00:58can't teach it these are the soft skills yola i could easily teach you a crm and how to use

01:06and a phone system but my friend you have this smile you have this personality you're engaged and so
01:12that's something that will only make someone a top producer because they have these
01:17natural skills and they seem to enjoy their job and it's not a grind to them a burnout and and
