00:00Do you think it's easier to connect if you're a former player
00:03and why maybe we're seeing why New England has been able to really turn it around?
00:07I mean, Randy, they didn't suck long enough.
00:10I mean, coming out of that 19-year dynasty.
00:13So you tell me.
00:16Are you sure you're pronouncing his name correctly?
00:18I heard the other night it was verbal.
00:21No, I think it's Mike Vrabel.
00:23You know, I think his success at New England just tells you how important the people around you are.
00:34He had no help in Tennessee.
00:36The owner is MIA.
00:38Their organization is marginal at best.
00:41They drafted real high, and that's why they've got the talent that they have.
00:45But he didn't have the chance he should have had.
00:48He got hired by Robert Kraft and plugged into that organization after a couple of pretty good drafts
00:54and then some good free agency signings and another good draft with young talent.
00:59I think it's just a testament to, A, the ability that he had
01:06and how good the situation was he got plugged into because that's extremely important.
01:12But Mike Vrabel, he's a really good just peanut butter and jelly, you know, nuts and bolts kind of coach.
01:21And that's him in a nutshell.
01:23He's just a good football coach.
01:25And now he's got some really good players to kind of do his thing.
01:30Absolutely.
01:30I mean, they've embodied, you know, you always hear people say that, you know,
01:34your football team will take on the personality of your head football coach.
