00:00All right, simple smoked mac and cheese.
00:02I get asked all the time for a recipe.
00:03I don't have a specific one because it changes all the time.
00:05I just change up the cheese.
00:06So I got a brick of Velveeta here.
00:08I've got some aged white cheddar.
00:10I've got some smoked Gouda.
00:12And I've got some Kobe Jack.
00:14Put whatever cheese you want in there.
00:16I got some sour cream that I like to add to it.
00:18Salt, pepper, garlic, whatever seasoning.
00:20And then one of these cartons of whipping cream.
00:23So it's the whipping cream and the cheese that's going to really melt down
00:26and get you that nice cheese sauce.
00:28So after a couple hours at 250 degrees, this is what it looks like on the Traeger.
00:32You've got some smoke in there.
00:34So I've got my noodles.
00:35I'm going to pull out my cheese sauce.
00:37So really one of those cartons of heavy whipping cream,
00:41about four to five cups of cheese, depending on how much you want to make.
00:45This is probably a little too much for like a family of four or five.
00:49But, you know, leftovers never sucks during the week.
00:52So whatever cheese you want, whatever combo that is,
00:55heavy whipping cream, some seasoning, and that is it.
