00:09Stabilize the security environment in Gaza
00:11and enable civilian governance
00:13as established by the National Committee.
00:15For the last few months, we've had a team on the ground
00:17of U.S. military experts
00:18preparing the infrastructure for the ISF.
00:21This team's already operating
00:23from a combined joint operations center
00:24that's going to be the headquarters for the entire ISF.
00:28As you can see on our map,
00:30our plan is for the ISF to be assigned
00:32in five different sectors,
00:33each sector receiving one ISF brigade.
00:37In the short term,
00:38we plan to deploy to the Rafa sector first,
00:41in addition to the training of police.
00:43Midterm objective is to continue to expand,
00:46sector by sector,
00:47all moving to our long-term 12,000 police
00:51and 20,000 ISF soldiers.
00:54I'm incredibly pleased to announce today
00:57that the first five countries
00:59have committed troops to serve in the ISF,
01:01Indonesia,
01:03Morocco,
01:04Kazakhstan,
01:06Kosovo,
01:07and Albania.
01:08The two countries have committed to train police,
01:11Egypt and Jordan.
01:12I would also like to announce that I have offered
01:15and Indonesia has accepted
01:17the position of deputy commander for the ISF.

01:23we'll help bring the security,
01:25the Gaza needs for a future prosperity,
01:28and enduring peace.
