Transcript
00:00At least $150,000.
00:01Roughly $60,000.
00:03$100,000 a year.
00:05How much do you think a person has to make in order to have a normal life in New York
00:09City?
00:10Definitely anywhere between 25 and up an hour.
00:12$100,000 a year.
00:15It shouldn't be that way, but that's the way it is in the city.
00:18You have to be a millionaire in this town. I've been here almost 30 years and it's like it's never
00:21enough money.
00:22$100,000, you're like a low middle class.
00:26Approximately $2,500.
00:28Roughly $60,000.
00:29But then I'm biased because I grew up in the Bronx.
00:32But I hear the average is close to $150,000.
00:34But it's really $60,000 should you live within the confines of a respectable budget.
00:41I guess in Brooklyn, most of the apartments are around like $2,000 now.
00:46So with the rent and other expenses, around like $4,000 or $5,000 you need monthly.
