00:00I am very happy of being back to the state of Bolívar and also soon I will be in Guayanaxiquiva governor and I want to greet also the mayor Sergio of Bolívar City and of participating together with the vice president, the sectorial vice president of citizen security, politics and peace, the captain Diosdado Cabello.
00:28Together with the police forces of the state delivering this important package, as he has said, it is an equipment for the quadrants of peace in the country.
00:43And we have over 3,000 quadrants of peace.
00:47It is a plan essential of president to strengthen the security from the territory and for the politics of security to be accompanied by the popular power in the communal circuits.
01:01We are going to then Diosdado with a coverage of 57% of the quadrants of peace in all of the country here in the state of Bolívar and Guayanaxiquiva.
01:13We are delivering more than 500 bikes, 63 patrol cars, telephones, so the quadrants of peace in the communal circuits can carry forward and be equipped for the security.
01:30You know what happened on January 3rd, there was a military aggression from the outside that was disproportionate against the Venezuelan people.
01:42And today more than ever, the people of Venezuela values the sense, values the dimension of the tranquility and of peace.
01:52And that is why I greet the deployment that the minister has of being in all of the country, consolidating peace in the communal circuits, in the quadrants of peace that allows to strengthen the citizens' tranquility, the citizens' peace.
02:12And today I want to use this opportunity since we are here in the presence of the people of the state of Bolívar and the Guayanaxiquiva, in the presence of our national Bolivarian armed forces who will be recognized for their work, for the territorial integrity, the sovereignty and the peace of Venezuela facing our organisms of citizen security.

02:43Today it has happened a very important event for Venezuela and has been approved unanimously by all of the political forces that do life in the Venezuelan parliament.
02:55The first discussion of the law of amnesty, which is the law for peace and for the national reconciliation.
03:04We must overcome our differences through harmonious relationships and of democratic coexistence.
