00:37and to share ideas but um our episode was interesting it was i think we were shattering
00:44some misconceptions of telemarketing and things like that you're supposed to hate me
00:49i'm not the guy that calls you at your house but um my good friend we spoke about beautiful
00:56soft skills and conflict management and taking breaths and diplomacy and strategy
01:04and trying to pay it forward to this younger generation so they can be more self-reliant
01:10and they can depend on themselves better so in our interview my good friend you brought the best out
01:16of me and i was hopefully able to share these sort of tips and tricks so people can balance themselves
