00:31feeling great or whatever and i was like i'm fine whatever i just took some vitamin c and thought i
00:35was gonna be chilling and then the prep was a little bit slower and then you know thursday rolled around
00:40and i was not feeling great and then friday morning obviously i withdrew and because i didn't want to
00:45get anyone else sick yeah then i looked at the leaderboard i see like five guys withdrew and i'm
00:50like i'm like oh boy i was like hopefully that wasn't me but um no it's it's the goals you

00:57for 2026 is i i would love to say you know win a major and win pga tour events but

01:03is just growing into the process as much as i can you know not really concerning about the results and
01:09all that and you know it's such a media answer i know it is but it's it's the truth it's

01:14i i feel like to me i know i'm good enough to win i know i'm good enough to compete
01:19against these
01:19guys it's not like i have that any down my mind but it's just understanding like okay like i'm here
01:26i have the opportunity to do something amazing and you know i grew up in hialeah florida we never even
01:33thought pga tour is even the mind so it's like to be able to have this opportunity and show you

01:38younger generation that you don't need a lot of money to make it out there and do those things is
01:44something one of my goals and i think um i think it's gonna be a really good year i'm i'm
01:49excited
01:49and i i know it's just i have so much excitement that i have to lower it down because it's
01:54like i
01:54just want to go out there and and play well and win but it's just uh getting involved in the

02:00as much as i can do you feel like you almost have to re-earn another pga tour card like
02:05you've
02:05already had to prove it once like earning your pga tour card but the way it's set up right now

02:09things might change uh as we head into a future schedule where you know if you have a pga tour

02:15you're getting into every pga tour event that's that's scheduled now that things might might shift
02:20in that but the way it's currently set up right like you've got to play well to get into that

02:25swing five or uh the next 10 to to get into those events that you want to get into so
02:30for you is is it
02:32a big proving point every time you tee it up is to try uh to get get into those bigger

02:39um yeah i think um i'm not gonna say everything obviously but there's definitely been some people
02:46i've said some things and i think um i'm just excited to just you know i've obviously proved
02:53myself that i'm good enough but i want to prove that i am one of the best and i feel
