00:00thank you so much for coming here and giving jobs and money and that's great but you have to admit
00:06my friend sometimes the cozy little restaurant gives you better service and better food
00:13than if you were at that huge cafeteria where the waiter hasn't been there for 45 minutes
00:19yes or no and so there are certain environments depending on the account
00:24that can be done in a boutique in a smaller environment so where am i going with this well
00:33my entry level matches all these companies i know what the market is so why am i going to charge more
00:39or charge less if i pay someone less they're not going to come work for me if i do more than once
00:44again the client we got to make sure they understand exactly where the market is yes so i match them
00:51but a lot of people want an environment where they're not hidden some people do want to be an
01:00environment where i know your name peter i listen to calls i i break bread with you and pinball and
01:07and it's close on i don't have the tens of thousands as they do wish i did i only have 150 which allows me
01:19to be selective so it's exceptionally easy for me to find the right bus right seat people
