:36Aberdeen he's not
00:48:37got a lot of service
00:48:39there's plenty of
00:48:40Aberdeen fans on
00:48:41the feed that go and
00:48:41watch Aberdeen every
00:48:42week I think they
00:48:43probably agree with
00:48:44that he's not a lot
00:48:45of service and if
00:48:45you give Kevin Nisbet
00:48:46good service he's
00:48:47proven in the league
00:48:48he's done it with
00:48:50Hibs and he's done
00:48:51it when he's loan
00:48:52spell with Aberdeen
00:48:53as well he scored
00:48:53goals so if you give
00:48:54Kevin Nisbet service
00:48:55in the final third
00:48:55he'll score goals
00:48:56for you but if
00:48:57you're not creating
00:48:58anything then it
00:48:59doesn't matter who
00:48:59you're playing up
00:49:00front
00:49:00Tam says if
00:49:01anything it's
00:49:01going to be a
00:49:02great night
00:49:02atmosphere
00:49:03it's a great
00:49:04stadium when it's
00:49:05full and
00:49:06Dunfermline supporters
00:49:07I think more than
00:49:09anybody in the
00:49:09championship have
00:49:10supported their
00:49:11team you're talking
00:49:12about 6,000 coming
00:49:13to games in the
00:49:14championship so
00:49:15tonight it'll be a
00:49:16big big night for
00:49:18a lot of the young
00:49:18players
00:49:19I'm going 2-1
00:49:20Dunfermline
00:49:21I'm going to go
00:49:23Aberdeen an extra
00:49:24time 2-1
00:49:251-0 Dunfermline
00:49:27there you are
00:49:28that's how tight
00:49:28it's going to be
00:49:30St Mirren
00:49:30you've got one
00:49:31invite
00:49:32you've got one
00:49:33invite to go to
00:49:34a game
00:49:36I'm going to be
00:49:37invited back
00:49:37I was just
00:49:38about to say
00:49:39I'll get a wee
00:49:39Mo Hutton's golf
00:49:40testimonial as well
00:49:41give that wee
00:49:41plug next month
00:49:42yeah
00:49:43that rough he's
00:49:44pulled it
00:49:45of course this is
00:49:46the other thing
00:49:47about it with you
00:49:47two there's always
00:49:48there's always that
00:49:49kind of a looking
00:49:50and thinking oh
00:49:51you've got a gig
00:49:51or something like
00:49:52that a wee bit of
00:49:52bias or something
00:49:54but you don't get
00:49:56many gigs up in
00:49:56Aberdeen roughly
00:49:57so I'm quite
00:49:57surprised by your
00:49:58comments there
00:50:00St Mirren against
00:50:01Partick Thistle
00:50:01I wonder if you're
00:50:02going to be
00:50:02balanced on this
00:50:03one is there any
00:50:04point in actually
00:50:04talking to you
00:50:05at this point
00:50:0710-11 St Mirren
00:50:08the draw 5-2
00:50:09Partick Thistle
00:50:1011-4
00:50:12is this the biggest
00:50:13possibility of a
00:50:14Cup shocker
00:50:15is Dunfermline
00:50:16knocking out the
00:50:16Scottish Cup
00:50:17holders
00:50:17I think this is
00:50:18the one
00:50:19I think that when
00:50:20you look at the
00:50:21way St Mirren are
00:50:21playing at the
00:50:21minute they're not
00:50:22defending well
00:50:23the confidence is
00:50:24low
00:50:25Partick Thistle
00:50:26I think the
00:50:27difference is
00:50:27Peter you've
00:50:27got a team
00:50:28that's used to
00:50:28losing and you've
00:50:29got a team that's
00:50:29used to winning
00:50:30okay they're in
00:50:31different leagues
00:50:31but Partick Thistle
00:50:32have got to get
00:50:33into this game
00:50:33with massive
00:50:33confidence
00:50:34they'll have I
00:50:35believe a full
00:50:36stand
00:50:37Ruffey behind
00:50:38the goal
00:50:38cheering them
00:50:39on I think
00:50:41Partick Thistle
00:50:42might put out
00:50:42St Mirren
00:50:43I think if they
00:50:44can handle
00:50:45St Mirren's
00:50:45physicality
00:50:48I don't know
00:50:48if I've not
00:50:49seen a lot of
00:50:50Partick Thistle
00:50:50are they quite a
00:50:51big side
00:50:52Ruffey are they
00:50:52quite physical
00:50:53are they quite
00:50:54strong at the
00:50:54back
00:50:55can they match up
00:50:55with St Mirren
00:50:57pieces and stuff
00:50:58like that
00:50:58the boy
00:50:59Logan Chalmers
00:51:01wide
00:51:01and Fitzpatrick
00:51:03on the other
00:51:03side
00:51:04it's one of
00:51:05these ones
00:51:07you always say
00:51:08this is the right
00:51:09time to get
00:51:09St Mirren
00:51:10things aren't
00:51:11going well for
00:51:11them
00:51:12I mean the
00:51:12own goal was
00:51:13hysterical
00:51:14the other night
00:51:16Marcus Fraser
00:51:17doesn't think
00:51:17that's hysterical
00:51:18but if you
00:51:19looked at all
00:51:19the other
00:51:19St Mirren
00:51:20players
00:51:20how did that
00:51:21happen
00:51:21and obviously
00:51:22the Gogic
00:51:23penalty
00:51:24nothing's going
00:51:25right for them
00:51:25they're not
00:51:26getting wee
00:51:26breaks
00:51:27they're not
00:51:27getting anything
00:51:28at all
00:51:28fantastic goal
00:51:29super goal
00:51:30they scored
00:51:31it was a good
00:51:32goal
00:51:33Partick Thistle
00:51:34problem is
00:51:35the two
00:51:35St Mirren
00:51:35players
00:51:36I do believe
00:51:37that they've
00:51:37got a loan
00:51:38for St Mirren
00:51:38can't play in
00:51:39this game
00:51:40and one of
00:51:41them
00:51:41he's been
00:51:44fantastic
00:51:44in the midfield
00:51:45so that could
00:51:46be a big loss
00:51:47how they'll
00:51:48manage that
00:51:49one
00:51:49I don't know
00:51:49but
00:51:50I can't put
00:51:50my finger
00:51:51on why
00:51:51there's been
00:51:52such a
00:51:52collapse
00:51:53and maybe
00:51:54Stephen Robinson
00:51:55in a quieter
00:51:55moment will
00:51:56mention to
00:51:59us what it
00:52:00is
00:52:01he certainly
00:52:01won't do it
00:52:02publicly
00:52:02but
00:52:03the collapse
00:52:04is unbelievable
00:52:05three wins
00:52:06in 15
00:52:07is
00:52:08after the
00:52:09final
00:52:10and
00:52:11I look at
00:52:12it
00:52:12ok
00:52:12they managed
00:52:13to see off
00:52:14Airdrie and
00:52:14Livingston
00:52:15but
00:52:15I just look at
00:52:17them now
00:52:17and I'm
00:52:17thinking to
00:52:18myself
00:52:18the one
00:52:18element of
00:52:19it that
00:52:19he's consistently
00:52:20mentioning
00:52:21which suggests
00:52:22to me he's
00:52:22got no options
00:52:23is he's saying
00:52:24we have to
00:52:25work on our
00:52:25defending
00:52:26so he's
00:52:27blaming the
00:52:27back line
00:52:28for the
00:52:28predicament
00:52:28they're in
00:52:30I think you
00:52:30always associate
00:52:31Stephen Robertson
00:52:32teams whether that
00:52:33was Motherwell
00:52:33or St Mirren
00:52:34that they're
00:52:35very very tight
00:52:36and hard to
00:52:36score against
00:52:36I don't see it
00:52:37with a St Mirren
00:52:37team
00:52:38I think they
00:52:38look leaky
00:52:39I think they
00:52:39look as if
00:52:39they can
00:52:40concede goals
00:52:40and if they're
00:52:41not
00:52:41if they're
00:52:42conceding goals
00:52:43as a St Mirren
00:52:44team the way
00:52:44they play
00:52:45because they
00:52:45don't score a
00:52:46lot of goals
00:52:46they're not
00:52:46going to score
00:52:47three or four
00:52:47goals a game
00:52:48so they've
00:52:49always prided
00:52:49themselves on
00:52:50being really
00:52:50hard to beat
00:52:51and maybe
00:52:52scoring one or
00:52:52two goals
00:52:52and winning
00:52:53the games
00:52:53but I think
00:52:55Thistle will
00:52:56turn them
00:52:56over
00:52:572-1
00:52:57Kenny who's
00:52:58in LA
00:52:59thinks this
00:53:00is where
00:53:00the shock
00:53:00is going
00:53:01to come
00:53:01in this
00:53:02game
00:53:02which is
00:53:04I'm still
00:53:05thinking St Mirren
00:53:06are going to
00:53:06win it
00:53:06roughy
00:53:07I think the
00:53:07home advantage
00:53:08there'll be a
00:53:09fantastic atmosphere
00:53:10at the game
00:53:11and I'm going to
00:53:12stick to
00:53:13Paddock Thistle
00:53:13I'm going to
00:53:14go extra time
00:53:15extra time
00:53:15yeah Paddock Thistle
00:53:17if you tip St Mirren
00:53:17they'll take that
00:53:18wee plaque in
00:53:19Alan Ruff lounge
00:53:19right half
00:53:20well not only that
00:53:21by the way
00:53:22they'd need to
00:53:23put the floodlights
00:53:24on the protesters
00:53:25over in the river
00:53:26again to get them
00:53:27to protest against
00:53:28you
00:53:28that's flashbacks
00:53:29for Ruffey
00:53:31I wounded him
00:53:32deeply
00:53:32oh I know
00:53:33the yo-yo
00:53:34board director
00:53:35at that point
00:53:36I'll never forget
00:53:36that roughy
00:53:37there's two things
00:53:38that stick in my
00:53:38mind over the
00:53:39last five years
00:53:39about you
00:53:40the whatsapp
00:53:42group
00:53:42and the yo-yo
00:53:44complaining
00:53:44in and out
00:53:45of the director's
00:53:46box
00:53:46but you think
00:53:47the Jags are
00:53:47going to win
00:53:47just a hunched
00:53:48gut feeling
00:53:49or just blatant
00:53:50bias
00:53:50no I think
00:53:51as Tom said
00:53:52they're sitting
00:53:53top of the league
00:53:54a chance to
00:53:55get into the
00:53:56premiership
00:53:56the dressing
00:53:57will be buzzing
00:53:58I'm sure
00:53:58Alec and
00:53:59Mark will have
00:54:00them believing
00:54:01that they can
00:54:01go into this
00:54:02game
00:54:03only because
00:54:04of the form
00:54:04that St Mirren's
00:54:05on
00:54:06it's a massive
00:54:07game for
00:54:08Thistle as well
00:54:08if you get
00:54:09the semi-final
00:54:09at Hampden
00:54:11obviously I think
00:54:12it all gets
00:54:12pulled
00:54:12the two
00:54:13semi-finals
00:54:14get pulled
00:54:14and the money
00:54:15gets paid out
00:54:15there's not a lot
00:54:16of money
00:54:16floating about
00:54:17with Thistle
00:54:17good point
00:54:18from one guy
00:54:19who was talking
00:54:20about bias
00:54:20and he says
00:54:21see Peter
00:54:22tipping his
00:54:22drinking buddy
00:54:24Dunfermline
00:54:25scathing
00:54:26scathing
00:54:26you know
00:54:27good luck
00:54:27yeah
00:54:28absolutely
00:54:30nevertheless
00:54:30Peter doesn't
00:54:30drink by
00:54:31anyways
00:54:33don't really
00:54:34drink
00:54:34and if you
00:54:35do it's
00:54:35like a toucan
00:54:36Dan
00:54:36it does
00:54:37but then
00:54:37it's like
00:54:38two
00:54:38comfort
00:54:38lemonadeses
00:54:39steaming
00:54:40yeah
00:54:40I'm a big
00:54:41drinker
00:54:41Peter
00:54:41I could count
00:54:42my hand
00:54:42Ruffy
00:54:42in a year
00:54:43how many
00:54:43times I
00:54:43have a
00:54:44drink
00:54:44because
00:54:45you're
00:54:45always
00:54:45working
00:54:46and I'm
00:54:47always
00:54:47anything
00:54:48play the
00:54:49year
00:54:49does it
00:54:50you've
00:54:51got to be
00:54:51sober
00:54:51you cannot
00:54:52be drunk
00:54:53Ruffy's
00:54:53got to have
00:54:53a couple
00:54:54every night
00:54:54you get
00:54:54asleep
00:54:54you cannot
00:54:55be drunk
00:54:56you're on
00:54:57a stage
00:54:57leathering
00:54:58people
00:54:58you need
00:54:59to be
00:54:59sharp
00:54:59in case
00:55:00somebody
00:55:00get away
00:55:04exactly
00:55:05exactly
00:55:05like a lovely
00:55:06message from
00:55:07Paul
00:55:08Paul Merson
00:55:09in midweek
00:55:09just to
00:55:10tell me
00:55:10exactly
00:55:11what he
00:55:11thought of
00:55:11me
00:55:13but
00:55:15yeah
00:55:15listen
00:55:15you've got
00:55:16to be
00:55:17in control
00:55:18of your
00:55:19faculties
00:55:19especially
00:55:20on the
00:55:20after dinner
00:55:21circuit
00:55:21but nevertheless
00:55:21over and
00:55:22above that
00:55:23we are
00:55:24I like this
00:55:25one here
00:55:25it says
00:55:26Tone says
00:55:27Peter is a
00:55:28silent
00:55:29bucky drinker
00:55:30have you ever
00:55:31tried Buckfast
00:55:31it's horrendous
00:55:33I don't understand
00:55:34how people can
00:55:35drink it
00:55:35it's chilled
00:55:36what
00:55:36it's not
00:55:37it's rotten
00:55:38man
00:55:39you know
00:55:39I was
00:55:41what was
00:55:42that
00:55:43what can I
00:55:43say
00:55:44what
00:55:45after dinner
00:55:46an event
00:55:46an event
00:55:47and they had
00:55:47a Buckfast
00:55:48stall
00:55:49and I was
00:55:50talking to the
00:55:50boy about it
00:55:51and he says
00:55:51you're not going
00:55:51to believe
00:55:52there's certain
00:55:52areas that
00:55:53didn't particularly
00:55:53well
00:55:54and another
00:55:54thing you
00:55:54won't know
00:55:55is
00:55:55it's actually
00:55:57the bottles
00:55:58are counted
00:55:59by
00:56:01numbers of
00:56:01years
00:56:02and there's
00:56:03a vintage
00:56:04that you can
00:56:05get if you
00:56:05get the right
00:56:06number
00:56:07a vintage
00:56:07Buckfast
00:56:09right
00:56:11anyway I'm
00:56:11going to leave
00:56:12that the way
00:56:13it should be
00:56:14left
00:56:14I'm not quite
00:56:15sure if you
00:56:16agree with
00:56:16that but
00:56:16nevertheless
00:56:19give us your
00:56:19thoughts
00:56:20who do you
00:56:20think is going
00:56:20to get into
00:56:21it
00:56:21listen the other
00:56:22thing I was
00:56:22going to say
00:56:22to you
00:56:23Tam
00:56:25on this
00:56:26and Martin
00:56:27and you
00:56:27was talking
00:56:28about it as
00:56:28well
00:56:29there is a
00:56:30possibility
00:56:31that Celtic
00:56:32and Rangers
00:56:34could go
00:56:35through this
00:56:35season without
00:56:36winning a
00:56:37trophy
00:56:37Martin
00:56:38Daniels
00:56:38mentioned it
00:56:38again today
00:56:39and he
00:56:40says it
00:56:41should be a
00:56:41wake-up call
00:56:42for the
00:56:43football club
00:56:44if Celtic
00:56:44go through
00:56:45this season
00:56:45without a
00:56:45trophy
00:56:46you could
00:56:47have this
00:56:48season
00:56:48Hearts or
00:56:50Motherwell
00:56:51winning the
00:56:51league
00:56:52or
00:56:54one of
00:56:54the
00:56:57winning the
00:56:58Scottish Cup
00:56:58Aberdeen
00:57:00Thistle
00:57:00St Mirren
00:57:02winning the
00:57:02Cup
00:57:02and Rangers
00:57:03and Celtic
00:57:03win nothing
00:57:04that would
00:57:04be amazing
00:57:05I think it
00:57:06would be the
00:57:07most amazing
00:57:07season ever
00:57:10considering the
00:57:11money those
00:57:11two clubs have
00:57:12at their
00:57:12disposal
00:57:13it would be
00:57:13the biggest
00:57:14failure in
00:57:15the history
00:57:15of the
00:57:16Premier League
00:57:16is that fair?
00:57:17I think it
00:57:18is in terms
00:57:19of both
00:57:19clubs at the
00:57:20same time
00:57:20you know
00:57:21you very
00:57:21very rarely
00:57:22get that
00:57:22you get
00:57:23Celtic are
00:57:23flying and
00:57:24Rangers are
00:57:24crap
00:57:25and then you
00:57:25get Rangers
00:57:25are flying
00:57:26Celtic are
00:57:26crap
00:57:26but very rarely
00:57:27do you get
00:57:28two of them
00:57:28are rotting
00:57:28in the
00:57:28same season
00:57:29not taking
00:57:29anything away
00:57:30from Hearts
00:57:31but it's
00:57:32been a real
00:57:32struggle for
00:57:33Rangers and
00:57:33Celtic this
00:57:34season
00:57:34so yeah
00:57:35there will
00:57:35be supporters
00:57:36out there
00:57:36Celtic
00:57:37supporters
00:57:37who want
00:57:38to win
00:57:38stuff
00:57:39but they'll
00:57:39think we
00:57:40don't win
00:57:40anything
00:57:40this season
00:57:40it could
00:57:41be the
00:57:41catalyst
00:57:41to get
00:57:42change
00:57:42at the
00:57:43board
00:57:43you know
00:57:43a club
00:57:44the size
00:57:44of Celtic
00:57:45with the
00:57:45financial
00:57:46muscle
00:57:47they've got
00:57:47not winning
00:57:47anything in
00:57:48Scotland
00:57:48I think
00:57:49would be a
00:57:50big wake up
00:57:50call for
00:57:50the club
00:57:51and maybe
00:57:52get some
00:57:53change
00:57:53in the
00:57:54football club
00:57:54at the
00:57:54top end
00:57:55I think
00:57:55both of
00:57:56them
00:57:56you know
00:57:57Martin
00:57:57says we're
00:57:58miles away
00:57:58from winning
00:57:59anything at
00:57:59the moment
00:58:00it's a long
00:58:00way to go
00:58:01but I think
00:58:02both of those
00:58:03clubs
00:58:04will have
00:58:05a lot to
00:58:06answer at
00:58:07boardroom level
00:58:07if they win
00:58:08nothing at the
00:58:09end of the
00:58:10season
00:58:10the difference
00:58:11between them
00:58:11is I think
00:58:12Rangers have a
00:58:12settled board
00:58:13and have a
00:58:14manager that
00:58:14they've got
00:58:15a long term
00:58:16plan with
00:58:16and Danny
00:58:17Rule
00:58:17I think
00:58:18back to him
00:58:18financially
00:58:18exactly
00:58:19but I think
00:58:20Danny Rule
00:58:21will get a
00:58:21chance
00:58:21as he should
00:58:23deserve to get
00:58:24the summer
00:58:24I think
00:58:25for Celtic
00:58:25if they don't
00:58:26win anything
00:58:26Ruffy
00:58:27it will
00:58:28merely
00:58:28accelerate
00:58:29and light
00:58:29the touch
00:58:30paper
00:58:30on this
00:58:31simmering
00:58:31feud
00:58:32between
00:58:32board
00:58:33and
00:58:33fans
00:58:33yeah
00:58:34I mean
00:58:34you don't
00:58:34have to be
00:58:35you know
00:58:36a rocket
00:58:36to what's
00:58:37been going
00:58:37on
00:58:37throughout
00:58:38the year
00:58:38it's just
00:58:39been protest
00:58:39after protest
00:58:40obviously
00:58:42a club like
00:58:43Celtic
00:58:43finishing
00:58:43with nothing
00:58:44would just
00:58:44highlight
00:58:46all the
00:58:46negatives
00:58:47that have
00:58:47been going
00:58:47on
00:58:47throughout
00:58:47the season
00:58:48and so
00:58:49obviously
00:58:49it might
00:58:50help in the
00:58:50long run
00:58:52hopefully
00:58:52you've enjoyed
00:58:53the chat
00:58:53if you get

00:59:20I am
00:59:20I think
00:59:21I'm very
00:59:21confident

00:59:22I think
00:59:22I've seen
00:59:22the pictures

00:59:26put the

00:59:29the most
00:59:29positive
00:59:29you've been
00:59:30which leads
00:59:30me to
00:59:31believe
00:59:31that maybe
00:59:32the future
00:59:32for you
