00:022026 could seriously be one of the best years in PlayStation history.
00:06These 15 games all promise to push PS5 hardware to new heights,
00:10with next-gen graphics and revolutionary gameplay.
00:14And from everything I've seen, it's looking really promising.
00:17From Wolverine's superhero action to Dune's survival adventures,
00:21there's incredible potential here.
00:23As someone who's followed gaming for years,
00:25I'm genuinely excited to share what's coming with you.
00:27The creativity, the technology, the passion from these developers,
00:31it all looks fantastic.
00:33So buckle up, because we're about to explore some of the most exciting games headed to PS5.
00:39Let's go!
00:41Lara Croft is back, and this adventure looks amazing!
00:45Crystal Dynamics is taking us to the lost city of Atlantis.
00:48You know, that legendary underwater city everyone's always searching for?
00:52The PS5 version has incredible water effects that look super realistic.
00:56And with ray tracing, every underwater cave just sparkles and shines beautifully.
01:01What's really cool is they're adding bigger tombs with actual brain-teasing puzzles,
01:06not just simple move-this-box stuff we've seen before.
01:09Lara gets awesome new underwater gadgets,
01:12and the DualSense controller makes you feel like you're really diving deep.
01:16You'll even feel the bubbles when oxygen is running low!
01:19That's so cool!
01:20Now, here's my hope.
01:21Previous Tomb Raider games looked beautiful, but sometimes rushed the story at the end.
01:25If they take their time and make this adventure special from start to finish,
01:29this could be incredible.
01:31The gameplay videos show some crazy climbing and jumping sections
01:34that look even better than other adventure games.
01:37Fingers crossed they make this one epic!
01:40After waiting ten whole years, Rockstar is finally bringing us GTA 6 in November 2026.
01:46And everyone's super excited!
01:48They're taking us to Vice City, which is like a video game version of Miami,
01:52with beaches and palm trees, plus new areas inspired by South America.
01:56This time, there are two main characters, Jason and Lucia.
02:00The early footage showed graphics that look almost like real life,
02:04like you're watching actual video.
02:06Rockstar says this will use the PS5's power like never before,
02:10with a city that feels truly alive with people doing real activities
02:13instead of just walking around randomly.
02:15The weather system looks insane!
02:17There are hurricanes that can actually change the city.
02:20It's an open-world game, which means you can explore anywhere you want
02:24and do tons of different missions.
02:26Just remember, this game is for older players only,
02:29but it's still amazing to see what the PS5 can do with such a huge, detailed world.
02:35Insomniac made Spider-Man absolutely incredible,
02:38so everyone's hoping they'll make Wolverine just as amazing.
02:42The game is set in Madripoor, this dangerous city from the comics,
02:45and Logan's going to be doing superhero stuff with his famous claws.
02:49The preview showed Wolverine's healing powers,
02:52which means he can recover from damage super fast.
02:55That's his special ability.
02:57Insomniac says the healing will actually work during gameplay,
03:00so you'll see him get better in real time.
03:02How cool is that?
03:03What I'm excited about is making Wolverine feel different from Spider-Man.
03:07Wolverine should feel strong and powerful,
03:09not doing flips and jokes like Spidey does.
03:11The PS5's special controller features could make every action feel super intense and real.
03:17Insomniac hasn't disappointed us yet,
03:19and this is their first superhero game with a grumpier, tougher hero.
03:22If they capture that unstoppable feeling and make you feel like a true X-Men hero,
03:27this could be legendary.
03:30Capcom's making another Resident Evil game, and RE9 is coming February 2026.
03:35They're calling it Requiem, which is a fancy word for a serious, dramatic story.
03:40What's interesting is Capcom might be going back to classic puzzle-solving adventure
03:44after the previous game had more action.
03:46Rumors say Jill Valentine's coming back is the main character,
03:50and she's an awesome hero who deserves another adventure.
03:53The PS5 version uses Capcom's amazing RE engine,
03:57with graphics that look super realistic.
04:00They're promising locations that actually change as you play through the game,
04:03so that hallway you walked through earlier might look different when you come back.
04:07That's pretty clever.
04:08The game focuses more on solving mysteries and exploring creepy places rather than just action.
04:13If they make it about smart thinking and careful exploring where you have to plan carefully
04:18before opening every door, that sounds really exciting.
04:21It's definitely for older players,
04:23but it's cool to see how they keep making these adventure games better and better.
04:27This one's really unique, and I'm super excited about it.
04:31Saros is made by smaller game studios,
04:33but they're trying something totally original and different.
04:35It's a sci-fi survival game where you're stuck on an alien moon called Saros,
04:39and this moon is weird.
04:42Here's the cool part, time works differently there.
04:44The moon has these time storms that can make things age instantly,
04:48or even go backwards in time.
04:50So imagine you build a shelter, then boom,
04:52time storm hits and suddenly it's old and breaking apart.
04:55That's such a creative idea that makes survival actually interesting instead of boring.
04:59The graphics use Unreal Engine 5,
05:01so expect some seriously gorgeous alien worlds with the PS5 showing tons of amazing details.
05:06What makes this special is the time mechanics actually change how you play, not just the story.
05:12The alien creatures are really smart, too.
05:14They learn from what you do, so you can't just hide in the same spot twice.
05:18If the developers deliver on these promises and don't just make another boring building game,
05:23this could surprise everyone in the best way.
05:25It comes out April 30th, and honestly, I think this one could be really special.
05:30A new James Bond game is finally happening, and IO Interactive is making it.
05:35The same team that makes the Hitman games.
05:38That's actually perfect, because those games are all about being smart and sneaky.
05:42Which is exactly what a spy like Bond should do, instead of just running around.
05:46This game is called First Light, and it shows us how James Bond first became the famous 007 agent.
05:53Like an origin story showing where he started.
05:55They're building it just for PS5, which means it'll look absolutely stunning with no limitations.
06:01The developers promised a totally new story, not based on any movie.
06:05So, we get something fresh and exciting we haven't seen before.
06:08What's really cool is IO Interactive knows how to make missions where you choose how to complete them.
06:14You can sneak through vents, use clever disguises, or find secret paths.
06:18Imagine doing that in fancy casinos, important buildings, and villain hideouts.
06:23That sounds amazing!
06:24Now, here's the thing.
06:26Bond games haven't always been great.
06:28The last really good one was GoldenEye on the old Nintendo 64.
06:32And that was a long time ago.
06:34So, there's a lot of pressure on the developers to make this special.
06:37The DualSense controller features could make all the spy gadgets feel super realistic and fun though.
06:43Release is May 27th, and I'm really hoping this becomes the awesome Bond game we've been waiting for.
06:50Game developers from China are making something that looks absolutely incredible.
06:55And Phantom Blade Zero might be the coolest action game you haven't heard about yet.
06:59This is a kung fu adventure set in a dark fantasy version of ancient China.
07:04And the combat looks super fast and exciting.
07:07We're talking really quick action that requires perfect timing and skill, where every move matters.
07:12The main character is this warrior who got betrayed, and now he's on a quest for justice with a sword
07:17that can transform into different weapons while you're fighting.
07:20How cool is that?
07:21The PS5 gameplay they showed ran super smooth at 60 frames per second, which is really important for fast games
07:28like this.
07:29What makes this special is the developers actually studied real Chinese martial arts to make the fighting look authentic and
07:34awesome, instead of just made up moves.
07:37Boss battles are supposed to be these epic duels where you need to learn patterns and think strategically, not just
07:43press buttons randomly.
07:45Here's my hope. It's coming from a smaller studio called S-Game, and sometimes smaller teams have big dreams but
07:51limited resources.
07:53The preview looked flawless, but we need to see if the whole game stays that good.
07:57If they can keep that quality for the entire adventure instead of just the beginning, this could be a masterpiece.
08:03September 9th release, and honestly, this might be the biggest surprise of 2026 if they deliver on these promises.
08:10Pearl Abyss is making their first big single-player adventure game, and Crimson Desert looks ridiculously ambitious in a good
08:17way.
08:18It's this massive open-world fantasy game where you play as a warrior named Cliff, who's trying to help people
08:23in a land filled with danger and challenges.
08:25What caught everyone's attention was the gameplay showing seamless action between horseback adventures, sword fighting, and these giant creature battles
08:34that look like climbing huge monsters.
08:37They're promising a world where your choices actually change the story, which sounds really exciting if they do it right.
08:42The PS5 version is targeting beautiful 4K graphics at 60fps with ray tracing, and if they achieve that with such
08:50a huge world, it'll be genuinely impressive.
08:53What I really like is they're not just copying other fantasy games. The combat looks skill-based with real physics,
08:59so when you hit something with a weapon, it actually reacts realistically. That's so cool.
09:04Now, here's my concern. The trailer showed so many different gameplay features. Climbing, sneaking, boat travel, big battles. And I'm
09:13hoping they make all of them great instead of just okay.
09:16You know what I mean? March 19th release date. And I'm genuinely curious if this will be amazing or just
09:22trying to do too many things at once.
09:25Capcom announced Pragmata years ago with this mysterious sci-fi trailer, and we still barely know what it is. And
09:31that makes it so intriguing.
09:32All we've seen is this astronaut and a young girl with special powers on a future Earth where something went
09:37wrong.
09:38The style is very sci-fi movie-like, with reality-bending puzzles and what looks like low-gravity exploration where
09:44things float around.
09:46Capcom's being super secretive, which either means they're creating something revolutionary and amazing, or they're still figuring things out.
09:52What we do know is it's built on their RE engine, the same awesome technology that made their other games
09:58look photorealistic. So this will look stunning on PS5.
10:02The teaser showed objects floating and time going backwards, suggesting the gameplay involves manipulating gravity and physics to solve environmental
10:09puzzles.
10:10That could be absolutely incredible if they do it right. Here's my honest opinion. Capcom's been making fantastic games lately,
10:18so they've earned our trust.
10:19The little glimpses we've seen look unlike anything else, with this haunting, beautiful atmosphere and weird gravity mechanics that seem
10:26super unique.
10:28If this ends up being Capcom's really creative, artistic game that's different from everything else, I'm totally okay with that.
10:35If it's just a regular puzzle game with pretty graphics, that would be disappointing after waiting so long.
10:40April 2026 release, and I cannot wait to see what this actually is.
10:46Team Ninja is back with another super challenging samurai game.
10:49And if you know Nioh 1 and 2, you know what you're getting.
10:52Nioh 3 is set during an exciting period of Japanese history, filled with mythical creatures, tough bosses, and combat that
11:00requires real skill and practice to master.
11:02What's different this time is they're adding more special abilities and giving you more weapon choices beyond just swords and
11:08spears.
11:09The PS5 version promises instant loading, so when you need to retry, and you'll definitely need to retry sometimes, you're
11:16back in the action immediately instead of waiting.
11:19That's really helpful.
11:21Team Ninja knows their fans want challenging but fair combat where your skill matters more than just your character's level.
11:26The fighting system is getting a complete upgrade, giving you even more options during battles to switch between different fighting
11:33styles.
11:34What I appreciate about Nioh is it's a game that rewards practice and learning.
11:39When you finally beat that really tough boss, it feels amazing because you earned it through skill.
11:44My question is, Nioh 2 was already really polished, so what new ideas are they bringing?
11:49If this is just Nioh 2 with better graphics, that's a little disappointing, even if those graphics are incredible.
11:56They need fresh ideas, not just new enemies.
11:59The February 6th release puts it early in the year, which is smart timing.
12:04If you're into games that challenge you to get better and better until victory feels absolutely awesome, this is definitely
12:09for you.
12:11Skydance Games is making a World War 2 Marvel game, which is a really unique and interesting idea.
12:16You play as four different characters, Captain America, Black Panther, Gabriel Jones and Nanali,
12:22working together to stop the bad guys called Hydra during World War 2, which happened before the Avengers even existed.
12:29That's really cool.
12:31What makes this special is it's not just about fighting.
12:34It's a story-driven game about these characters figuring out who they are and working as a team.
12:39Black Panther is involved because Wakanda had important connections to history that we don't usually see in movies or games.
12:46The PS5 version is using Unreal Engine 5, so the 1940s locations like Paris and Europe should look incredibly detailed
12:54and realistic, like stepping back in time.
12:57They're promising choices that actually change the story and how characters feel about each other, which means your decisions really
13:04matter.
13:05That's exciting.
13:05Here's what I'm curious about.
13:08Story games need really good writing to be great, and we haven't seen enough yet to know how good this
13:13will be.
13:13The four-character perspective sounds ambitious and could give us lots of different viewpoints and adventures.
13:19If they make it feel like an exciting historical adventure that happens to have superheroes instead of just another superhero
13:26game, this could be something really special and different.
13:30Japan's getting their own Marvel fighting game, and honestly, it's about time.
13:35Token means fighting spirit in Japanese, and this is being made by a team that really understands anime-style fighting
13:40games.
13:41The character roster mixes classic Marvel heroes with some Japanese exclusives, and the art style is full anime instead of
13:48trying to look like the movies.
13:49Think Dragon Ball FighterZ style, but with Iron Man and Spider-Man, how awesome is that?
13:56What's really interesting is the combat system lets you switch between three characters during your combos, creating these amazing tag
14:03team attacks that look absolutely spectacular.
14:06The PS5 version runs at a super smooth 60 frames per second, which is really important for fighting games.
14:12They need to run perfectly smooth for the best experience.
14:15They're adding something called Rollback Netcode for online play, which is the best technology for playing against friends online without
14:22lag.
14:23My hope is that this game has depth and strategy, not just button mashing.
14:28If they actually build deep mechanics that reward skill and practice, the fighting game community might really embrace this.
14:35The Japanese development team gives me hope since they grew up playing proper fighting games, and know what makes them
14:41great.
14:41This could be the Marvel fighting game fans have wanted for years, bringing together the best of both worlds.
14:47Marvel heroes and Japanese fighting game excellence.
14:50Remedy Entertainment is continuing Jesse Faden's story, and after the first Control became this amazing hit, everyone's super excited.
14:58Control?
14:59Resonant supposedly picks up where the last game ended, with Jesse exploring new mysterious areas of the oldest house that
15:06shift between dimensions and timelines.
15:07Whoa! What made Control special was the awesome telekinetic powers.
15:13You could throw objects with your mind while shooting reality warping enemies at the same time.
15:18The combat felt super fluid and creative.
15:20The sequel needs to expand on that awesomeness, while keeping what made it unique and fun.
15:26Remedy confirmed they're using their upgraded Northlight engine for PS5, meaning the ray tracing will make those office hallways look
15:33even more incredible when reality starts bending and changing.
15:36The destruction physics should be next level since the DualSense controller can give you feedback for every object you grab
15:42and throw with your mind.
15:44That's so cool!
15:45What I'm hoping for is better enemy variety and more interesting boss fights with unique strategies.
15:51The story should explain the mysteries of the Federal Bureau of Control without getting too confusing.
15:56I love mysterious stories, but they need to make sense.
15:59If they can keep the amazing visual creativity while adding more variety to the missions, this could be absolutely incredible.
16:07Late 2026 release means they're still working hard on it.
16:11Remedy's made great games before though, so I'm cautiously optimistic and excited to see what they create.
16:17Capcom's bringing back Onimusha after the series was gone for nearly 20 years, and fans have been asking for this
16:23forever!
16:24Way of the Sword is a fresh new start set in Japan's exciting Sengoku period, with a new hero fighting
16:30demons called Genma, using samurai skills and special mystical powers.
16:35What's exciting is Capcom's using their amazing RE engine again, which means this'll look photorealistic with incredible lighting during those
16:43nighttime demon battles.
16:45The soul absorption mechanic is back. You drain energy from defeated demons to power up your weapons and magic abilities.
16:51It's like a risk-reward system where getting close to danger gives you cool rewards. That's a smart gameplay idea.
16:57The PS5's super-fast SSD means no loading screens between areas, so exploring demon-filled castles should feel seamless and
17:06immersive, like one continuous adventure.
17:08Here's what I'm thinking, there are lots of samurai games now, so Onimusha needs its own special identity to stand
17:14out and feel fresh.
17:16They need to update the combat for modern gaming while keeping that classic Onimusha feeling of being a powerful demon
17:22-slaying hero.
17:23If they nail that balance and make it challenging but fair, this could remind everyone why Onimusha was so beloved
17:30and important.
17:31Capcom's been doing amazing with bringing back classic games lately, so there's definitely hope this will be fantastic.
17:38Funcom is making a survival game set in the Dune universe.
17:42And after the movies got everyone excited about sandworms and spice, the timing is perfect.
17:47You're a survivor on planet Arrakis trying to gather the valuable spice, build bases, and avoid giant sandworms while exploring
17:54with other players.
17:55What makes this different from other survival games is the amazing Dune setting.
18:00Water is super rare and precious, sandstorms are incredibly dangerous, and you have to be really careful and strategic.
18:07The political system lets groups of players work together to control spice harvesting, which could create really cool emergent gameplay
18:13and stories.
18:14The PS5 version uses Unreal Engine 5 with massive view distances, so you can see sandstorms coming from really far
18:22away, giving you time to find shelter.
18:23How cool is that? Here's my honest hope.
18:26Survival games can be incredible when done right, creating these living, breathing worlds.
18:31If Funcom creates this amazing Dune world where player actions actually matter and sandworms create real danger and excitement,
18:38this could be the definitive Dune game we've all been dreaming about. The potential is absolutely massive.
18:45Imagine exploring the desert planet with friends, building your settlement, and experiencing those epic sandstorms.
18:52I'm really hoping they deliver on this vision because a great Dune survival game would be absolutely unforgettable.
18:59The setting alone is so unique and different from typical survival games.
19:03So there are your 15 games that could make your PS5 show its true power in 2026.
19:09And honestly, this is shaping up to be one of the most exciting years for gaming we've had in a
19:14long time.
19:16GTA 6 alone looks absolutely incredible, and that's just one game on this amazing list.
19:22What really gets me excited are the surprising games like Phantom Blade Zero and Saros.
19:28Games from creative studios trying brand new ideas and bringing fresh experiences instead of just copying what's already been done.
19:35Those are the ones that could really surprise us in the best way possible.
19:39Look, I've been following games for years, and when I see this much creativity and ambition all coming together in
19:44one year,
19:45it makes me genuinely excited about the future of gaming.
19:49These developers are pushing boundaries, trying new things, and building experiences we've never seen before on PS5.
19:56That's what makes gaming so incredible.
19:58There's always something new and exciting on the horizon.
20:01So, keep your excitement up, stay curious about new games, and get ready for what could be an absolutely legendary
20:08year for PlayStation.
20:10If you made it this far, drop a comment telling me which game you're most excited about.
20:15I'd love to know which one caught your attention the most.
20:18There are so many great options here, and everyone's got different favorites.
20:22Thanks for watching, and I'll see you in the next video where we'll explore even more awesome gaming content.
20:27Keep gaming, stay excited, and remember, 2026 is going to be amazing!
20:31See you next time!
