00:21they're saying that it's 5-3-1, meaning 5, you interact with 5 different groups of people every week.
00:28Meaning like your romantic partner, your neighbor, your co-worker, your gym friends, your happy hour friends, right?
00:36So 5 different kinds of people.
00:383 means you're maintaining 3 close relationships.
00:42And 1 meaning 1 hour of social interaction a day.
00:46So for those of us asking how can I be a better friend, how can I be socially plugged in for my health,
00:51that 5-3-1 formula is a practical guide to help us get there.
