I really love Ukrainian food, so today I’m showing you a traditional borscht recipe. People from Ukraine shared this tasty borscht recipe with me. A quick borscht recipe: anyone can cook it — everything is very easy. This simple borscht recipe won’t take much of your time, and you won’t have to wash a lot of dishes after cooking. Today I will show you how to make the most delicious borscht!

Recipe and Ingredients:
Cut 300 g of meat.
Fry the meat over high heat for 3 minutes.
Slice 300 g of cabbage.
Add 1.5 liters of water and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Chop 1 onion.
Grate 1 carrot.
Chop 2 tomatoes.
Cut 300 g of beets.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp vinegar (9%), simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Dice 2 medium potatoes.
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, and 2 cloves of garlic.
Add 2 tbsp tomato paste and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add 200 g canned beans and cook for 30 minutes.
