00:00There's no doubt it's been a tough winter. Lots of cold and snow. That is on the way out of
00:04here in a big way with some of you seeing a 30 to 40 degree temperature rise from Monday to
00:10Friday. And in some areas a little farther northeast, we may have to wait until Sunday, but still a 30
00:15to 40 degree rise from where we started the week. An incredible jump. Some will see record challenging highs in
00:20East Texas, parts of Alabama, Tennessee on Thursday with temperatures surging into the 80s in places like Longview and in
00:29Huntsville.
00:30A big temperature rise in the mid-Atlantic states, parts of the Ohio Valley and into the south from Monday
00:35when many of us were in the 30s. We're going to be in the 70s to near 80 degrees this
00:39Friday. A rise of 35 to 40 plus degrees. Very, very significant warming. And into Friday, more record challenging highs
00:48across many areas here across the Ohio Valley, the interior southeast and into the southern and central Appalachians.
00:55Now Saturday, still a little bit of resistance to the big warm-up in New England, but eventually we're going
01:01to see more and more areas jump into the 60s and 70s. And come Saturday, more record highs beginning to
01:07nose into Pennsylvania and places like Washington, D.C. A huge rise in temperatures will be felt into places like
01:14Boston, Massachusetts come Sunday with about a 30 degree jump from how this work week began. Other areas like Philadelphia,
01:2135 degree rise from where we were on Monday.
01:23The requirement is very, very high.
