00:00She had said, hey, everyone here knows this is the job.
00:03Everyone knows we have to talk bad about each other.
00:05So, like, it's okay that I'm asking you what Boz and Dorit talked about.
00:11Virtual Reality.
00:13Amanda Francis from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
00:16We're so excited to be chatting with you because you have caused so much commotion in your first season.
00:21You are, you're kind of the talk of the town.
00:23How do you feel about that?
00:25I don't feel like I did much of anything to be the talk of the town.
00:28And somehow we're here.
00:30It kind of is a talent.
00:32I mean, I will say, I feel like kind of the audience reaction to you is changing a little bit.
00:37Do you also feel that?
00:38I think the sentiment is changing.
00:38Yes, at first I feel like the audience didn't know how to absorb you.
00:43But now we're figuring out that you are so essential to this season.
00:46Oh, thank you.
00:47You know?
00:47I have heard a lot from the beginning, even when people really, really weren't liking me,
00:51that I was carrying the season.
00:52That at least I was bringing some, there was something to be brought and I was bringing it.
00:56But I think they got something more one-dimensional early on, like in Sedona.
01:02It's like, why is she talking about Chanel?
01:03Why is she talking about money?
01:05And now they're seeing more size.
01:07They're seeing depth.
01:08And I think that's good.
01:09That's what I, we loved your sit down with Erica, where it was just kind of the two of you.
01:13And also it's like no audience of the people around you.
01:16You guys could kind of just like sit and have a conversation.
01:18Right.
01:18And I feel, I mean, I hope it carries through, but I was like, oh, in that moment, like Erica
01:22got a man.
01:23Like, I feel like you guys.
01:24Eric and I have moments where we understand each other.
01:26Absolutely.
01:26But I felt like, honestly, any time I was one-on-one with anyone on the cast, it was easy
01:32to understand each other.
01:33It's really hard to get to know the hearts of people when there's an audience.
01:37You're at the dinner table.
01:39It's like, it's kind of primed for drama.
01:42People are throwing accusations.
01:44It's almost like they all don't want to admit that they like you.
01:46You know what I mean?
01:47Wait, that's a really good point.
01:49If they all like you separately, you're like, God.
01:51Is that part of the issue?
01:52I didn't have it.
01:53Well, that's a really interesting.
01:54I didn't have, every single person on the cast, I had nice one-on-one moments with.
01:59I feel like you've had wonderful one-on-one moments with Kyle Richards in particular.
02:03And there was that scene where she was talking about the Dorit versus Amanda of it all.
02:08And she was like, Amanda was simply sharing her opinion.
02:12And that's part of this process.
02:14It was almost like she was breaking the fourth wall in a way of being like, this is the job.
02:17It's our assignment to share our opinions.
02:20Well, that's what Kyle had told me.
02:21Kyle told me my very first moment with Kyle, my very first time filming with her.
02:26She had said, hey, everyone here knows this is the job.
02:30Everyone knows we have to talk bad about each other.
02:32So it's okay that I'm asking you what Boz and Dorit talked about yesterday.
02:35Because I saw Boz and Dorit at lunch.
02:37The next day, I saw Kyle.
02:38She's like, I'm going to ask you what you guys talked about.
02:40And so then when I went over to Kathy's a few days later and they asked me what me and
02:43Kyle talk about, like I, I mean like, and you see me kind of doing that.
02:48I'm explaining to them at the Santa Monica dinner.
02:50I'm like, this is what happened.
02:51I go to Kyle's, she says this.
02:53I go to Kathy's, they ask me this.
02:55This is not some strong opinion where I need everyone to know.
02:59I think Dorit shouldn't be doing X, Y, Z.
03:01This is Jennifer asked me something.
03:03I said, well, you know, Kyle thinks.
03:04I can see that.
03:06But then I almost defend Dorit.
03:08When you hear me say, well, if it's true.
03:10Yeah.
03:10If it's true.
03:12And then Jennifer says, she should be able to talk to her friends.
03:15I'm like, that's fair.
03:16And then when I say, but she probably shouldn't talk about her husband.
03:19Right?
03:20It's almost like question mark.
03:21Right?
03:22And so it's like, I agree.
03:24You're asking them.
03:25You're like, what do you think of my thought as three other women?
03:29It was very conversational.
03:31It was very benign.
03:33It was surprising to me that it was something we continued to talk about over four dinners.
03:37Because it was not me holding ill will against anyone.
03:40I feel also kind of saying, you're like, oh, I don't care that much.
03:43That's probably why it's almost hard.
03:44You're like, do what you want to do.
03:46I think I ended up saying that.
03:48Don't you see me at the same point?
03:49Like, I have no skin in this game.
03:50I want you to not f*** up your life.
03:52But, like, this is not something I was going around talking about.
03:56Yeah, I mean, you were receiving so much smoke from Dorit over it for an extended period while filming.
04:02Now, I'm curious, watching it back, has she reached out to you to be like, oh, like, it really wasn't
04:06that bad.
04:06You kind of were just echoing an opinion, and it was all very conversational and silly.
04:09Would you hold your breath if you were me?
04:11No, it was not.
04:12It hasn't gotten better.
04:14No.
04:14I mean, I haven't gotten an apology.
04:16Okay.
04:16I mean, we had, I can't, I don't want to tell you.
04:21That, like, toward the end, things are a little softer between us.
04:26Oh, okay.
04:27I don't know that I see us being, like.
04:29Besties.
04:30Well, it's hard for me, because, like, think about it from my shoes.
04:33I enter the group.
04:34I put my best foot forward.
04:36I just try to get to know everyone.
04:37I really just try to get to know everyone.
04:38I don't pre-watch the show, so I don't have preconceived notions.
04:41Like, everyone's on a clean slate for me.
04:43Like, I could be BFF with anyone.
04:46I hear what Dorit's going through.
04:47I feel for her.
04:48I try to encourage her.
04:50I'm, like, decide who you want to be in this situation.
04:52Like, you know, get your head on straight.
04:53And I feel like, I'm, like, I think we're off to a really nice start.
04:56And the next time I see her, it's, like, Amanda, did you say, not just, like, hey, Amanda, like, what's
05:02your opinion on this?
05:03I hear you have an opinion.
05:05And it was so, like, to me, it felt very, like, accusation-y.
05:09It had some attack to it.
05:10Right, right.
05:11And so then, that's bad enough.
05:13She finds out what day it is for me.
05:16That doesn't make her want to back off.
05:18And then to bring it back up for four more dinners, she didn't want me to have an easy time
05:24growing into the group.
05:25At least that's how it feels to me.
05:26Yeah, do you feel like you were hazed a little bit as a new girl?
05:29There is definitely, like, an initiation process of sorts.
05:32Okay.
05:32Do you feel initiated now?
05:33Do you feel like we belong, we're holding on to the diamond, we want to continue holding on to the
05:38diamond?
05:38Do I personally want to continue holding on to the diamond?
05:40Yes, do you want to come back?
05:41Like, did you have a...
05:42I'm not sure.
05:43Okay, you'll have to wait for a reunion to see how that does that all.
05:46I have to get through the reunion.
05:47Are you excited for the reunion?
05:49Is anyone excited for a reunion?
05:51I'm excited for you to have your first...
05:52I'm excited for whatever look you pull out.
05:54That's true.
05:55I am excited for my dress.
05:56I have a really good dress and nice.
05:57Okay.
05:58At least you'll be looking good.
06:00I think I'll make a good look.
06:01I feel like also you have a way with your words.
06:03I mean, that one moment where you're talking about Bereet, and I don't...
06:06That just flew out of my house, too.
06:07That was a whole monologue.
06:09Like, I feel like people could audition for Tish with that.
06:11Like, that was so good.
06:13Like, no problems.
06:14Yeah.
06:14What was going through your mind as those words were leaving your mouth?
06:18There was nothing going through my mind.
06:20It was just...
06:21It had built up, and I was just like...
06:23And Eddie was like, well, maybe she's jealous, you know, or whatever.
06:26Did he say jealous?
06:26Yeah.
06:26I think something along with that, yep.
06:28And I was like, you mean because I'm young and successful, and I'm not financially dependent
06:31on a man, and she outsourced her financial well-being to a man that didn't go so well
06:34for her?
06:34Like, it just, like...
06:35And it still...
06:37Was there.
06:37Yeah.
06:38Well, that's how I felt, because that's what she told me at the lunch with those.
06:41As far as I'm concerned, I don't have retirement.
06:42She told me, like, I didn't look at my money for a long time, and now I'm in a bad
06:47position
06:48because of it.
06:49Right.
06:50And you might have had more sympathy for her in that regard had she not made it.
06:55I haven't.
06:55No, I had tremendous sympathy for her.
06:57I wanted good for her all the while.
06:59It's just, like, for you to torture me about something I said that was benign, that I meant
07:03nothing by.
07:05Right.
07:05Continually.
07:06Do you and Bo's kind of get to a better place?
07:08Because I feel like she's, confessional-wise, the one who seems to poke at you a lot.
07:14She did it in person.
07:16She did it in person.
07:18Did it kind of shock you?
07:19It surprised me.
07:20Okay.
07:21Yes.
07:22Because when me and Bo's and Doreat were sitting there and we were talking about everything
07:26going on, Bo's was agreeing with everything I was saying.
07:29We were, like, together encouraging her to, like, take her power back.
07:33Like, Bo's said, yeah, girl, amen, a couple times.
07:35Like, it was a nice lunch.
07:37So then later to act like I should have been a financial planner when that's not what I
07:41am or whatever was odd.
07:42Well, and you never claim to be.
07:43And then another critique from Bo's that I find a little bit confounding is she says,
07:48and I think she says this with judgment, is that Amanda manifests money by taking money
07:53from others.
07:53But isn't that how we all manifest money?
07:55Because money is.
07:56Let's break that down.
07:57Right?
07:57Listen, let's break that down.
07:58Do you know what I mean?
07:59No.
07:59Okay, listen.
08:02Any business owner who believes they're taking money from people is going to have a very
08:06hard time functioning in business.
08:08Because I'm an adult with full autonomy.
08:10You guys are adults with full autonomy.
08:11If I choose to pay you, I do that with autonomy.
08:14I do that.
08:15You have a service or product I want.
08:16I'm going to pay you.
08:17I'm going to receive.
08:18For me to think you took my money puts me in a disempowered position.
08:21I would never do that to myself.
08:23That's not how I view myself.
08:24That's not how I view money.
08:24It's not how I view business.
08:26So to your point, yes, are we all just exchanging money all the live long day?
08:30Yeah.
08:30That's how any of us get any product or service we want.
08:33We exchange money for it.
08:35So if people want to pay me for teaching them about manifestation, teaching them about mindset,
08:40financial empowerment, anything I do in personal development, if people see value in that and
08:45pay me, and we have like 80% repeat customers, more than 80%, like, then what is the problem?
08:51I also, because like you have the, like, you're saying the stats to show from it.
08:55You also have your book, and you have all these businesses.
08:57So it's kind of like they'll poke at you, but you're like, you don't want to look at what
09:01I can bring to explain it to you.
09:03Totally.
09:04We're asking you a real question about it.
09:06I mean, we would have loved to have been at the manifest.
09:08I know.
09:09People, like, people stalked me on the street and been like, I would have loved it.
09:12No, right.
09:13Yes.
09:13I would have loved it.
09:14Journal.
09:14But unfortunately, the ladies did not.
09:16But I was like, who are trying to show that?
09:17Come over.
09:18We'll journal.
09:18We'll meditate.
09:19We'll have a good meal.
09:20Like, isn't that a dream dinner?
09:21We talk about manifesting all the time.
09:24I'm curious.
09:25Did you manifest your spot on Housewives?
09:27Was this on the vision board?
09:28Not specifically Housewives.
09:30Okay.
09:30But I have been saying since about 2014.
09:33It's in one of my, I have this course called The Holiday Bundle.
09:36And in Module 3, which was recorded in 2014, I'm doing, like, an affirmation where I'm like,
09:41I'm a reality television star.
09:43I'm a TV personality.
09:44It's been, like, in my awareness forever.
09:48No.
09:49I didn't expect it to come right now.
09:51And I didn't really expect it to be Housewives.
09:53But it's always been there for me.
09:55Well, you have that moment on Selling Sunset, which is now coming up a bit online.
09:59Anything you want to clear up from your time on Selling Sunset?
10:01Yes.
10:01Okay.
10:02Okay.
10:02Let's do it.
10:03Let's talk about Selling Sunset.
10:04I didn't know we were going to do this today.
10:06Oh, please.
10:06Yes.
10:07Okay.
10:09Davina was my agent in real life.
10:11She helped me find my first Bellar house, which me and Eddie leased the first year we lived together.
10:16So she was wonderful.
10:18And so she said, you know, when you're ready to sell your West Hollywood house, let's do it on the
10:21show.
10:22I said, oh, that's interesting.
10:23But the West Hollywood house wasn't done.
10:26I was in the middle of renovation.
10:27So the two things, two very important things are, one, is I finished the renovation.
10:32The kitchen was the last step.
10:34I finished the kitchen renovation like six hours before the camera crew got there.
10:38So when I'm telling her I need more time before I'm ready to sell, it's because I haven't even enjoyed
10:43the house yet.
10:43So I had a season just that one summer where I used that house as my office because Eddie and
10:48I already live together in Bel Air, right?
10:50So I just needed that time of enjoying what I had created in that house.
10:54So that's one.
10:54And that's why I'm like, I don't know if I'm ready to sell yet.
10:57I need time.
10:57It's because I had just finished it six hours before.
11:00The contractor's left.
11:00You literally needed time.
11:02Yes.
11:03So that's one.
11:04Two.
11:05Oh, this is the big one.
11:06That final scene where I fired Davina.
11:09I fired her over six months before that.
11:13She knew she was fired.
11:14When you see me sitting at my kitchen table, the house had already sold.
11:19I had people moving in on Monday.
11:23Wow.
11:23We filmed on a Thursday or Friday.
11:25I had people filming it on Monday.
11:26I did selling Sunset a favor.
11:29They said, we need you to do one more scene.
11:31We have to wrap up this story for Davina.
11:33Why didn't you give her the listing?
11:34And I'm like, because she cares more about reality TV than being an agent.
11:37She was a good agent until we were filming.
11:39We started filming and she stopped being an agent to me.
11:42Oh my God.
11:42She cared more about getting the selfie in my house of her rented Chanel outfit than she cared
11:47about, like, actually helping me sell the house.
11:50Like, a lease Chanel?
11:51Well, I mean, she let me know it was leased.
11:53And that's economical.
11:53I don't judge that.
11:54But that's also funny.
11:55She walked in saying, hi, I'm leasing the Chanel.
11:57Well, I said, where did you get that vintage Chanel?
11:59She said, oh, it's a lease.
12:00I'll tell you all about it.
12:01This isn't a dick.
12:02That's not meant to be a dick.
12:03But the way we had to document the outfit more than we had a strategy for selling my
12:07house irritated me.
12:08That is a bit irritating.
12:09How are you and Davina today?
12:11Do we have a relationship?
12:12Well, I haven't heard from her in a long time, but I might after this.
12:15Hi, Davina.
12:16No, I just want to make it very clear that I thought she was a really good agent to me.
12:21And it only changed when we started filming.
12:24And she really wanted the listing, I think, in part to prove something and to have a storyline
12:28for the show.
12:29I didn't want to be a storyline.
12:30I just wanted to sell my house since I was ready to sell my house.
12:34So we're filming that, and I'm so irritated trying to explain why we're not working together,
12:39but the house had already sold.
12:41So you're like, there's nothing to work on.
12:43And I was mad at the producers because they told me it'd be an honest conversation about
12:47why I fired her.
12:48Then when I showed up, they acted like they wanted me to fire her on the spot when it
12:52happened so many months before.
12:54So it was probably a breath of fresh air when you started filming Housewives and found out
12:57that production is a bit easier, at least more authentic.
13:01Like, because selling sons, that's very scripted.
13:05I think, I don't think the producers on Housewives would set me up by lying to me that way.
13:12I think they try to be forthright about what's going on, like what you're walking into.
13:17Do you feel there's any of the ladies that you get along with, but then when you're in
13:21a scene, you're like, why are you turning on me?
13:23Mm-hmm.
13:24Kind of in a Divina sense.
13:25Who's the most Divina on the show?
13:27Well, I wouldn't call anyone the most Divina, but, and I'm not going to say who, but there's
13:31people who are, who they are on and off cameras is more of a contrast.
13:36Do you enjoy anybody better off camera?
13:41Do you know who's really, really sweet?
13:43Yeah.
13:44Erica's really sweet off camera.
13:46I, okay, but I don't want to say she's not sweet on camera.
13:48But there, there's a, there's a warm side to her.
13:50There's a real warm side.
13:51That we don't see at all times.
13:52Because she has a coldness too, yeah.
13:53Yeah, so tell us about the warmer side of Erica that you see off camera.
13:55I just have this clear memory of us coming back on the plane from Italy and we're all like
13:59in our little business class seats and she like comes over to check on me and she like
14:02sits in the little seat next to me for a minute.
14:04She's like, how are you doing?
14:06And I was just thinking like, we don't always, I don't always feel this when we're filming,
14:10right?
14:10I kind of felt a little bit of warmth when you guys have that one-on-one and she was
14:13asking you to open up about the cult situation, which like on its face seemed very scandalous,
14:18but then she sort of gave you the space to explain it in a way where it's like, oh,
14:22like we saw, it all makes sense.
14:24Well, of course it all makes sense.
14:25Yeah.
14:25Why do we have to dig up dirt and talk about what we saw online when we can just ask
14:30people
14:30stuff?
14:31Also, my favorite is they dug up dirt, but it was your blog.
14:33So you're like, yeah, I'll talk about it.
14:35Listen, I wrote four blogs about it.
14:37I wrote two articles about it.
14:39It's been well documented by me.
14:41Yeah.
14:42And so, and now it's the dirt.
14:44They're like, we talked to someone who knew this past.
14:47It's like, oh, it was her.
14:48So you're like, yeah, I'll talk about it.
14:49Just ask me.
14:50It's my very first blog.
14:52It's still on my website to this day.
14:53It's the first blog I wrote.
14:54When I was starting my blog all those years ago.
14:56And we don't have that much time with you, but 2026, I mean, it's kind of in the, we're
15:01kind of into the year, but in terms of like manifesting in 2026, do you, is there anything
15:05you're claiming for this year for you or anything for the rest, like to go into the reunion?
15:10Like, how are you feeling for 2026?
15:12I sometimes hold my manifestations really close and really sacred.
15:17What I'm specifically manifesting for the reunion and for like the end of the season, I'm not
15:21going to say, but I feel really confident that this is happening, the way things are shaping
15:25up.
15:26It's something I wrote in my journal through the whole season.
15:29And I, I, yeah, so we'll talk about it after.
15:33Is that a good tip like in terms of like manifest, like write it, but don't say it out loud,
15:37like
15:37kind of keep it to yourself?
15:38Not necessarily.
15:40Sometimes it's, here's the thing.
15:41When I advise people to like hold it close, hold it sacred, I sometimes say like incubate
15:45it.
15:45It's just because you don't want anyone's nay saying, anyone's negativity, anyone's stuff
15:49on it.
15:50So that's when I incubate the dream is when I don't want any opinions about it, but there's
15:55nothing wrong at all with saying and speaking, confessing the thing you want.
16:00Of course not.
16:01What I advise people when it comes to manifestation is it's whatever gets you in the vibe, whatever
16:06gets you in the energy.
16:07I can quickly elevate myself and feel myself as there in the outcome I desire through writing.
16:13It's an easy one for me.
16:15Writing and speaking are both easy, but everyone's different.
16:18Some people like love to work out, go on a walk, visualize.
16:23Like I'm not a great visualizer, but some people like really get into the feeling of what
16:27they want visualizing.
16:28Because you're also, you know, a millennial.
16:30I wonder, is there a song that like really gets you in a manifesting mindset?
16:33You know what I mean?
16:33Like do you, because.
16:34Dancing on my own is such a good one.
16:36That is real.
16:37You are such an ally for saying that, for mentioning Robin.
16:41That really touches our gay spirit.
16:43Thank you so much.
16:43Anytime I'm here to serve.
16:44But also I am that generation where don't stop believing.
16:47Will change my whole life.
16:49You know.
16:49To get you on a wedding dance floor.
16:51I'm still just a 22 year old with jukebox on at that like gay bar.
16:55You know, don't stop believing at 2am.
16:57Oh my gosh.
16:59It's been a long time, but that part lives on.
17:01I do love that.
17:02That was so great to hear.
17:03I painted that picture, right?
17:05Yeah, you did.
17:05Amanda, thank you so much for stopping by.
17:07Thank you for having me.
17:08It was really fun.
17:09We can't wait to manifest in your backyard with dinner.
17:11And you will actually do the assignment.
17:12I'll see you in my backyard.
17:13Please do.
17:14Please do your homework.
17:15Literally, that's why I was so mad they got on a bite.
17:16I was like, I was taking notes.
17:18Oh, I can get you those questions.
17:20Oh, oh, oh, oh, I can do one better.
17:22I redid the party.
17:23I did the Manifestation Moment Digital.
17:26Oh, you did?
17:26It's a two-day event.
17:28It's pay what you feel.
17:29Everyone just pay what they feel.
17:30And on day two, I give you five questions.
17:33Wait.
17:33The ones I intended to give the ladies.
17:35And I journal them in front of everyone.
17:37I show you my process.
17:39Oh, I love them.
17:39Amazing.
17:40Yeah.
17:40All right.
17:40Pay what you feel.
17:41It's the Manifestation Moment Digital Pay What You Feel.
17:43Oh.
17:43That's priceless.
17:44Heaven.
17:45Heaven.
17:45Heaven.
17:47Heaven.
17:49Goodbye.
