Transcript
00:00Young men age 20 to 30 are now spending less time outdoors than prison inmates.
00:03And if you look at where all that time has gone, time with friends, time with exercise, time with church,
00:08time with school, time with studying, time with sleep,
00:10it's all gone to one place. It's all gone to online. It might be video gaming, it might be online
00:14gambling, but most of it appears to be social media.
00:17Unfortunately, it's taking mostly young people away from the most important thing in their lives and key to their mental
00:24health, and that is relationships with other people.
00:26I don't think there's anything denying that these companies' sole objective is to get you to spend every day 10,
00:3315 seconds more glued to a screen.
00:36And I'm absolutely addicted, but I can modulate it, and I understand it, and I recognize it.
