Finance Office Turns Battleground: Self-Proclaimed Bhim Army Leader Accused of Assault, Loot in Saharanpur

A violent altercation at a private finance company branch in Saharanpur’s Behat town has triggered serious allegations, with CCTV footage of the incident now surfacing.

According to a police complaint filed by Johnny Kumar, manager of the Behat branch of Zed Pratham Private Limited, the incident occurred around 11 a.m. on February 21, 2026. The dispute reportedly began when loan holder Vikas, son of Tilakram, received a call from the branch regarding submission of ID documents. The manager alleged that Vikas, claiming links with influential persons, threatened to visit the office and “teach him a lesson.”

Soon after, Vikas allegedly arrived at the branch along with Manjeet Nautiyal — who claims to be the national president of Bhim Army Jai Bhim — and a youth identified as Ankit, accompanied by 8–10 unidentified persons.

As per the complaint and CCTV footage, Manjeet Nautiyal is seen approaching the manager’s desk and kicking it. The manager was allegedly slapped multiple times, while others created chaos inside the office and surrounded the staff.

The complaint further alleges that the accused assaulted and manhandled employees, snatched a gold ring, a necklace, and approximately ₹11,000 from the manager’s purse. Staff members were allegedly held hostage, threatened, and intimidated during the incident. The accused also reportedly issued death threats before leaving the premises.

The manager has demanded strict legal action against the accused. Police at Behat police station have confirmed that CCTV footage and other evidence are being examined.
