00:00This weekend, gusty thunderstorms will be marching east from the Rockies into the Plains.
00:05Sun will continue in the east and other areas in the southwest will be recovering from this recent high-impact
00:11storm system.
00:11So this weekend, you can see showers and thunderstorms in parts of New Mexico and Colorado moving into western Kansas,
00:18west Texas as well.
00:19There will be some snow in the Rockies as this system unfolds, especially on Saturday.
00:23But the storm system will bring some severe weather perhaps to some areas into the western plains as we get
00:29deeper into the weekend.
00:32Moving farther east, brilliant sunshine and 70s went out for many in the Ohio Valley.
00:3850s and 60s in the northeast.
00:39It's going to be a beautiful weekend for fall foliage.
00:41Some of the high elevations are already past peak, but many of us across the interior are enjoying brilliant fall
00:48color, and the weather's not going to slow you down.
00:51We're in the green here on the map, with most areas enjoying a great weather pattern.
00:56So again, some of the high elevations, a little past peak, still plenty of color to enjoy this weekend.
