03:30This is the space that when people come over, I want to show them first.
03:35I just think about how impossible it would be to keep something this white and shiny this clean.
03:40You know, I am hearing your concerns, but I can't wait to show you the primary bedroom.

03:48It's a very large open space, big king-size bed, and dressing area over here.
03:54When you're taking up this much space for a vanity station, it just seems a bit wasteful to me.
03:59And really, like, those seem a bit much to me.

04:04I'll just keep this bedroom for myself, and you can use one of the other bedrooms.
04:09It does have a lot of standout features, like the ensuite, which I think you're really going to like.

05:20When we first walked into the great room, I loved the wood beams.
05:24I really loved how large the windows were in that room.
05:28The fact that I don't have that view towards the lake, that was a negative for me.
05:33Sue, when I walked into the kitchen, it really was the kitchen of my dreams.
05:37For me, the space was just a miss.
05:40When we went into the primary bedroom, I thought the vanity station was a missed opportunity.
05:44However, I think when we went into that ensuite, we were both pleasantly surprised.
05:48And the gym was exactly what I was looking for.
05:54When we got down to the waterfront, I thought, this is the view we've been waiting for.
05:58And the pool, huge bonus.
06:00However, it just makes me question whether that's too much of a walk.
06:04Sue, maybe for the next property, it can have a bit more of the rustic and sort of wooden themes that I was looking for.

07:18We've got the really high ceilings, the fireplace, which is that natural wood.
07:22I like the height of the room. I think the wood beams are really what I was looking for.
07:27But we don't have the built-ins, you know, to hide all those toys.
07:31Again, where is the lake view?
07:34What I would recommend in this situation is clearing out some of those trees,
07:37and then you can create a great pathway for you.
07:39I kind of just wish it was done already.
07:42Well, there's lots of rest of the house to go see, so let's go check it out.

07:49We've got those wood elements, really high ceilings, oversized island.

07:56And what they've done here is they've incorporated some dormers.

08:22This feels like a primary bedroom to me, where the one we looked at yesterday felt like a makeup station with a bedroom in it.
08:29I just wanted to ask about the other bedrooms.
08:31The other bedrooms are located on the lower level.
08:34With a little guy, I'd like to be a little closer together.
08:37Something to consider for sure.
08:39I think you're both going to really like the ensuite over here.

10:50Going downstairs to the lower level, I was really pleasantly surprised with how much space we had down there.
10:56I have to say, Sue, though, you really found us another great property with all that privacy we were looking for.

13:11Yeah, I think we could add a little bit of crystal in here to brighten up the room, but it's already fairly bright with both the doors on either side. It's really nice.
13:19And I'm still seeing a little bit of the rustic elements I like with that fireplace.
13:23I'm liking what I'm seeing so far, and I would like to see the primary.

15:21I think that's a great price considering all the really unique features we've seen.
15:26When I walked into the kitchen, I was really surprised with how big it was.
15:30Especially, I like the wooden beams and finally those views of the water I was looking for.
15:35And the living room is the biggest space we've seen so far.
15:38When we walked into the primary bedroom, I like the windows all around,
15:42but I didn't like that there were six doors on one whole side.
15:46The ensuite, while yes, it had the pieces we were looking for.
15:49It would be a complete gut job.
15:51When we got down to the water, it was just so peaceful and calm,
15:56and there was a waterfall at the end of it.
15:57How crazy is that?
15:59And I thought that the outdoor sawmill was a really cool feature.
16:03This is going to be our forever home.
16:05I think we're going to need a little bit more time to think about this.

19:45I know I'm all about glitz and glam and crystals and chandelier elegance,
19:51but walking into that kitchen, everything just felt right to me.
19:54I love the vaulted ceilings with those rustic wooden beams.
19:58And Sue, finally, we had windows where there was a view of the water.
20:02The living room, I think, was the largest room that we've seen out of the three houses.
20:07And Sue, I really like the primary bedroom.
20:09I think it was a good size, but all those doors really were an eyesore.
20:14To me, the eyesore really was the en suite.
20:16It was a complete gut job.
20:19Walking outside, I just couldn't get over all the green space,
20:22the streams, the waterfall, the nature.
20:25The only water feature that was lacking for me was a lake.
20:29So guys, what property would you eliminate?
20:30We're going to eliminate elegant acres.
20:33I don't think we'd ever actually venture out to the lake.
20:36Okay, so guys, have you made a decision?
20:39We have.
20:40We're going to go with Sawmill Falls.
20:43We're not going to find another property that has all those unique waterfront features.
20:48And the only thing we really would have to fix is the en suite.
20:52Well, guys, I'm going to go back and get the paperwork started, and we'll take it from there.
20:55We're really excited to move into our forever home and make memories.
21:00And keep building our family together.
