00:00All right, I recently smoked a couple chuck roasts so I can end up with a pile of shredded beef.
00:05But where did that go? Into some pulled beef sandwiches.
00:09Yes, so very simple.
00:12Gonna heat up some buns so I got the flat rot going because we want to get these nice and
00:16toasty like that.
00:18And then my favorite mayo is the dukes.
00:21So I'm going to make sure I hit that dukes on all the bread and we're going to start piling
00:27on that shred.
00:28But look at that. Don't throw those juices away from the cook because it makes that beef nice and juicy.
00:33Red onion, banana peppers, and then I'm going to go with some barbecue sauce.
00:38We got that holy cola.
00:40And then my favorite cheese, some Tillamook, the Swiss cheese.
00:45And I'm not going to go for a full melt.
00:47I'm just going to go to heat these up and get a light melt on the cheese.
00:51So I'm going to get these on the flat rock, cover them up, create some steam.
00:55And keep these on there for about 20 seconds and that's all you need to get those buns nice and
01:00soft.
01:01Get a little bit of melt on that cheese and this is the end result.
01:05If you've never done a pulled beef sandwich, these just hit way different.
01:10Get you some chuck roast and get down with it.
01:12Get a little bit old.
