00:00So my son always says he hates chicken, but he'll demolish a bunch of dino nuggets without a question.
00:03Which is wild, because dino nuggets are literally just chicken wearing a Halloween costume.
00:07So I thought, hey, maybe I can just bury the chicken flavor and then he'll actually eat his dinner.
00:10Now I'm going to start with some W sauce as a binder, which should help because that stuff tastes amazing.
00:14And after I get these covered in a butter chicken spice rub, it's time to get some jealous double charcoal
00:17lit so we can put these on the grill.
00:19And between the binder, seasoning, and flavor from the charcoal, I'm going to lose all hope if this doesn't actually
00:23work.
00:23Now if you've never grilled wings this way, it's pretty easy and it saves a bunch of time with how
00:26quick you can flip these.
00:27But you do have to make sure the charcoal is spread out really well so the wings on the end
00:30can cook all the way through.
00:31And after these were about halfway done, I decided to put down a safety net and brush on a butter
00:35chicken glaze.
00:36That's going to give us even more flavor and a better chance at making it through dinner without caving and
00:39just giving him some mac and cheese.
00:40And with how good these look, I wish I could say that I have high hopes,
00:43but we're talking about my son who won't let me put anything other than cheese on his burger when I'm
00:46literally known for my burger recipes.
00:48But I am happy to say I didn't have to make him mac and cheese.
00:50We talked and he settled for a grilled cheese sandwich instead.
