Incredibly delicious Spanish recipe! Spanish red soup with chickpeas! This chickpea soup recipe is not quick to cook, but it is absolutely worth it: the soup turns out incredibly tasty. Today I will show you, using a Spanish soup as an example, how to cook chickpeas. It is called red soup because it is made with red beets. Soup with ribs is a rich and simple dish that will not leave you indifferent. Beet soup is a healthy dish, as beets help normalize hemoglobin. Chickpea soup contains a lot of protein, which is necessary for those who do physically demanding work. The main rule is: cook with love.

Step-by-step cooking instructions:
100 g chickpeas, soak for several hours.
Cut 600 g ribs.
Fry over high heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Pour in 1.5 liters of water and cook for 40 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion.
Fry over medium heat and add the other ingredients.
Finely chop 1 celery stalk and chili pepper.
Finely chop 1 carrot.
Cut 1 red beet into strips.
Chop 1 leek.
Chop 1 bell pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and mix well.
Add salt, 2 g sugar, dried paprika, and rosemary, simmer for another 2 minutes.
Dice 1 potato.
Add more water and cook for 20 minutes.
Chop some fresh parsley.
I suggest adding a little sour cream.
