00:39Higher Education Minister Zambri Abdul-Kadir said
00:43applicants will receive a single offer based on their best results under the system.
00:48Zambri was responding to Azli Yusof who asked about the standardization of curricula and assessments
00:54between the matriculation and foundation programs and the Sigil Tinggi Persekolhan Malaysia examination.
01:01He clarified that the grading mechanisms for all three pathways would also remain unchanged.

01:13from the Education Ministry to his ministry, Zambri said detailed steps were being formulated
01:20covering legislation, welfare, finance, staffing, systems and assets.
01:27He said the transfer process would be refined by a joint steering committee
01:31established by both ministries for the Form 6 and matriculation programs
01:36with support from the Public Service Department and Finance Ministry.
