00:00I'm with you, acting president Elcio Rodriguez Gomez. Thank you. Well, long live Falcón. We wish Falcón in pilgrimage for
00:10peace, for Venezuela to fly free from sanctions, for the encounter among Venezuelans, women and men.
00:18And we have said that this pilgrimage is for walking together, for singing together, to praying together for our Venezuela.
00:29That is why I say that all of you are invited to join this pilgrimage that today has arrived at
00:35the Falcón state and we installed it to be toured. I love you very much, too.
00:44Arriving here to Falcón takes us back to our history because if there's something we can say about the Falcón
00:53state is that enough history we have here of freedom, of independence, of emancipation.
01:00As you said, here our almirante in chief, Francisco de Miranda, with the three-color yellow, blue and red that
01:13shine in the independence of Venezuela that sinked in our battle for independence.
01:21And here, too, it was the first scream against the slavery. Jose Leonardo Chirino from the Falcón state was the
01:30leader in the social struggles of our homeland.
01:34And through here he walked, not just in this state, but throughout the nation, Josefa Camejo.
01:41That is why I'm not mistaken when I say that we have enough history here in the Falcón state to
01:47rise the flags of dignity, of independence, of the sovereignty of Venezuela.
01:52And we have toured those beautiful sides of the national park, of the Meganos de Coro, and I ask the
02:00youth of Venezuela, the Minister of Tourism, Daniela Cabello, and the Minister of Youth, Sergio, please to present ourselves plans
02:09of entrepreneurship for the Meganos de Coro.
02:13That also is a participation from our entrepreneurs, from our tourists, that also, with respect to the nature, and allow
02:22us as well to enjoy from that national park.
02:28And I want here before commerce people and farmers and the economic sectors of Falcón to announce that I have
02:37given the responsibility to the Vice President of Social Works, Juan José Ramírez, and the Minister, Jacqueline Farias, for the
02:45recovery of the, for the port of, that allows, as well, the commercial connection, social-cultural connection,
02:56between Coro and the Netherlands of the Antilles and the Caribbean, and that is a priority project, and I said
03:08so to the ministers for them to jump right into this task, and I said as well to the Vice
03:14President of Social Works that begin immediately the rehabilitation of this, this, this, this walk of Paso Chávez.
03:26Francisco Miranda was built by Commander Hugo Chávez.
03:30Francisco Miranda was built by Commander Hugo Chávez.
03:31This is the work that we want precisely to share with you and with Venezuela, going state by state, facing
03:39the problems that have battered our population due to the sanctions.
03:46That is why we say enough of sanctions, and I have to say we are going, we are moving forward,
03:52we are moving forward, but we need to manage the liberation, the full liberation of Venezuela from the sanctions system
03:59so we can recover fully our health, education, public services, electricity, water.
04:08So, here in Falcón, I am compromising myself, I came from reviewing the project of the pipe, the submarine pipe
04:15that we need to end for the peninsula of Paraguana.
04:18It is an immediate necessity for the water of the population, the drinking water of the population.
04:24So, this pilgrimage doesn't have as its main objective, the controversies between parties, it has no aim of hatred and
04:37vengeance.
04:38It has as the aim, the encounter, the union that we can say in this second independence of Venezuela that
04:50we have managed to unite ourselves as Venezuelans in the face of our common challenges.
04:56So, this pilgrimage, I ask you, let's sing together, let's dance together with the locals, let's dance together with our
05:08cultural expressions.
05:09Let's sing, let's pray for Venezuela, long live to Venezuela forever and long live to the state of Falcón forever.
