00:00:15The swamp is under siege, with high water washing out the best fishing grounds, hunters team up.
00:00:28Anything? Nothing. Getting a little worried, Willie. Travel to the ends of the bayou. We ain't uncharted waters right now,
00:00:35man. You gotta be some big one back there. Pull out the heavy machinery. Let's go hunting. We're gonna bring
00:00:42an airboat, and we're gonna see if we can find some of them big old bull gators. And track legendary
00:00:46monsters. Oh my god! As they burn the midnight oil. I'ma shoot it.
00:00:54Woo!
00:00:55To keep their season above the rising tide. He's on the bank!
00:01:01No, no, no, no, no, no, no!
00:01:08Run these backwards all of your life. All the pain through the struggle and the strife. Now there's just one
00:01:15thing you got left to do. Light a mask, let it burn, and break on through.
00:01:20Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
00:01:25Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
00:01:26Like a wild horse morning, you're out of control. Like a loaded piston, like a raging storm. You got thunder
00:01:36in your veins. You don't stable till your dying day comes your way.
00:01:53It's 5 p.m. in southern Louisiana, over in Bayou French, King of the Swamp Troy Landry
00:02:02and his trusted deckhand pickle, Wheat, are nearing the end of a successful day of alligator
00:02:07hunting.
00:02:18The hunters have been battling changing water levels all season, and tomorrow looks like
00:02:24a high water mark, but Troy has a bigger issue.
00:02:29I got a friend of mine that's a farmer that has a hog problem, and he wants me to go
00:02:33see
00:02:34if I can help him.
00:02:35I can't hunt hogs all night and come run along tomorrow.
00:02:38I'm getting too old for that.
00:02:39I'm thinking you could come run by yourself tomorrow.
00:02:42Behind the sugar mill.
00:02:43Oh, the sugar mill, right.
00:02:44The sugar mill.
00:02:45Nobody told you about it.
00:02:45Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:02:47In that big canal behind the sugar mill, it's a canal, but it's a drainage canal.
00:02:52They pump water out of that canal.
00:02:53Now, with the pumps keeping the water level consistent, the rise of water won't affect the
00:02:58lines set behind the sugar mill.
00:03:01I want to go shoot some hog.
00:03:02How about I go hog home with you tonight, and I'll go run the lines by myself tomorrow.
00:03:06That's up to you.
00:03:08But if we stay out there till five o'clock tomorrow morning, I don't want to hear you
00:03:11cry.
00:03:12Let me do what I want to do.
00:03:13I usually stay up all night as it is.
00:03:15I got two kids at home.
00:03:17I can surely make this hog hunt with you, and also come and run our lines and fish in
00:03:21the morning.
00:03:24I don't see no action.
00:03:26Some little leprechaun must have died that one, eh?
00:03:30Yeah.
00:03:36You got jump things?
00:03:37I don't know what he is, but holy crap.
00:03:40I don't know what he is, but holy crap.
00:03:41I don't know what he is.
00:03:43Oh!
00:03:45Ooh!
00:03:45Ooh!
00:03:46Let me wear a nail from here.
00:03:48Better not let it go.
00:03:49Go move the box, Pee-wee.
00:03:59All right, ease him up away from the boat.
00:04:01All right, he's coming.
00:04:02You ready?
00:04:07Ooh!
00:04:08Pee-wee!
00:04:09Come on, go!
00:04:10It's a big one.
00:04:11It's a big one.
00:04:12Ooh!
00:04:13Ah!
00:04:27Good job, Pee-wee.
00:04:28Yeah!
00:04:29This 10-footer is a great way to end the day.
00:04:33Hold on, three.
00:04:34You ready?
00:04:34One, two, three.
00:04:36One, two, three.
00:04:36But the work is far from over.
00:04:38With a night of hog hunting ahead and lines to run behind a sugar mill, Pickle is going
00:04:44to have her work cut out for her.
00:04:46She's been with me for a few years now, and to me, this would be a good test for her.
00:04:50And maybe one day, she's going to want to branch out on her own and hunt without Troy
00:04:54Landry.
00:04:54So I'm kind of excited to send her out.
00:04:56I just hope she takes her time and she's careful and don't get hurt.
00:05:00That's the main thing.
00:05:01Well, somebody got to run the lines in the morning.
00:05:03Yeah, that's right.
00:05:04But I ain't going to let you have all the fun, either.
00:05:06Oh, no.
00:05:07We're going to shoot hogs, partner.
00:05:20To the east, as daylight fades and Assumption perish, second-year Captain Don Brewer and
00:05:27his deckhand, Caleb Landry, are coming off two slow days.
00:05:32But as they approach their last line of the day, they spot an opportunity that could
00:05:37change their luck.
00:05:38Man, I'm going to tell you, I think that's that volume I used to come alligator hunting
00:05:42with Uncle Troy at over here.
00:05:43That is?
00:05:44Yeah.
00:05:45Boy, they sure got a big hole back there with the big gator.
00:05:48We ain't going to get through it with this boat.
00:05:50Well, they have a little bitty slew that goes to a big hole.
00:05:54And I remember, as a kid, going with Uncle Troy back there.
00:05:57That was always full of big alligators.
00:05:58But he quit going because you can't get back there with the outboard.
00:06:01And that's what we all fish out of.
00:06:04Big ol' gator.
00:06:05I'm talking about huge.
00:06:07But that high water must have came and pulled all the lilies in his body.
00:06:11I'm going to tell you right now, I don't even think we can get to the bank in this boat
00:06:14right there without tearing something up.
00:06:15You can't get a boat back there because of the high water we have.
00:06:19Now all these lilies are right there.
00:06:21We don't want to burn up a $20,000 motor.
00:06:23I mean, we got to do something else.
00:06:26I know one thing that will make it in there.
00:06:28What is that?
00:06:31Walk?
00:06:31Nope.
00:06:32Hell no.
00:06:33I ain't walking.
00:06:34That goddamn airboat.
00:06:36That airboat get through there.
00:06:37Oh, I didn't even think about that.
00:06:38These lilies, if they get caught up on the front of it, it pushes them.
00:06:42Yeah, it is.
00:06:42I need to go over the top of them.
00:06:43So I need to be running pretty good.
00:06:45Well, I'll tell you what.
00:06:47Let's wrap a couple of lines we got left.
00:06:51Go hook up that airboat and everything.
00:06:52Let's get ready to rock and roll and get it over here in the morning.
00:06:54The hunters hope an airboat will be able to access the remote honey hole tomorrow.
00:07:00Regardless of how high the water rises and how many lilies fill the entrance...
00:07:09We got movement.
00:07:14It's built.
00:07:15It's built away.
00:07:17We got movement.
00:07:18I believe that lawn is tight.
00:07:20All right.
00:07:50It's getting fired up.
00:07:54Oh, my gosh.
00:07:56Bam!
00:08:09Good shot.
00:08:11I sure wish you needed some help loading that thing.
00:08:14Catching a 6 1⁄2-footer on the last line of the day
00:08:17is even more motivation to relocate to a new honey hole tomorrow.
00:08:22Man, we ain't doing worth of crap on fishin' them.
00:08:25So, tomorrow we're gonna bring an airboat,
00:08:27and me and Kalen, we're gonna see if we can find
00:08:28some of them big ol' bull gators.
00:08:30I'd love to see a 12 1⁄2-footer tomorrow.
00:08:32We'll show them.
00:08:44In value black?
00:08:46With less than an hour left in the day,
00:08:50swamp patriarch Daniel Edgar and his deckhand Zach Katcham
00:08:53are struggling to fill tags.
00:08:56Point to the right.
00:08:58Oh!
00:08:59Broke it.
00:09:00Broke it, dude.
00:09:02That's brute strength.
00:09:03I mean, there is absolutely no alligators here.
00:09:07Look at what we caught.
00:09:07The boat's empty, bro.
00:09:09We caught nothing.
00:09:10Zach and I are fishin' alligators,
00:09:12and we have a problem with line broken, line broken, line.
00:09:18Zach and I are really just gettin' frustrated.
00:09:22Broken.
00:09:23Oh, my goodness, Zach.
00:09:25You know what kind of alligator take to break that?
00:09:29Lord have mercy.
00:09:32Look at that cut.
00:09:34That's not a knife.
00:09:36That's broken, dude.
00:09:37That's a big alligator, Zach.
00:09:39Yeah, that's pop.
00:09:40That's a giant.
00:09:41That right there is 1,800 pounds.
00:09:43Yes.
00:09:44Boy, this thing is like the Terminator, boy.
00:09:47It's chasin' down every line and breakin' us off.
00:09:50It's obviously a bull that came here with all this high water
00:09:53from a different area,
00:09:56and he's tryin' to claim new territory.
00:09:59And he's so big, all the alligators are just runnin'.
00:10:01Yeah.
00:10:02They gettin' out of here, Zach.
00:10:04If you don't catch that alligator,
00:10:05you ain't makin' any money out here, Daniel.
00:10:08We gotta catch him.
00:10:11Oh! Hold on, Zach! Oh!
00:10:14Ah!
00:10:21Hold on, buddy. I'm comin'.
00:10:26Ah!
00:10:27Hold on, Zach!
00:10:30Here. I'm comin' to you.
00:10:32Oh!
00:10:33I'm out.
00:10:34Man!
00:10:37I was not goin' down there with a giant alligator
00:10:40like the Terminator.
00:10:41I tell you what, right now,
00:10:43that Terminator's terminating our chances
00:10:44of catching anything.
00:10:46With six tags left to fill this area,
00:10:49and the Terminator rippin' up their gators,
00:10:52Daniel and Zach need to catch him fast
00:10:54before he ruins their hunting grounds.
00:10:57Let's put another line.
00:10:59This one's a little thicker.
00:11:00You wanna use this?
00:11:00Yeah, use that one.
00:11:02That one's 2,500 pounds, yeah.
00:11:05Zach and I's plan to deal with the Terminator is
00:11:08we put some bigger string out, better hooks,
00:11:12and extra line.
00:11:13Let's get all these lines up,
00:11:15and then we'll see if we can find it.
00:11:17Daniel and I are comin' back tomorrow
00:11:18and hopefully catch this alligator,
00:11:19because if we don't,
00:11:20we're probably not gonna catch any alligators
00:11:22and fill any of the tags in this area.
00:11:23Can you imagine that gator takes all our gear
00:11:26and your deckhand?
00:11:27And it!
00:11:39Out on Dale River,
00:11:41Deron Jones and Anthony Porkchop Williams
00:11:44are ridin' a hot streak.
00:11:46As the waters continue to rise,
00:11:48so does their pile of gators.
00:11:52Who's that?
00:11:52What up, cut?
00:11:54The water's so high, man,
00:11:55we gotta make the best of this, man.
00:11:57I'm tellin' you, cut,
00:11:58cuz, hey, bruh,
00:12:00this water crazy, man.
00:12:01The water situation is really unpredictable,
00:12:03because one day is high,
00:12:06one day is normal,
00:12:07the next day is low,
00:12:08and we have to just keep changin' our game plan day by day.
00:12:11What that is, cut?
00:12:12Line down.
00:12:13Line down.
00:12:13Line down.
00:12:14Oh, yeah.
00:12:16I sure hope so, too, cut.
00:12:17There's a little bit of a fire.
00:12:22There's a little bit of a fire.
00:12:29So let's get in there.
00:12:34There's a little bit of a fire.
00:12:43You're bigger than what I thought you were, boy.
00:12:45Watch this.
00:12:50I'm trying to knock him in the water, Kyle.
00:12:54I got him, girl. I got him.
00:12:55I got him. I got him.
00:12:56I got him. I got him.
00:12:59I got him. I got him.
00:13:03I got him. I got him.
00:13:05I got him.
00:13:08I got him.
00:13:10Deep on the Dale River.
00:13:12The Ron and Porkchop are battling a monster.
00:13:20I got him. I got him.
00:13:21I got him. I got him.
00:13:24I got him.
00:13:26Get this shot, boy.
00:13:28Oh!
00:13:35Who's that?
00:13:36Try to bite that boy, boy.
00:13:38Oh, yeah.
00:13:39Whoo!
00:13:40Hold up.
00:13:43That's why I'm putting the head back that way.
00:13:45You want to put him back that way?
00:13:47Get this shot.
00:13:49Yeah, but you got to slide him in the back.
00:13:54Watch yourself. Watch that tail.
00:13:56That got to be 10 feet.
00:13:58This 10-footer continues their colossal day,
00:14:01and the hunters are looking for ways to keep their foot on the gas.
00:14:07Tell you what, that's a nice little point.
00:14:09Going to investigate this, girl.
00:14:11If I was a getter, I'd camp out back here.
00:14:14The high water has opened up a new area,
00:14:17but their fishing boat will only get them so far.
00:14:21Damn.
00:14:23What'd you think about going with that P-Rog?
00:14:25I'm cool with that.
00:14:26But we got to go back, get the P-Rog,
00:14:27and come back set in line.
00:14:29We got to do what we got to do, cuz.
00:14:30By having a P-Rog on deck, you know, you can just get in,
00:14:34you can get in inches of water.
00:14:36A P-Rog is an ancient flat-bottomed boat
00:14:39that allows for quick and easy travel through shallow waters.
00:14:43P-Rogs have been around for centuries,
00:14:46and once were used by Lewis and Clark
00:14:48in their expedition through the American West.
00:14:53The team will set lines on foot and return in the morning,
00:14:56ready to hit the cove with a P-Rog in place of their motorboat.
00:15:00Mr. Beak, huh?
00:15:02Oh, yeah.
00:15:03Sometimes you got to use a Mother Nature tour action
00:15:05to be creative and take advantage of that.
00:15:21Back in Pierre Park...
00:15:23Pierre, you gonna shoot or you want me to...
00:15:26No, I'm gonna shoot it.
00:15:27...after a full day of alligator hunting,
00:15:30Troy and Pickle are staying up late
00:15:32to help a neighbor hunt down a menacing wild hog.
00:15:37Okay, listen, now, you load it.
00:15:39Down power all the way, cuz we're so close.
00:15:41That's the other way.
00:15:42A friend of mine, Mr. Mike, called me.
00:15:44He's a big cane farmer,
00:15:45and he has a terrible hog problem.
00:15:48One hog eating up all this sugar cane,
00:15:50and he called me to see if I could kill it.
00:15:53Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries
00:15:55estimate that there are 700,000 feral hogs in Louisiana.
00:15:59And they're responsible for approximately
00:16:0276 million dollars worth of damage
00:16:05to crops and livestock each year.
00:16:16I can't see it.
00:16:19I can't see it.
00:16:22I can't see it.
00:16:23I can't see it.
00:16:36All right, you hold the light, all right?
00:16:38She's hiding behind all that brush.
00:16:40Right there.
00:16:41Right there.
00:16:41I can't see it.
00:16:42There's one.
00:16:43There's one that's out.
00:16:44I can't see it.
00:16:45Oh, there she is.
00:16:48Whoopi, that's a big one.
00:16:50Yeah, it's a big one.
00:16:53Don't know.
00:16:54It's a big one.
00:16:57You want to see look as great at it.
00:16:59Hurry.
00:16:59Ready?
00:17:00Yep.
00:17:03Oh, you got him.
00:17:04You got him.
00:17:04You got him.
00:17:05You got him.
00:17:06You got him.
00:17:06Wow.
00:17:07Oh, my God.
00:17:08Dude.
00:17:09That's a big hog.
00:17:11Make sure it's dead.
00:17:11Don't get too close.
00:17:14Oh, Mr. Mike gonna be happy.
00:17:17Good job.
00:17:18Good job.
00:17:20Good job.
00:17:20Good job.
00:17:21Harvesting this 250-pound hog will prevent damage to Mr. Mike's cane crop, and it caps
00:17:27off a nearly 24-hour work day for Troy and Pickle.
00:17:32It didn't come out until after midnight, so I was really tired.
00:17:35I had hunted all day yesterday, and I don't know.
00:17:38All right, ready?
00:17:38Let's try to drag it to the edge of the field where we can get it with the truck.
00:17:41I know I got to get back and get to bed as early as I can to run these alligator
00:17:45lines
00:17:45in the morning, but I'm pumped up right now.
00:17:47I got to shoot this hog, and I think this adrenaline's gonna keep me going, running through
00:17:51all my lines.
00:17:52I don't really care how long I gotta stay up at this point.
00:17:54First, first, right here.
00:17:56Good job, baby girl.
00:17:58We'll come get it with the truck.
00:18:00We're going home, cook some pig tonight, huh?
00:18:03What?
00:18:03Not tonight, but tomorrow night.
00:18:05Good shot, Pete.
00:18:07You nailed him.
00:18:07Thank you, thank you.
00:18:20It's a new day in Pierre Park.
00:18:23After a long night, Piccola's preparing to hunt without her captain.
00:18:28I'm thinking about everything.
00:18:29Troy is usually the man with the plan, you know?
00:18:32And this morning, it's all up to me.
00:18:34I'm exhausted from the hog hunt all night, but I shook this man's hand, and I told him
00:18:39I was gonna make it, and so I have to push through and do what he asked me to do.
00:18:44Now, where are you going?
00:18:46The sugar meal.
00:18:47He sent me to the sugar meal this morning.
00:18:49The sugar meal?
00:18:50Yeah.
00:18:50He's not going with you?
00:18:51No, he's not going.
00:18:52So you found somebody else to go with you?
00:18:54No, I'm going by myself.
00:18:57You want Willie to go with you?
00:18:59You good with that, Willie?
00:19:00You sure?
00:19:00I'm good.
00:19:01Good.
00:19:01Now give her a hand.
00:19:03How we are, how we was brought up and raised and everything, if anybody needs help, we're
00:19:08going to give them a helping hand.
00:19:09So I told Piccola, of course, I'll go with her and all.
00:19:12The only thing you got to worry about with Willie in your boat, I'm going to tell you
00:19:15right now.
00:19:16You might have to put the hook in the back, because he's going to be throwing that thing
00:19:19out of the boat left and right.
00:19:21Uh-uh.
00:19:22Taking the hook from the Edwards is like taking a biscuit from a big kid.
00:19:28Uh-uh.
00:19:29All right.
00:19:29Y'all be careful.
00:19:30Call me if y'all got issues.
00:19:31Thanks for the deckhand, man.
00:19:47Just a few miles from Duffy's, as Jacob heads for his lines, he's grappling with the decision
00:19:53to loan his deckhand to the rookie captain.
00:19:57Makes it a pain in the butt, but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do.
00:20:01I felt that it was my job to send Willie with her, because I think being a captain and
00:20:07learning all of that takes years of experience, and she needs more time.
00:20:10But at the same time, I was a little worried, because I knew the lines I was going to run
00:20:15and having to run by myself produces some big alligators sometimes.
00:20:18And I was just a little worried that I might catch one that I might not be able to put
00:20:22in the boat.
00:20:25Got one here, baby.
00:20:28Look like we got a mess, too.
00:20:30One is down.
00:20:31I just don't see.
00:20:32Oh, now I see it.
00:20:33I don't have my good eyes in the front of the boat for me today.
00:20:39Oh, Lord, let me see what we got.
00:20:41Let me see what we got.
00:21:02Come on, boy.
00:21:05Oh, God.
00:21:09Goddamn it.
00:21:10Come on.
00:21:10Where's Willie when I need?
00:21:14Come on, boy.
00:21:18Whoa!
00:21:33Yeah, baby!
00:21:38A seven-footer is manageable alone.
00:21:41But Jacob knows it's only a matter of time
00:21:44before he faces bigger beasts.
00:21:47I know the area I'm fishing, it's not a lot of lines,
00:21:50so it won't be that bad by myself,
00:21:52but at the same time,
00:21:53there's some really big alligators in that area.
00:21:55And running solo, the biggest challenge
00:21:57is putting a big alligator in the boat.
00:22:00Not a bad little start.
00:22:02Not a bad little start.
00:22:18Over in Assumption Parish,
00:22:21Don and Kalem are hoping to use an airboat
00:22:24to reach an area that's only accessible with high water.
00:22:27But it won't be easy.
00:22:29And I'm gonna tell you, in that area,
00:22:31that water's gonna be shallower.
00:22:32Yeah.
00:22:32You know, then we're gonna get right here on top of it.
00:22:34In an airboat, it's way more difficult
00:22:37because you don't have a reverse.
00:22:39It's so loud, you can't hear each other talk.
00:22:42The size on this boat's like a foot short or so.
00:22:44You're a lot closer to the gator
00:22:45than what we normally are.
00:22:47But I was happy we had it to be able to get this hunting hole
00:22:59to get this hunting hole.
00:23:12All right, ready!
00:23:20The airboat easily navigates the lily blockade,
00:23:24but the hunters didn't anticipate
00:23:26the challenge of the narrow canal ahead.
00:23:37It's a bridge!
00:23:41It's just on the other side of that,
00:23:42but I don't know if I can get through there.
00:23:45I got up there, and I got this thing hung up.
00:23:49Can't get it turned around.
00:23:51There's stumps, there's logs.
00:23:54So the only thing I can really do is go forward.
00:23:59I'm either going to get it hung up worse,
00:24:02or I'm going to get it out.
00:24:04See?
00:24:06Man, I'm kind of worried about this.
00:24:19That ain't good.
00:24:35That ain't good.
00:24:3830 feet!
00:24:39What the hell?
00:24:42I got one stump holding me back.
00:24:44They had a big tree.
00:24:46He just ran straight through that tree,
00:24:49and all I heard was a big loud noise.
00:24:52I was like, oh, this can't be good.
00:24:53I never got going fast enough.
00:24:56I never got going fast enough.
00:25:16Don and Kalem have finally pushed through,
00:25:18but it cost them a lot more than just time.
00:25:22Apparently, he comes getting me,
00:25:23and I get in that boat.
00:25:25And I really, it's such a situation,
00:25:26I'm like, man, we got a lot of damage.
00:25:31So that makes me hot.
00:25:32At least he got warm.
00:25:35You seen this?
00:25:37Oh, yeah.
00:25:37That's what I said.
00:25:38I tore every blade up.
00:25:40Look at that.
00:25:41Don's not about to return home
00:25:43and risk letting Troy down.
00:25:45We've already done the bad thing.
00:25:46We've already tore the boat up.
00:25:48There ain't no sense in just calling a bad day.
00:25:51Let's try to salvage it.
00:26:03In Bayou Black,
00:26:06Daniel and Zach have spent the morning
00:26:08checking their set of stronger lines.
00:26:11But so far,
00:26:12they haven't caught the Terminator.
00:26:16The line of breaking us off?
00:26:18That's brute strength.
00:26:20That's a lot of lines not to have one alligator.
00:26:26Running all of these lines,
00:26:28Zach and I are disappointed
00:26:29that we didn't catch the Terminator.
00:26:32So we decided that we're just gonna patrol.
00:26:35Just hunt him.
00:26:37Hunt him down.
00:26:38With the rod and reel and the Trouble Hood.
00:26:40See if we can take him out.
00:26:54Straight ahead.
00:26:54Straight ahead.
00:26:55Right there.
00:27:01God, that's a big one.
00:27:02It's a really big one.
00:27:04It's moving.
00:27:04It's right here, though.
00:27:17I got him.
00:27:19Oh!
00:27:20Hold him, Zach.
00:27:21I got him.
00:27:21Hold him, buddy.
00:27:22That's not a small gator.
00:27:24Oh, my God.
00:27:24That's him, Zach.
00:27:25Yep.
00:27:26Hold him.
00:27:26I can't stop him.
00:27:28I can't stop him.
00:27:32That thing is fast.
00:27:34Oh, hold him, Zach.
00:27:35Oh, my God.
00:27:36Oh, my God.
00:27:36Like a tuna.
00:27:47There's his head right there.
00:27:48Biting, biting.
00:27:48Lift up, lift up, lift up.
00:27:51Got him.
00:27:52Oh, my God.
00:27:53Get the car, Zach.
00:27:56Shoot him, Zach.
00:27:57Shoot him.
00:28:00Oh, he moved.
00:28:01Shoot him again.
00:28:05Let him roll up.
00:28:06Let him roll up.
00:28:06Get his head up.
00:28:09Lift up, lift up, lift up.
00:28:24The hook came off.
00:28:25All the hooks came off.
00:28:29He's trying to play hide and seek with us.
00:28:32This 10-footer is a welcome addition to the boat.
00:28:35That's not the big one.
00:28:36I don't think so, either.
00:28:38But it's not the giant Daniel and Zach are after.
00:28:42We snagged a big alligator, and that's great to fill a nice tag, but he's not the Terminator.
00:28:48He just doesn't have that strength and that grit that the Terminator has.
00:28:52He didn't have enough to him.
00:28:54We really gotta catch this alligator.
00:28:56I'm telling you.
00:28:56We have to.
00:28:57We gotta catch it.
00:29:11Out on Dale River, to take advantage of the high water,
00:29:16Leron and Porkchop are preparing to run lines in a traditional boat called a P-Rogue.
00:29:22What's that?
00:29:23Look at the size of me and you.
00:29:25Look at the size of that.
00:29:26Yeah.
00:29:27And me and you are like two elephants riding on a toothpick, man.
00:29:31I'm always in a P-Rogue by myself.
00:29:33They were poked out first time in a P-Rogue.
00:29:36He say you can swim, but I don't believe it.
00:29:38If it gonna flip, I don't know.
00:29:40What the hell I'll do if I hit that water?
00:29:42I can't swim.
00:29:43Plus, they got alligators and that.
00:29:45In my mind, they're trying to seek my advantage.
00:29:47How the hell we can do that with a gear, boy?
00:29:49I got some shit, now.
00:29:50You get comfortable.
00:29:51Slide back a little bit.
00:29:52Let me see.
00:29:53Let me see.
00:29:54You got your paddle?
00:29:55Yeah, it's up there.
00:29:56I gotta get in the boat.
00:29:58Don't worry about that.
00:29:59See, I know how to get in there.
00:30:00Whoa.
00:30:01Let me get comfortable.
00:30:02Sit down.
00:30:03That's what I'm going to.
00:30:04Sit down.
00:30:07Come on.
00:30:08Let that go.
00:30:09Let that go.
00:30:09You got it.
00:30:10You with that paddle.
00:30:11You in the front.
00:30:11Come on.
00:30:12You the captain.
00:30:13Now, car.
00:30:14Since the P-Rogue is small, they'll be forced to offload each gator they catch into their
00:30:19normal boat.
00:30:20So the team has to adjust to the new vessel quickly.
00:30:24It's rocking and all that.
00:30:25I'm nervous.
00:30:26I don't know how that gonna work out with me and Leron up in there.
00:30:29We both some big guys trying to get up in that P-Rogue.
00:30:31But, hey, in order for us to get the big gator foot back there, we got to do what we
00:30:35have to do.
00:30:36There gotta be some big one back there, car.
00:30:38Look at this player.
00:30:38Look at this player, bro.
00:30:57In Pierre Parts.
00:30:59Ready, dude?
00:31:00Ready.
00:31:02Pickle and her new deckhand, Little Willie, are running their first lines.
00:31:06But old habits die hard.
00:31:08I don't know what that is down there, Sean.
00:31:11It looks like an alligator's head on this side of the line.
00:31:13On the left?
00:31:13Way up there?
00:31:14You want to go?
00:31:15Yeah.
00:31:15This canal at the sugar mill is really deep.
00:31:18So there's a potential for giant alligators.
00:31:21And Jacob doesn't let Willie throw the hook as much as I'm
00:31:23sure he would like to.
00:31:24And everybody knows that Mr. Troy never lets me throw it
00:31:27unless I absolutely beg him.
00:31:29So I know it's on my mind and I know it's on Willie's mind
00:31:32that we're going to be throwing this hook probably
00:31:35a lot more than we should.
00:31:47Oh, I touched him.
00:31:49That's one?
00:31:50Yeah, I touched him.
00:32:01Oh, I thought you had him, boy.
00:32:03You got a fish stick.
00:32:05He's right here.
00:32:06I bumped him the first time.
00:32:09Stop throwing your damn hook.
00:32:11You got to run lines.
00:32:12Get me all excited.
00:32:15With the clock ticking, the hunters refocused their attention
00:32:19on running Troy's lines.
00:32:22You see it stretched in there?
00:32:34What we got, Willie?
00:32:38Woo-hoo!
00:32:40Ooh, woo!
00:32:42What we got, Willie?
00:32:43Good look, Gator.
00:32:43Ooh, that's a good look.
00:32:46Ew!
00:32:49Bring him up!
00:33:00Ooh, you missed him.
00:33:05Behind the sugar mill.
00:33:06Ooh, it's kind of scary in the little boat.
00:33:08Ah!
00:33:09With a new deckhand in Troy's boat, Pickle's ready to prove that she can handle her own.
00:33:15Oh, look at her hook.
00:33:17Hold him still.
00:33:18Hold him still.
00:33:20Hold him still.
00:33:20Yee-hoo!
00:33:23Yee-hoo!
00:33:24On him still!
00:33:25Ah!
00:33:40Yeah, boy.
00:33:41First line, boy.
00:33:43That's what I'm talking about, Pickle.
00:33:45I got it.
00:33:47All right, boy.
00:33:47This is nice.
00:33:49All I do is shoot.
00:33:50That's it.
00:33:50You the captain.
00:33:51I'm the deckhand.
00:33:53Jacob got you trained, boy.
00:33:54Ha-ha!
00:33:56I like working.
00:33:57I feel like I'm not helping out back here, you know?
00:34:01You're doing good, Pickle.
00:34:02An eight-foot alligator on their first line is a good start, but the new hunting partners
00:34:08will have to work faster if they hope to get through all of Troy's lines.
00:34:13Little Willie's on the front of my boat, and he keeps telling me, I got it, but I want
00:34:18to grab everything that I'm used to doing, and it's really hard for me to kind of hold
00:34:22back and just work the moda, and help him out as much as I can, but he's really not
00:34:27letting me do too much.
00:34:28I do the work.
00:34:29He gives me snacks.
00:34:31Jacob, take care of me.
00:34:32Snacks?
00:34:32Jacob brings you snacks?
00:34:33Oh, all the snacks in the world.
00:34:37Snowcaps, Reese's, Snickers, Hershey bars, Twix.
00:34:40You got it made, dude.
00:34:42Beef jerky.
00:34:43I don't get nothing.
00:34:44You know what I get?
00:34:45A good ass chew, and that's what I get every damn day, Willie.
00:34:49That's all I get.
00:34:53You got it made, dude.
00:34:55I told you, Jacob, take care of me.
00:35:08In Blackfoot Bayou, without his deckhand, Jacob is doing twice the work and half the speed.
00:35:16I think we'd be done with the lines if I had Willie in the boat with me.
00:35:19We'd make it back before McDonald's quit serving breakfast.
00:35:22I really don't remember ever having the run lines by myself before.
00:35:26I've always found somebody at the last minute to come give me a hand.
00:35:29It's not that I can't do it.
00:35:31It just makes more sense, and it's a lot easier to run with a second person in the boat.
00:35:35And all this has taken twice as long as it should have, but when you're running by yourself, you just
00:35:41do what you have to do.
00:35:43Oh, let's see here.
00:35:46See the pole moving.
00:35:49Definitely got something.
00:35:56It feels good.
00:35:58Feels damn good.
00:36:02Oh, I'll tell you what, this thing feels good.
00:36:07Ew.
00:36:11Motherhump.
00:36:14Oh, get over here.
00:36:16Get over here.
00:36:17That's the spear went off the old fingers.
00:36:23It hit me.
00:36:24I had my shot.
00:36:27Whoa.
00:36:28Whoa.
00:36:29Whoa.
00:36:32Whoa.
00:36:46My body whooped.
00:36:48Having to wrestle another 10-foot monster into the boat has Jacob questioning if he's gonna be able to run
00:36:55all his lines.
00:36:56One, two, three.
00:36:58All this time in the back of my mind, I'm thinking, why don't I have a second person in this
00:37:02boat?
00:37:02Why am I doing this by myself?
00:37:03I don't need to be doing it by myself.
00:37:05I shouldn't be doing it by myself.
00:37:06But at the end of the day, you have to run the lines every day, and we have to get
00:37:10these gators back.
00:37:11What I'm interested in is how Willie and Pickle's doing together.
00:37:15I promise you, they're cruising around looking for alligators to treble hook or snipe.
00:37:22The last thing they're doing is playing with this old funky chicken.
00:37:37In Assumption Parish, after damaging their airboat, Don and Caleb are running lines they set in a remote slough.
00:37:47Lines now.
00:37:55Remember, I don't have reverse.
00:37:59I'm afraid.
00:38:02Yeah.
00:38:17Here he is.
00:38:22Come on, Lee!
00:38:26Look at him go! Look at him go!
00:38:29Look at him go!
00:38:29Look at him go!
00:38:30This is supposed to come back here for, ain't he?
00:38:33Get a shot on this man, boy!
00:38:35Get a shot on this man, boy!
00:38:38Take him out!
00:38:41Take him out!
00:38:52Hey, how you want to stack him?
00:38:55Tell you what, let's try to...
00:38:57Let's stack him right here beside us, right here.
00:38:59A nine-footer on the first line would usually be a cause for celebration, but Don and Calum are still
00:39:06in the red.
00:39:07I done cost myself about $15,000 on my boat.
00:39:10And I need to catch enough gators in here to pay for it.
00:39:14So pull your cowboy hat down, let's cowboy up.
00:39:17Yeah, I better go there next, man.
00:39:28In Bayou Black, Daniel and Zach are still on the hunt for the Terminator.
00:39:34The giant alligator that's been tearing up their lines.
00:39:38We really need to kill this alligator.
00:39:40No, we're gonna kill him.
00:39:41He's gotta be around here somewhere, it can't be too far.
00:39:44We'll see if we can find him.
00:39:45Yeah, it's the only thing we can do.
00:39:47Public enemy number one, when you're an alligator fisherman, is a big alligator.
00:39:53Because you're trying to catch alligators, and he's trying to catch them.
00:39:58We need to kill him, or we're gonna just keep losing gear and money.
00:40:07Zack, Zack, Zack!
00:40:09Over here.
00:40:11Right there, Zack.
00:40:15It's him, it's him, it's the big one.
00:40:17That's him.
00:40:18That's the Terminator.
00:40:19Coming out, right in front of the boat.
00:40:21Coming.
00:40:22I'mma get him.
00:40:25No, no, leave it, leave it.
00:40:26No, no, no, no, no, stop.
00:40:28He's right here.
00:40:28Leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it, leave it.
00:40:30Trust me, trust me, trust me.
00:40:47Hold it back.
00:40:49Hold it, buddy.
00:40:52Hold it.
00:40:54Hold it.
00:40:55Hold it, buddy.
00:40:59that thing is fast oh my god
00:41:06get by you lad
00:41:09that thing is fast daniel and zach had the terminator right where they want him
00:41:14oh my god here we go
00:41:19here one second he's gonna slow down for you okay here we go

00:41:34my line's out of him my line's out you still on him yeah
00:41:39it's just gonna be good i got the gun i got the gun oh my god
00:41:43oh that's a good one
00:41:47come on come on that's all you
00:41:54oh
00:41:55oh
00:41:55are you okay yeah i'm okay just tear my hands
00:42:00shoot him buddy oh wow hold on
00:42:06oh
00:42:06oh he come off come on no no no no no no no he rolled
00:42:10oh that was a big one pop god
00:42:12i had him
00:42:17the mighty beast has won this battle and as long as he remains on the loose daniel and zach's
00:42:23struggles to fill tags will continue as soon as i set the hook i can pretty much
00:42:28tell this was the terminator that alligator's got to be feeling that maybe we at least slowed him down a
00:42:35little bit
00:42:46on the dale river the ron and pork chop are trying to land their first catch in a remote cove
00:42:54yeah car we ain't nothing charted water right now man hopefully we got something on them line
00:42:59car oh yeah we got something on it because i'm confident about that car it's gonna be hard for me
00:43:04to try to catch get it because i'm gonna keep my balance but at the end of the day my
00:43:08job as a
00:43:09captain is to put gators in the boat we got to do what we got to do
00:43:16there you go cool that lying down car lie down lying down get him over there
00:43:26let me see what we're working with
00:43:31daddy go get this up all right
00:43:38it's a canoe this ain't no damn submarine no
00:43:48i gotta do that
00:43:51i'm gonna get your chair to shoot him cup
00:43:58you messed up broke down i got it i got it
00:44:01i'll give you one guy that you're right that
00:44:13got him coming in the book who's that
00:44:16got it me cup this seven footer is a good catch
00:44:21but to make the gambit truly worthwhile they'll need to find bigger beasts
00:44:26no easy feat in a p-roll i was pumped up about this thinking about it but now we're actually
00:44:35doing
00:44:35it because when you're in a p-roll you know the water level is right there so that means the
00:44:40gator
00:44:41is right there you can look at it in a boat you know you're standing up but in that p
00:44:45-roll that water
00:44:46level is the same level as the gator even though i'm very uncomfortable but it stopped paying off car
00:44:52yeah it is all right let's go to the next one
00:45:08several miles north near the sugar mill getting a little worried willy
00:45:14we got to do something after catching two alligators on their first set of lines
00:45:19pickle and little willy's luck has gone cold they got a lot of pressure on pickle because
00:45:25mr troy's not here and i want him to be satisfied with what he sees but we don't have a
00:45:31whole lot of
00:45:31gators in the boat so we're going to keep running lines and at the same time we're looking all over
00:45:37we're trying to find gator swimming we're trying to find them bubbling
00:45:42watch your head
00:45:48anything nothing well i just know he expects us to come out with a certain amount and
00:45:55i don't know kind of knew that earlier
00:46:01you know pickle pickle
00:46:05big gate of bubbling going down the middle get the hook willy
00:46:12right there you good hold on
00:46:18you got him
00:46:40in the drainage canals behind the sugar mill
00:46:44pickle and little willy are hooked into a monster
00:47:07good job dude
00:47:10snagging a nine footer definitely helps fill the boat
00:47:13but pickle has a long way to go to complete her mission from troy
00:47:19i want to throw a trouble hook as much as possible i wish we could come out here and just
00:47:23do that
00:47:24but at the same time if i come home and tell mr troy that i didn't run any lines i'm
00:47:29gonna get
00:47:29scolded for that all right willy we got to go bro most definitely we got about half our lines to
00:47:36run still
00:47:46in blackfoot bayou
00:47:48without his deckhand jacob's been slowly working his way through his lines solo
00:47:55i got one big alligator in the boat several other ones real nice ones but nothing to really have
00:48:00trouble putting in the boat but there's always that chance you're gonna catch that real big one that's
00:48:04just impossible to put in a boat by yourself
00:48:11all right
00:48:11all right it's tight
00:48:14oh that's got a little crime scene here
00:48:19oh yeah
00:48:21oh we're talking got a good one here he's wrapped up about to pop that line look at that he's
00:48:26got it
00:48:27torn into that tree right there got that line so tight come on big boy you gotta move
00:48:31see if i can shoot you guys i can shoot you there you go
00:48:44there you are
00:49:00This is the kind of stuff they should be teaching in school.
00:49:03What to do when you got a 10-foot alligator on?
00:49:07Yeah, that line in a bind, partner.
00:49:11Oh, Lord.
00:49:12Thirsty.
00:49:13Oh, almost went overboard on that one.
00:49:17Loading this 11-foot leviathan takes nearly all of Jacob's strength.
00:49:21One, two, three, ah!
00:49:25I'm burnt out.
00:49:26I was really thinking about just leaving, and then once Willie and I'll get back, come
00:49:29back out here and run it.
00:49:30But we have close to 1,000 tags to put in the boat, and that is not going to do
00:49:34it.
00:49:34I'm just missing Willie more than ever.
00:49:36Sure is quiet running by myself.
00:49:50Across the swamp, Don and Kalem are loading up their boat.
00:49:54But with one line left to run, catching gators might be the least of their concerns.
00:49:59You feel that?
00:50:01You can see a while, but this motor was shaking, the fan blades were shaking and vibrating,
00:50:07and because he flew to any moment, so it was both very nervous.
00:50:13I'm afraid if I can blow up like that.
00:50:22Lying down, ain't it?
00:50:23Yeah.
00:50:25Looks like there's something on it.
00:50:46Give me a shot.
00:50:49Give me a shot, big boy.
00:50:50Give me a shot.
00:51:08A solid eight-footer brings the hunters total to nine, but their biggest challenge lies
00:51:14ahead.
00:51:15I'm afraid them blades are going to finish off and blow up.
00:51:17It ain't got a vibration.
00:51:18I mean, every blade we got broke.
00:51:21The biggest deal of it is now, my boat will hardly plane out, and I got to run it so
00:51:26hard
00:51:27to get back out.
00:51:28I'm afraid these blades are just going to disintegrate.
00:51:31I mean, you get one going right through you, right back to your neck, I mean, cut your head
00:51:34off.
00:51:35You know, it's dangerous.
00:51:36I'm ready.
00:52:05We made it out.
00:52:06We got some gators.
00:52:07But I can bet your sweet butt one thing, I ain't never going back over there.
00:52:11Well, I think we can overcome anything after that.
00:52:14Huh?
00:52:15Yeah, that is rough.
00:52:16You know what, bro?
00:52:26In Bayou Black, after a near miss, Daniel and Zach are desperate to nab the Terminator.
00:52:34I hate this alligator, bro.
00:52:36If we don't catch this gator, we don't fill the tags in this area,
00:52:38and we're stuck out here for days until we fill the tags.
00:52:42This one gator could push back our whole season.
00:52:56There he is, there he is, there he is.
00:52:57Go straight, go straight, go straight.
00:53:11Get the trouble hook, trouble hook, trouble hook.
00:53:17Oh, my God.
00:53:19Hope you're ready, Pop. This is a big one.
00:53:22No, no, no, no, stay on, stay on, stay on, stay on.
00:53:29In Value Black,
00:53:32the Terminator's back,
00:53:34and Daniel and Zack are doing all they can
00:53:36to make sure the giant doesn't escape a second time.
00:53:40No, no, no, no, stay on, stay on, stay on, stay on.
00:53:42Oh, he popped off. He was right there.
00:53:47Keep your eyes peeled. He's bound to pop up.
00:53:51Oh, look, he's over there. Look, he's over there, Zack.
00:53:54Yep, yep, I see it.
00:54:02You got him?
00:54:03Yeah. Come on, now.
00:54:05Get the gun, Zack.
00:54:11Shoot that son. I got him. Hold on.
00:54:18Oh, let me get the hand on that. Oh, my God. Oh, my God, Murat.
00:54:25His head's not coming up.
00:54:27I'm pulling.
00:54:29Shoot him.
00:54:33How?
00:54:36We got determined.
00:54:38Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Zack, he's not there.
00:54:40No way. Shoot him again, Zack.
00:54:42Yeah.
00:54:44Yeah.
00:54:47Shoot, Zack.
00:54:56Yeah.
00:54:59I don't know if I have any more line on my rod and reel, dude.
00:55:02There's no doubt this is the massive 13-footer
00:55:06that's been destroying their lines.
00:55:08You can see it. It's all frayed up right here.
00:55:10Look, we got the guy that's been taking all our money away from us,
00:55:13tearing up our gear.
00:55:15Get him in the boat, and the boat's eight feet wide,
00:55:18and when the head's touching one end,
00:55:20and I'm standing up, and then you look down,
00:55:23and this is the Terminator.
00:55:25That's a big alligator.
00:55:26The Terminator.
00:55:28Hasta la vista.
00:55:30You won't be back.
00:55:42Behind the sugar mill,
00:55:45Pickle and Little Willie have to stay on task
00:55:48if they hope to finish running Troy's lines before sundown.
00:55:53Thought I saw one way down there, Willie.
00:55:54But it ain't.
00:55:55Stay focused, Pickle Wheat.
00:55:57Stay focused.
00:55:58Of course, we still looking for bubble trails
00:55:59and getting a little distracted,
00:56:01but nothing like it was before.
00:56:03There's no way I can go back and tell Mr. Troy,
00:56:05oh, I left half of him back there.
00:56:07He would be really mad about that.
00:56:15Oh, look, he's on the bank, Willie.
00:56:17He's on the bank.
00:56:20Ugh!
00:56:21I thought he jumped in the boat!
00:56:26Good Lord, Willie!
00:56:28It's a big one!
00:56:30I thought he jumped on the track.
00:56:34Hold him still. Hold him still.
00:56:35I'm gonna get him out.
00:56:37Last one right here, man.
00:56:39Hold him still.
00:56:43Pull him up!
00:56:50Shoot him!
00:56:52Shoot him!
00:56:59Good shot, Pickle Wheat!
00:57:02This nine-foot beast on their last line
00:57:05fulfills Pickle's promise to run all of Troy's lines
00:57:08behind the sugar mill.
00:57:10We made that all right.
00:57:11You gotta make Mr. Troy proud, huh?
00:57:13I was really gung-ho about coming out here by myself
00:57:16and do my own thing, but I don't think I could've
00:57:19did it without Lil Willie.
00:57:20Now, I really want to get back and have a boatload
00:57:23of alligators and make Mr. Troy proud.
00:57:24Get on back to the ramp.
00:57:26Let's just hope we don't get too much of an ass, Julian.
00:57:28Y'all late?
00:57:29What y'all been doing back there?
00:57:31Trouble hooking?
00:57:33I can hear him now.
00:57:44On the Dale River, the Ron and Porkchop's hunt
00:57:48has been slower than expected, as each new catch requires
00:57:51over 30 minutes to haul out of the remote cove.
00:57:55Well, we got a job on out here, cuz.
00:57:57We get some bigger ones back there.
00:57:59They got them back there, cuz.
00:58:01Normally, I'm after big gators, but a big gator
00:58:03and these small people, it might be a little more
00:58:05than what I bargained for.
00:58:07Lying down.
00:58:08Get him over there, cuz.
00:58:09Let me see who he's working with.
00:58:14Man, stay focused, but stay focused.
00:58:18Hold on.
00:58:18Now, don't get on top of him now.
00:58:20Slow it down, cuz.
00:58:22You good. You good. You good.
00:58:28I'm gonna see what size he is.
00:58:30Big.
00:58:31I'm trying to get him to come up.
00:58:37Ooh.
00:58:38I told you that back up, Goulet.
00:58:42That damn thing gonna bite my kneecap off, man.
00:58:47I need to stand up, cuz.
00:58:49Don't stand up.
00:58:50We gonna flip.
00:58:51Let me do what I wanna do, cuz.
00:58:52Nah.
00:58:53Give me that roar.
00:58:55Come on, y'all.
00:58:56I got him, cuz.
00:58:57He ain't gonna do your neck.
00:58:58Cuz, he big, cuz.
00:59:01Come on, get him out and shoot him, cuz.
00:59:04On the Dale River.
00:59:06He big, cuz.
00:59:07The Ron and Porkchop's pirogue is about to capsize.
00:59:11Whoa.
00:59:12We gonna flip.
00:59:13Cut, my cousin.
00:59:14Tell me them big boys back, y'all.
00:59:16Come on, you ready?
00:59:19My hand's sweating up on him.
00:59:28Oh, man.
00:59:29Give me some, bro.
00:59:31They may have bagged a giant, but there's no room in a tiny P-robe for the ten-footer.
00:59:37Boy, this is a big boy.
00:59:38Yeah, boy.
00:59:39Oh, man.
00:59:40Whoa.
00:59:40How about him with some life jacket and put on his ass and float him out, ya?
00:59:47Cuz, I don't do it.
00:59:48Cuz, we ain't talking about this, bro.
00:59:50I'm a big man.
00:59:51Porkchop a big man.
00:59:53If this life jacket is designed to hold us, keep us floating in water, it's common sense that we can
00:59:59wrap it around a gator, and the gator stays float.
01:00:01There you go, cousin.
01:00:03Hold up now.
01:00:05Ah, boy, we might flip, boy.
01:00:07Ah!
01:00:08It took forever for us to get out there, but we got the job done.
01:00:12And I'm happy to see her.
01:00:15That was a good idea we came up with, but we got to sit down and take it for that
01:00:20again before we do that.
01:00:23I hope I don't have to get back in that pre-road no time soon.
01:00:27I tell you what, this is our first and last time trying this.
01:00:39Several miles east on Blackfoot Bayou.
01:00:43I'm perspiring more than ever.
01:00:45An exhausted Jacob approaches his last line on what's been a very long and difficult day.
01:00:52You rarely realize how much you appreciate a helper in the boat when you don't have one.
01:01:00Oh, look at that line coming straight to the middle of the bayou.
01:01:04Look at the bank all tore up.
01:01:06Oh, yeah.
01:01:09He just moved that whole big tree.
01:01:12That's what I like to see.
01:01:19Definitely something new.
01:01:21Let's see here.
01:01:22Last line.
01:01:23Boy, hopefully it's something good on the last one.
01:01:26Oh, yeah.
01:01:27He's underneath the boat.
01:01:35Oh, jeez.
01:01:37Get over here, big boy.
01:01:39Are we talking?
01:01:45How the hell am I putting that in the boat?
01:01:48There's a big one there, boys.
01:01:57Every time I go to get a shot, he pulls us down.
01:02:13Come on, get an if-a-effort worst case scenario.
01:02:16All right.
01:02:18Let's give it a shot.
01:02:19Let's give it a shot.
01:02:21A massive 12-and-a-half-foot alligator on the last line is a fitting end to a challenging day
01:02:27of hunting alone.
01:02:31I did what I had to do, but hopefully I'll never have to go back by myself again.
01:02:36And if I do, I promise you I'll have a boat with a winch in it.
01:02:39Biggest getter of the day is the last line.
01:02:42Go figure.
01:02:43What a day.
01:02:54Back in Pierre Park.
01:02:56I hope y'all hungry.
01:02:58Troy's fixing up a pork dinner for the team.
01:03:01Come get it.
01:03:02Come on.
01:03:04Hmm.
01:03:05That's Pee Wee's hog.
01:03:06We got a nuisance hog.
01:03:08We took him out of my buddy's farm.
01:03:10And we cleaned it.
01:03:11We cooked it.
01:03:12It's very good to eat.
01:03:14Mr. Mike's gonna be happy for sure.
01:03:16Got rid of a hog.
01:03:18We got a good meal out of it.
01:03:20But I wish we could do more to help us.
01:03:22Yeah.
01:03:24That boy's hungry, dude.
01:03:26He got an appetite, huh?
01:03:27Mm-hmm.
01:03:28Dude, it's supposed to be a bite for you and a bite for me.
01:03:31Tell your mama.
01:03:31I'm sorry.
01:03:32Tell your mama.
01:03:33You get five bites and I'm only getting a little beady one.
01:03:37Despite Pickle's successful hunt, she's looking forward to teaming back up with her captain.
01:03:43I'm liking this position, but I'm also missing my captain.
01:03:46I really feel like Mr. Troy, if he would have had a daughter, it would have been me.
01:03:51The biggest thing that we have in common is our core values and the way we were raised.
01:03:57You know, we gotta go back and run an alligator.
01:04:00Mm-hmm.
01:04:00Oh, yeah.
01:04:01We gotta go back to work.
01:04:03Ooh.
01:04:04Ooh.
01:04:04Ooh.
01:04:05Ooh.
01:04:05You
