00:00I get asked often, should I start making content? Should I build a presence for myself? I hate being
00:05on camera. It's so uncomfortable for me. And I understand the need to want to differentiate
00:09yourself and want to stand out and want to give yourself job security and have a proof point to
00:15make yourself stand out in this scary kind of world of AI. But I don't think everyone needs
00:19to be a content creator. If you love filming yourself and you love filming videos, absolutely
00:24stick with it, make three videos a day, post them. Let's talk about that offline. But I think for the
00:29person that's just trying to differentiate themselves, what I would advise you to do is
00:32find the thing that makes you uniquely you and kind of that single point of failure. If you left
00:37the company because you're so good at this one thing or you're so known for this skill,
00:42the company would fall apart in some small way. They would really struggle with you being gone
00:46because you are the person who remembers everyone's birthdays or you're the Excel wizard or you're the
00:51AI influencer on the team and you're helping everyone set up Claude Cowork, whatever it might
00:55be. Try to find that thing and that makes you really irreplaceable.
