00:00But with the Big Ten winning the last three national championships, is that immeasurable for you when you start looking
00:05at saying, hey, let's look at these players and see what they've got and where they're going and how good
00:11they ultimately are?
00:12Well, I think the Big Ten is closing the gap there, too.
00:15And that's the I've always said, like the PSA, the infomercial for your program, it's seen on Sunday.
00:22You know, Ohio State obviously does that well is the guys that are seen on Sunday.
00:26And you can say, hey, the Big Ten has got if they have more guys and close that gap, the
00:32SEC, the draft is one of the biggest PSAs for their conference over the last 15 years because they always
00:37have, you know, the most first rounders, the most overall picks.
00:40It's typically a race between Georgia, Alabama, LSU.
00:44I know Ohio State and Michigan have had a couple of huge draft classes, but that schools absolutely use and
00:49leverage that.
00:49Not anybody that's been in a college facility knows they have a portion of the wall dedicated to the guys
00:56that are playing in the NFL right now.
00:58So the Big Ten has closed that gap a little bit.
01:01And I think you saw that in the amount of players in the Super Bowl.
01:04And I think you'll see it in the NFL draft where they with 18 schools, of course, it's not I
01:09don't think that's cheating.
01:10You guys don't think that's cheating that they have two more schools.
01:12I don't. I mean, I just think the number of players is going to continue to increase.
01:16Yeah, absolutely. Plus, if I'm a recruit, I want to get winners on my team.
01:20And with the Big Ten win, the last three national championships, you're seeing more teams over there really develop that
01:25winning culture.
01:25So that's just kind of upping everyone else's stock, in my opinion, that are in like those buildings.
01:30So those are guys I want to get personally.
01:32Oh, absolutely. And I think, you know, certain schools, certain pipelines you trust a little more like Ohio State, the
01:39receiver pipelines there.
01:40But now you're looking at mock drafts where both Arvell, Reese and Sonny Stiles could be in the first round.
01:47And both of those guys, you know, all Americans, both first team, all American players.
01:52Arvell, obviously a pass rusher type that can play all over the place.
01:56And then Sonny's kind of that hybrid linebacker that's becoming more popular in the NFL.
02:01You know, he started as a defensive back.
02:03He worked himself into, I think, you know, in high school, he played Ed Rush or some.
02:08And then he becomes this kind of dual threat linebacker of sorts that I think is going to be a
02:12good fit at the next level.
02:13And then his brother, Lorenzo, obviously going to get drafted, too.
02:16What a story that's going to be for those two.
02:19I mean, obviously, Steele, I live in Pickerington.
02:21They'll be happy about that.
02:23And I'm sure their father, Lorenzo, another Buckeye legend, will be really happy.
02:27Imagine having both of your sons get drafted into the NFL draft.
02:29I think that's going to be a very cool moment.
